UPDATE: I have given this place a few more tries and it seems like they’ve improved their precautions bc I have not been sick the last few times I ate here.
I want so bad to love this place, but I’ve been glutened twice from their pancakes. Even after making sure to speak with a manager every time. I love the Juan’s breakfast tacos and the Spuds Deluxe, but I would not trust their pancakes if you are celiac and super sensitive to cross contact, like I am.

I was so excited to eat gluten free pancakes that I didn’t do my research before, and unfortunately, I paid the price. The pancakes were truly magical, but I got glutened and I got hit hard. DO NOT EAT PANCAKES IF YOU HAVE CELIAC. Afterward, I investigated, only to discover that celiac people are very commonly glutened from the pancakes at Snooze and corporate hasn’t been helpful or willing to change any protocols to help :(.

Well food is ok- but ordered ahead and although I got a receipt- the restaurant never made it and then took 45 min to give us the order once we arrived to pick it up. Complete chaos at the restaurant. Long waits and average food - go somewhere else in my opinion.

Food was fantastic and I love that it’s marked GF. Ordering online is the way to go, there was a 2 hour wait the day before, but for good reason!

This is the first pancake in 2 years my daughter liked. Big. Fluffy. Yummy. Great gf options. Highly recommend! We were visiting Dallas and went twice!

Everything is NOT gluten free, why would someone say that?! I've eaten here a few times without getting sick. They offer gluten free pancakes and toast, they take reasonable precautions and do a good job.

There is no separate GF menu but they can pretty much make anything GF, including their pancakes, French toast, sandwiches, etc. my son had the grilled cheese and he said it was pretty good. Definitely will come back. Staff is friendly. Decor is fun and fresh.

The staff have procedures. I ordered pancakes and it came out with a marker indicating it was gf. I’m very sensitive and I did not get sick. Very happy!
They offer GF bread & can make any of their pancakes gluten free. Wonderful find!!!

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
