They have a printed gluten free menu. Most items can be made GF with a corn tortilla. Burrito bowls are good, too Chips & queso were great!
The person who took my order was very knowledgeable about the menu and which items contained gluten and were safe. Food was absolutely delicious!

The food was good and they have a gluten free menu (although I had to pull it up on my phone). I was a little nervous, because I’m not really sure what sort of precautions they took even though I informed them Im gluten free… I started to feel pretty cruddy not long after. I can’t 100% attribute it to them, but I’m not sure I’ll be returning either.
I’m impressed by this place. The fact that they are tasty, affordable, and always super busy and can accommodate food allergies is awesome. I’ve eaten here 10+ times and never gotten sick. It’s a regular spot!
The disclaimer says it all. Eat at your own risk. Also, it seems to always take way too long just to get some chips and queso….way too long.
They have a big GF menu and are really helpful. Can’t go wrong with tacos!
Didn't feel good after some of the orders, felt fine other times.
They have a whole separate gluten free menu and they tell the staff when you have an allergy. The tacos are still delicious gluten free!
The democrat tacos are great! But get corn tortillas and don't be silly
Staff seemed knowledgeable but gluten free menu is not accurate. Chips are listed as gf but are fried in shared oil with flour. Will be staying away until menu issues are fixed.
I've ordered the Democrat tacos off of the gluten free menu twice and gotten sick both times
Love love love Torchey's!!! We eat here all the time and I have never once gotten sick! Most everything can be made gluten free and their margaritas are so good!

Delicious! They have a “gluten conscious” menu online and will note that the order needs to be gluten free if you ask when ordering. I got the chicken fajita and fresh avocado tacos, and both were great if a little spicy (I have a low spice tolerance). The manager stopped by our table while we were eating and brought us free chips and queso when we said it was our first time there. He explained that they have a dedicated fryer for the chips and even brought out a bag of the cheese they use so I could confirm it was gluten free. Overall, it was a great experience!
I went even after reading the previous review. We informed the staff when taking our order that I could not have gluten as it will make me sick. I was I formed that they would mark my food with a note so there was no cross contamination. Before we left, I was starting to have reactions to the food and it’s the only thing I have ate today. Will not be going back.
I had heard good things about Torchy's from GF friends, but the Cashier was not at all informed on GF. She assured me that the kitchen was well informed and could wipe things down, use separate utensils, etc. But they brought me a taco with fried tortilla strips on it, even after we had talked about the fact that their chips are not gluten free like they claim, since there's a shared fryer. I didn't eat it, to be safe. Definitely wouldn't recommend
Good tacos with lots of protein. Plan ahead by looking at their website for GF options and ask order to be flagged as GF. All is made in back, and I don’t know about their kitchen protocols. I get the same thing every time I go and feel safe with that.
