I’ve been to multiple Snooze locations in AZ and CO without a problem, but got sick here. The menus were not marked with gluten free options nor was there a gf menu, which made it so you have to rely on the server being knowledgeable and taking it seriously. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge in servers and staff about what had gluten. I would not order anything besides pancakes here in the future.
I've eaten here multiple times, it's about 50/50 if I get sick, I always tell them that I have a gluten allergy, and make sure to order gluten free items, about half the time they mess up my order in some way either giving me wrong items (stuff containing gluten like regular bread or flower tortillas when I ask for corn tortillas) or non gluten-free sausage that I didn't order in my scramble.
Sadly the food tastes good, although I'm no longer giving them any chances as being sick just isn't worth it.
Lots of gluten free options. I've tried a variety of the pancakes which were very good. The wait can be pretty long. Fun ambiance.
Staff seems very knowledgeable about their Gluten free options and substitutions are made with ease. Also LOVE that almost every kind of pancake can be made gluten free!
Our experience was absolutely awesome!!! Just about everything on the menu was available gluten free !!!! The presentation was perfect, the waite staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was great. You’ve got a visit this if you’re gluten-free and having a hard time finding someplace to eat breakfast. !!!!
AMAZINGGG, basically everything on the menu can be made GF, with no cross contamination. They made sure to put it was allergy and it came out with a clearly GF label. The bread wasn’t dry and crumbly (like a lot of GF breads are)…pancakes were fluffy. They have GF pancakes, French toast, bread and much more!! Staff was so nice and attentive. Highly highlyyyy recommend and I will now be a regular after my experience service and food wise.
