Delicious tacos and sauces! Double layered the corn tortillas so the tacos don’t fall apart. Very flavorful tacos and beans!
Incredible. They double layer the corn tortillas too, so no breakage.

Always a good experience. Knowledgeable staff who take necessary precautions for allergy and sensitivity. Slogan says it all, "Damn good Tacos".

Some of the best tacos that I have ever had.
Yes
They have a gluten free menu and most tacos can be made gf. The food isn’t flagged but the servers always tell the order before they set it down. The Diablo queso is so good!! I’ve eaten here several times with no issues! The only con I have is the parking.

I had the green chile pork tacos and they weren’t bad. The menu isn’t labeled but I confirmed with the girl taking my order and she was confident in her response. Haven’t gotten sick, so I assume the proper precautions were taken.

I didn’t get sick but the food was not good at all. The queso was the only thing I enjoyed. The tacos were like a 13 year old made it.

They have a "gluten conscious" menu. Be very careful about ordering from it, because some items are grilled on the GF menu are breaded on the regular menu, so if you don't specify, you will get breaded. For example, the shrimp in the Baja Shrimp taco, or the mushrooms in the Independent taco. And always ask for corn tortillas.
Aside from that, the tacos are great, as are the queso, guacamole, and the street corn.
Their online ordering app has a “gluten allergy” checkbox, which is great. But locations vary in their awareness. I’ve never had a problem at the South Lamar location, but I have at others.

Torchy’s has a “gluten allergy” checkbox in their online ordering app (and probably also their registers). They also have separate physical GF menu (or did, pre-Covid) This is great, but locations vary in their awareness. I’ve been glutened twice at the William Cannon location. If I have to eat here, I order “in a bowl” to minimize possible contamination.
