A relatively large GF menu. They offered GF bread (although I think it was actually a grilled GF hamburger bun, but not so bad!). Food prepared separately and the “allergy” designated with a skewer.

We stopped by for dinner and after consulting the online GF menu, we started with the gf bread & French onion soup. We had the filet, broccoli, and mashed potatoes for dinner. Finished off with the flourless chocolate torte! Everything was delicious 😋

One of my favorites in the twin cities. Hadn’t eaten here since Covid and had a great safe, meal. Love getting warm bread before dinner!

Another great experience. Server was very versed with GF. He filled out a separate allergy ticket, I asked him to put celiac on it.

I have a Nima gluten tester, I tested the cauliflower mozzarella pizza which came back “gluten found”. The server said when she spoke with the chef he said the sauce could have been cc.. I requested in future they have separate pizza sauce than the one they use for wheat pizza crust. The flourless chocolate cake and gf bread’s results were gluten free!

Didn’t get a very knowledgeable waiter so we did not have a pleasant time. Burger was very good but kind of felt judged for having an allergy. He got very confused when we had 2 people with allergies to wheat & dairy. Now I am up at 3am with an aching stomach pain & nausea. Definitely not safe for celiac ):

I have dined at Wildfire twice. Once in the summer of 2019 and once this month (october 2020). The ambiance is great and the food is delicious. Unfortunately Wildfire is NOT celiac friendly. The first time I ate here I got incredibly sick. I wanted to give it another chance because of the great gluten free reviews and I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke. But I got even sicker the second time I ate here. I made it extremely clear to the server both times that I have a serious allergy. My food came out marked gluten free, but was definitely cross contaminated. I’m so surprised Wildfire has multiple positive gluten free reviews.... I wish it was safe for me to eat because the food is delicious but I won’t be returning.

Staff are very knowledgeable. Just ask for the GF menu. I had the WildFire chopped salad. I was brought GF bread, delicious! The Parmesan cod was fabulous. I also indulged in the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was marked with an allergy stick in it. I felt very safe and confident eating.

This is our go-to place. Staff is very knowledgeable. The menu is delicious. And it’s nice being able to have soup out for once! Highly recommend for adults. Not a lot of kid friendly options - mine don’t eat steak quite yet.
Yes
I've been here a handful of times, and every time is a great experience! Staff is knowledgeable about Celiac, has a separate menu, and has those little toothpicks to identify your meal is GF. Plenty of options on the menu. Food is delicious. The Halibut and salmon are favorites of the group of people I go with. The salads are excellent, and the goat cheese app is amazing.

Wildfire is awesome!! They take GF seriously. Large menu with lots of choices. I am a sensitive celiac and have never had a single problem here. Thank you Wildfire for being a safe oasis for those with Celiac!!
Yes
Not celiac safe! Had a few positive tests with the Nima sensor on different dishes (French onion soup and the chicken Moreno tested positive. The twice baked potato was ok). The servers are great and make you feel comfortable about their kitchen process. When the manager found out about the positive tests that said something like “maybe this isn’t the best place for you to eat”. The kitchen does not have a safe process to avoid CC. Eat at your own risk. I won’t be back again.

Wow! The service was amazing. They took being celiac so seriously. I totally recommend this restaurant. The food was great and so many good choices. Definitely try the bread and bun options. Far superior to so many I have tried before.

Absolutely delicious food! My husband and I go here every year for Valentines Day for the 4-course dinner. They have gluten free shrimp cocktail, croutons, steak, potatoes, bread, and a delicious GF chocolate cake. We always feel like they handle our GF requests with great care. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing - dimly lit, Frank Sinatra music vibes - it’s exceptional! Make a reservation if you can.

Not very dairy free friendly—only had fish or steak. Ribs and chicken were marinated with milk. Also, not a dedicated fryer so the fried items listed on the gf menu aren’t safe.

This is a go-to spot for us. The staff has great procedures to understand how to prepare their dishes for certain allergies and adjust accordingly. I’ve never gotten sick from here despite eating there almost once per month.

I LOVE WILDFIRE!!! the staff is kind and very knowledgeable! HUGE menu! Gave out gluten free bread baskets and clearly differentiated my food from the rest of the group. Also- lava cake! Delicious and would give a million stars!

Overpriced and the food wasn’t great. The GF bun crumbled apart leaving me eating the steak on its own. The au gratin potatoes were yummy but they’re not worth going back for.

Absolute favorite place to eat without ever worrying. Lots of GF options, knowledgeable staff, excellent service.

Very attentive to the needs of celiacs.
Very extensive GF menu with knowledgeable staff. Plates were clearly marked to avoid mix-up. The bread on the GF sandwich was delicious
Always a great option! An extensive GF menu that is executed well. They have GF croutons so the review stating there was a crouton must not have realized it was GF. With a call that could have been clarified.
Rather disappointed after reading great reviews. Ordered food to go. The onion soup had a big label on top saying "GF No crouton." I opened the lid and there was a huge crouton inside so soaked in soup that it fell apart into tiny pieces when I tried to remove it. I ordered the pizza and requested goat cheese on top. The pizza cake with no goat cheese and when I pointed that out, the carry out guy took the pizza away and sprinkled goat cheese on top and brought it right back, without cooking or even reheating it to melt the cheese. I ordered a filet medium well and it was rare.

Great restaurant. They have a gluten free menu with wide variety of choices. Also have gluten free bread . Very nice environment. Would definitely go there again!

Amazing food!! So many options, even GF bread brought to the table and everything came with allergy sticks. Highly recommend!

Great food! Completely separate menu and my food came labeled with allergy sticks. Awesome service! Prices were high but worth it

I had French onion soup.... And it was awesome!!! Wonderful to walk in a restaurant and ask about gluten-free, and not get "the look". Instead, I got a menu with lots of delicious choices, and a dessert I had to fight my gluten loving family for. :)
gluten free bread to snack on... croutons... rolls... pasta... you name it. I'm in heaven. A new family fav for sure!
Yes
Big gf menu, gf food comes out with wooden allergy toothpicks, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, they do it right! This is my go to place for celebrations.

Really, really good GF food, from the warm GF roll to the entrees and desserts!

Extensive GF menu-- very knowledgeable staff and excellent service. GF bread available-- and both GF pasta and rolls, too. Food is excellent-- and a great atmosphere. Kids eat free on Sunday (and they have GF options for kids, too!) One of our favorites!

Hands down the best gluten-free menu I've seen. The food, isn't cheap, but this place is well worth the money. Incredible food!

like others have said, Wildfire is hands down THE BEST gluten free restaurant in the Twin Cities. Great expansive menu, delicious & abundant gf menu. I mean GF food that is superb, not ok or a steak with no sides or seasoning. Everything is that good, the salads are something you'll actually enjoy and look forward to! !

Hands down best gluten free restaurant. Dedicated gluten free menu with lots of delicious options including fresh baked bread and dessert.
Great trained staff and a large binder with ingredients for all menu items.
Excellent gf menu and very good food. they take extra precautions when preparing gf items. I had the gf pizza as well as gf beer and desert. Prices aren't too bad considering the level of service and atmosphere. They even have delicious fresh gf bread provided with every meal.
Incredible gluten free selections and careful, thorough service! So many options for apps, entrees, and desserts, and the complimentary gluten free bread is delicious!!
excellent commitment to celiac community. supports local CDF twin cities chapter All precautions are taken.
Wonderful food. Separate gf menu. Gluten free bread brought out before dinner was pretty good and no extra charge. Good selection of gf items on menu. Food came out marked with allergy stick. Excellent service and felt safe. French fries here are not safe due to cross contamination our waiter mentioned so that was a bummer for my son, but the mashed potatoes were good.
