My favorite breakfast spot! GF pancakes and egg benedicts with flavor options for both!
UPDATE: I have given this place a few more tries and it seems like they’ve improved their precautions bc I have not been sick the last few times I ate here.
I want so bad to love this place, but I’ve been glutened twice from their pancakes. Even after making sure to speak with a manager every time. I love the Juan’s breakfast tacos and the Spuds Deluxe, but I would not trust their pancakes if you are celiac and super sensitive to cross contact, like I am.
I was so excited to eat gluten free pancakes that I didn’t do my research before, and unfortunately, I paid the price. The pancakes were truly magical, but I got glutened and I got hit hard. DO NOT EAT PANCAKES IF YOU HAVE CELIAC. Afterward, I investigated, only to discover that celiac people are very commonly glutened from the pancakes at Snooze and corporate hasn’t been helpful or willing to change any protocols to help :(.
There is no separate GF menu but they can pretty much make anything GF, including their pancakes, French toast, sandwiches, etc. my son had the grilled cheese and he said it was pretty good. Definitely will come back. Staff is friendly. Decor is fun and fresh.
They offer GF bread & can make any of their pancakes gluten free. Wonderful find!!!
We had a great experience at snooze. We made sure to speak to a manager and order with a “gluten allergy”. We are sensitive celiac and had chocolate chip gf pancakes, cinnamon roll gf pancakes, fried egg, bacon, hashbrowns and a crab (real so safe) and asparagus omelette with hollandaise. Very tasty and no one was sick. Food comes with a gluten allergy stick so look for that. Almost everything on menu can be gf but not necessarily on the menu. They do also have gf bread for toast or French toast.
