Such a great knowledgeable staff!!! Fabian made my pizza in the back and Hannah made my husband’s pizza!! So amazing
I have celiac. Staff took off gloves. Made pizza in back and cooked on separate pan, cut with dedicated pizza cutter. I felt comfortable eating there, but certainly potential for cross contamination because of the nature of how they cook it. Gluten free crust was very good.

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."

We called in our order due to having a short amount of time to pick up our orders and return to our event. We ordered two Gf pizzas and one non GF. They were all delicious, fresh, and hot. My son that is GF and I loved our pizzas and had no GI issues after eating.
I asked for the gluten free crust and told them it was an allergy. They put together my pizza in a separate area and I didn’t have any problems.
Wow! We were on the road between AZ and Disney and stopped here after reading reviews. The pizza was delicious and they made my Celiac sons pizza from fresh ingredients from the kitchen rather than upfront. We will absolutely stop here again. Good food, impeccable restaurant and bathrooms and they literally said “we take your sons safety very seriously.”
My favorite Indio restaurant. Staff is careful and knowledgeable about celiac.
Separate area to prepare the gluten free pizzas and they’re made on a pan so they’re not contaminated in the oven. Great pizza! All the gelato flavors are gluten free as well!
They have delicious gf pizza crust wrapped. They wipe down all their countertop surfaces. They assure that they are celiac and allergy friendly

At an event in town so had pizza delivered this time. Tasted great and didn't get sick 😀
I go to this location quite often. The pizza is delicious and the staff is friendly. (We switched over from the downtown location where a particular young guy was working most visits and made me feel like my allergy order was an inconvenience to him. My family also picked up on his attitude.) This location by the lake is great! They take precautions with the “allergy” orders to try to keep my pizza safe from gluten cross contact.
Perfect spot for those who had gluten issues! They have a dedicated prep area to ensure there is no cross contamination!! Best part…the food is super yummy and they are so accommodating to all!
Pretty good gluten free pizza. Though the oven is shared, they placed it on a pan and used unopened prepped ingredients. I did not get sick 👍
GF crust, prepared in an aluminum pan in the back using ingredients that have not been on the active line. The crust type alerts the staff if it's a preference or an allergy.
The staff all seem to be well trained to ask the questions and handle procedures.
To date, my kid has had about 4 different pizzas and never got sick.
Very happy with this place.
