Celiac approved. Server was well knowledgeable about GF & cc, modifications etc. Lasagna & Korean glass noodles were delicious. Great atmosphere in the restaurant at The Point.

Amazing!! My family are gluten, dairy and peanut allergic and they catered for us fantastically! Food was delicious and really really wholesome! And best of all, no adverse effects!

Celiac-friendly in my experience. Our waitress knew precisely what on the normal menu was and was not available GF and knew the corner cases to look for with the specials menu (e.g. soy sauce as part of the seasonal brussel sprouts). Food was great, to boot!

It's in a mall of sorts, but the outdoor seating was quite nice.

Fantastic. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten. Bartender knew every ingredient in alost every dish. Even the soy sauce in the tuna tataki appetizer is GF tamari! 2 weeks ago I had the fish tacos, excellent. Last night i had the baked chicken. It was a culinary treat with cilantro pesto. Entire menu is very healthy.

I LOVE True Food. Such great gluten free options & they have GF substitutions for things like pizza & noodle dishes. And the normal options are not only delicious but healthy!!

I had the chicken Panang curry and it was loaded w veggies and flavorful. Yum!

Great place! I've been there twice now and have had no reaction and I'm celiac! Not only do they have an awesome selection of just gluten free foods, they also have quite a few of gluten free and vegetarian or vegan options! I love that!

Cauliflower dish says GF but it tested positive on the Nima for gluten. Second time this happened as first time was at the Walnut Creek True Food location.

Ate here while attending a conference across the street. Lots of gluten free options including the fried chicken tenders. Staff were knowledgeable and took precautions.

Ate here twice. Good options. Wait staff was knowledgeable about CD. In fact one had CD herself that waited on us. Three GF dessert choices which is unusual. Food was fresh and innovative. Very much wellness oriented but with flavor. They were very flexible in making changes to accommodate. They took the CD diet seriously.

Wonderful experience here. I’ve been several times and have tried many things. Their burrito bowl is super yummy. I have never inquired about their gluten free pizza (about cross contamination) but I have not gotten sick here and always enjoy the freshness of the food.
