Owner is very knowledgeable about gf because he has a celiac family member. Don't order from counter, just walk directly to one of the registers and tell them you have celiac disease. They'll get your food from the back, with no risk of cross contamination. Delicious, safe ribs and sauces. Not many gf side dishes, but good to order for take out and make your own sides.
Yes
I love this place. Used to just get the chopped baker because the meat is the only meat not on the counter with the bread. Found out today that if you tell them as soon as you order that you have a gluten intolerance they will immediately get a manager and he/she will make your meal. You can have any meat you want and they get it from the back and cut it on a different cutting board with clean utensils. They even have a print out they can give you with nutritional and allergen info. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some safe and tasty BBQ!!
Good food, small gf selection. Asked for a gf salad and got croutons on it 😕
No
Gf on allergy list. Bread is on top of counter with meat....no go for celiac.
No
The bbq is prepped in its own area, so there is low risk of CC. I had the brisket and the sausage with the bbq sauce and did not experience any kind of reaction. I did not try any of the sides because I was unsure about CC.

I just asked about wheat in the seasoning on the babyback ribs. He said there was none went to the back got a separate cutting board and knife. Washed his hands and put on clean gloves and protector. I had a wonderful dinner.

Love Spring Creek BBQ. Wife is Celiac and they always know what you do. Clean cutting board, clean knife, change gloves and new brisket. Sauce is also gluten free. Never a reaction and we eat here quite often.

We’ve eaten at a Spring Creek before and had no problems. This time they didn’t know what gluten was or what to do. I opted to not eat here after talking with multiple staff members and just had a water while my family ate.
