This restaurant was really good. I got a burger, and I loved it. It has parmesan cheese, which is a first for me. The bun said gluten friendly, but the waiter said, and I quote, "that is stupid, it shouldn't say it", so I think it is completely fine. Other options include a teriyaki bowl, lasagna bolognase, pizza, and fried rice.

Rose was our server & she was awesome!! She was very knowledgeable about gluten free & that was very reassuring. The hostess was super helpful as well..she also has celiac. Had the charred cauliflower appetizer & the turkey burger in a gf bun. Cauliflower was awesome!! Turkey was just okay..bun was really good. My mother in law got the spaghetti squash..that’s what I’ll get next time

Ordered a green salad with chicken on it and other toppings. Made sure to tell them I have nut allergy. Manager came to tell me all will be prepared seperate. Turned out there was a nut in bottom of dish under the lettuce. I panicked! I did not eat enough yet to get near it. Scary!

Food is excellent. Lots of gf options. The Lasagna is amazing with chicken fennel sausage Bolognese Sauce. All desserts are gluten free!

Had the cauliflower bites and the Korean steak, told staff we were celiac, they assumed us it was made separately. And, it was excellent and no side effects !

True Food Kitchen: Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options.

Today we had lunch in this beautiful, comfortable restaurant! The food was delicious, first time in a long time that I could have Cheesecake!!

The service was amazing, I ordered: 1. Turkey Burger, without the smoked gouda and without the jalapeño remoulade, with the gluten free bun (p.s. normal sized gf bread!!)🍔 + Sweet Potatoes 2. Lemonade and Water 🍋 3. Vegan Strawberry Cheescake 🍰

Highly recommended, they have many other options! Will be back for sure!

Dining experience was awesome. Server very knowledgeable. Menu clearly marked with GF options which dominate the selections. Had GF pizza , lasagna and a kale beverage. All fresh and delicious . Will certainly be back when on vacation in Boca again

Great food! Many options for gluten-free, and they mentioned in the back that it was an allergy so everyone was careful with contamination. The butternut squash soup was incredible.

This place is amazing! Tons of gf and dairy free options! Delicious drinks! all the desserts were gluten free when I was here! I ate here twice in one day! can’t say enough good things!

Cauliflower dish says GF but it tested positive on the Nima for gluten. Second time this happened as first time was at the Walnut Creek True Food location.

Ate here while attending a conference across the street. Lots of gluten free options including the fried chicken tenders. Staff were knowledgeable and took precautions.

Ate here twice. Good options. Wait staff was knowledgeable about CD. In fact one had CD herself that waited on us. Three GF dessert choices which is unusual. Food was fresh and innovative. Very much wellness oriented but with flavor. They were very flexible in making changes to accommodate. They took the CD diet seriously.

Wonderful experience here. I’ve been several times and have tried many things. Their burrito bowl is super yummy. I have never inquired about their gluten free pizza (about cross contamination) but I have not gotten sick here and always enjoy the freshness of the food.
