I got Phad Thai as some else suggested which was great as far as celiac but chicken was so dull (my 8 year old loved it:), noodles were very good!. I left all these notes on the order saying I was celiac and they called me to clarify some things, so nice! I also got fresh rolls and really enjoyed their peanut sauce. Unfortunately, the black sticky rice got me though, I asked specifically if it was celiac safe and the said yes but I'm celiac symptoms. I had the black sticky rice one day later so feel sure it was just this that made me this happen. So sad!!

We got takeout and we ordered a few gf curries (marked on menu) explained about celiac and cross contamination and they said it was ok. However when we came to pick up 20 minutes later none of the food was made because while the curries are gf the sauces are pre-made so can’t be free of cross contamination. I ordered chicken pad Thai instead which was pretty meh. The non-celiac people in my group felt lukewarm on their order too. But I didn’t get sick so there’s that. Just definitely confirm what’s safe for celiacs vs what’s marked gf on the menu.

I was there for a work dinner. The food was pre-selected, so I don't know if there is a separate GF menu or if GF items are marked on the menu. Our servers were very helpful and let me know which dishes for our group were GF. Several were and they all were very tasty. I did not get sick.

It was a great restaurant. We had the shredded salad with Vietnamese dressing. It was wonderful. Then we ordered the chicken pad Thai gluten free. Another wonderful meal. Amber our waitress was very informative about my celiac condition. I would definitely go back.

Excellent food, very knowledgeable staff, and a very clearly marked menu. It was a easy place to eat gluten free, and I would return here in the future

I love wild ginger. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, long before I was diagnosed with celiac. They have gluten free items clearly marked on the menu. Also, if they have tamari in the kitchen they will gladly substitute it for the regular soy sauce in dishes, expanding the Gf options even further. So make sure to ask your server!! I had the black pepper scallops and the seafood noodles with tamari and had no issues or gluten reaction.
I love the food and have always felt safe eating both here and at their Bellevue location. The cocktails are good too! High prices but to be expected for the area.

Excellent food! The menu was clearly marked with GF next to each item. Staff was also helpful and attentive. I had the chicken salad and the Bibb lettuce wraps. Both items had a well balanced flavor and were perfectly portioned. Definitely would return.

It won’t change your life but it’s a got a few good options and I feel pretty safe eating here. The wings are delicious.
Food was not great and I got sick.

Ordered takeout and got back to my office to find breading all over my salad. :( Should have checked before I left but sad to see the carelessness on a GF order.

They were super friendly and asked about any allergies before I ordered to make sure I didn't get anything I couldn't have. Will definitely come here again!
We ate here last night and the staff knew the menu and the GF choices inside and out. Excellent meal.

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. EVER! Even including non-gf ones. I was with a large group and the chef prepared separate meals for myself and a vegetarian in the group. They were fantastic!! The staff was careful to point out which were safe for me, appropriate for the vegetarian and which to stay away from. I would highly recommend this place for anyone! They made the kids in the group feel welcome too and made creative drinks for them. Great atmosphere!!

Very clear about what's GF. Tasty but a bit expensive

Food and service were very good. Would go back again.
Good food. Reasonable prices. Not enough gluten free choices.
I appreciate that they have a GF menu, but I'm surprised to see this place with so many "celiac friendly" reviews. I asked for a noodle dish gluten free and was assured that was do-able, but was severely glutened by the dish--they say on their menu that they can't prevent cross contamination since there isn't dedicated equipment, but I'm speechless. This is my worst glutening in years. I suppose it's possible it's a fast-hitting food poisoning since it's the only questionable thing I've had... But either way, personally, I would say strongly not recommended for celiacs, based on my experience today.

I can't recall the last time I had a more flavorful vegetarian meal! Served family-style, our waiter selected options for the group. He was very-well versed in gluten-free requirements. 5 star atmosphere as well!
This restaurant has repeatedly fed me so called gluten free options and later I found they were not! At a later date the wait staff revealed the items were misrepresented as gluten free! Although we still go there after concerts, i never eat there and will never again!!

Very great GF option! We had the crab and green beans.

I eat here regularly. I like the curry eggplant and the lime Sea Bass with lettuce leaves. Staff very knowledgable about allergies. Dessert available too!

Staff was knowledgable and accommodating. Went with a large group, and they serve a family style restaurant but specifically sought the needs of both GF people. Amazing food, too.
Fantastic restaurant. Server was extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients in the food and how to accommodate different allergen issues.
The menu is clearly marked with what is gluten free and what is not. It has a lot of seafood options but there are also standard protein options that are delicious as well.
Fantastic, wonderful meal. I had the panang beef in curry sauce and ordered sauteed mushrooms and snowpeas. The flourless torte was also fantastic. Great restaurant.

Well marked menu and bar staff was knowledgable about GF items. Good food, fast service, and above average.
Everything our family had was great. Especially the sea bass lettuce wraps :)
Delicious options, staff is very conscious of food allergies. Service was great, I highly recommend for lunch or dinner.
Delicious good, lots of GF options with clear GF icons on menu.
Lovely gluten free Asian options. Knowledgable and helpful with gluten free ordering.
great selection and mango mojitos to boot!
fantastic!
Absolutely incredible gf food! Good knowledge of gf issues here, talk to your waiter. Great service, food and accommodations! Did a private room here and all I can say is that Wild Ginger is awesome!
What an awesome place! They really knew how to work with food allergies. I have never had a server ask if I had any additional food allergies they had to work with after I told them about ordering gluten-free! They worked well with the kitchen to find something that could work for me and everything was SO tasty!

Excellent food and amazing wine list.
Perfect service. Delicious GF/DF meal.
Wow, so I both feel like I should have looked it up on here before eating but also glad I didn’t because I had a fantastic experience. I went with a group of 6 coworkers, and I knew from the menu having GF markings I could have some items but I let the Waiter know I was celiac anyway, and he was very knowledgeable and said he could bring me gf soy sauce or tamari they had both and can make most dishes gf. I didn’t want to spoil the rest of the group’s choices so I opted to get my own entree and let them share family style. When we ordered, he came over to me and quietly let me know that of the 7 entrees and 4 appetizers we ordered he could make all gf except for the beef skewers, and was very respectful and discreet and I let the table know and asked if that’s okay, and he said the taste won’t change much as it’s mainly gf soy sauce that will be used in place of regular and everyone was fine with it. He put the skewers at the oppose end of the table and quietly reminded me that it’s the one I shouldn’t have. And went over each item as he put them out, and even mentioned to the table guests to not mix the serving utensils. I was fall on my ass impressed and thankful. We all ate family style and I loved all of it! And the best part is I didn’t get glutenned!! Thank you!

Great experience! GF items are clearly marked, and the server said that others could be made GF. I asked him to add a gluten allergy alert to my order, and when I confirmed this when my food arrived, he told me that he let the kitchen know it was Celiac and not a dietary preference (he used Celiac even when I hadn’t!). I got the Saturday Lodeh, and he confirmed that the tofu was fried first thing in the mornings after they change to fresh oil. I also got the coconut sago for dessert. All delicious! Decent GF drink options too…Boylans and Bundaburg.

My partner and I made 2 orders within 2 months from Wild Ginger Makenzie. As long time customers of the downtown location, we trusted them that the items marked gluten free were made without gluten based on our experience with the downtown location.
The first order was tasty, complete and prompted no ill reaction. However the second time we ordered the same items and I became violently ill. I do not react strongly to minor cross contamination.

They have gluten free items called out in menu but lots of opportunity for cross contamination. The items labeled gf (e.g. satay bar) are cooked on the same grill that non gf items are cooked on. My “chicken 65” dish was labeled gf but tested positive for gluten. They use the same woks to cook both gf and non gf food. They state they clean them in between uses but that might have been the source of contamination.
