The wait staff was super friendly and inviting. I went twice over the span of a couple weeks.

The gluten free menu has plenty of options and the food quality is fantastic. I am highly symptomatic and had no reactions!

I will definitely visit again.

I have eaten here multiple times with no reaction (prime cheddar burger, Caesar salad no croutons). The waitstaff are attentive and at my most recent visit, our waitress wrote that it was an allergy and said she made sure the kitchen staff changed gloves. Very nice place to eat.

Dedicated, surprisingly large and diverse gluten free menu.The waitress was very kind and understanding! Let me know that they do not have a gluten free designated Fryer. Was patient and waited for me to pick something else. Offered me a gluten free bun when she brought out bread and butter! Ordered the cranberry chicken salad- delicous!

Aubrey’s was excellent. Separate GF menu, I had the cheeseburger and bun was amazing - did not crumble at all. I knew it was the gf bun because my boyfriend got a regular burger with a bun and they looked different. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I loved everything about this place. I had a gluten-free patty melt that was amazing. I was disappointed that they didn't have a designated frier for French fries. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was helpful, and the establishment was clean.

Great service, lots of variety, but there was a macaroni noodle in the side of cinnamon apples that was supposed to be gluten free, so cross-contamination measures failed in our case.

Update! I tried this restaurant again, which I don’t normally do but with so many good reviews I wanted to give a second try. I had the burger and coleslaw and did not get sick! It was so good. I think the first time may have just been a fluke, possibly cross contamination from the chicken salad touching other buns? I am highly sensitive to cross contact.

Original post: Was delicious but unfortunately got glutened. I am pretty sensitive to cross contamination. I did inform them that I have celiac disease. I got the chicken salad sandwich on a gluten free bun and sugar snap peas.

I appreciate having choices close to me. I went on Mother’s Day. I ordered the grilled chicken fingers, broccoli and fruit, and strawberry Salad! Oh yeah, even splurged on the gluten free brownie and I’ve cream! So far so good! I’ll keep u posted! The food tasted amazing!

Waitress said she understood all precautions, and staff would take absolute care with my food. Started getting sick shortly after eating 3/4 of the meal. Would not recommend if you have celiac.

I love this place! Have eaten here often for three years and never had a problem with gluten contamination. I’m celiac and cannot touch or ingest gluten and never had an issue. Just make sure you tell server if you’re highly sensitive.

Waitress was very helpful, she asked the kitchen to cook my mushrooms in olive oil so so I wouldn't get sick from the oil they typically use which I don't do well with. The gluten free bun was so good I had to double check that it was gluten free, I was still skeptical but I never got sick!

I have celiac and have had no problems here! The wait staff is always super helpful, and if they aren’t sure about something they will go check with the kitchen or managers. They are always super accommodating and I have had great experiences here over the past few years!

They brought out GF BREAD with my husband's bread, on a separate plate with my own butter!! It was a warmed GF bun that tasted very Hawaiian roll-esque. It was sooo good! I loved the chicken club sandwich and the 2nd GF was as good as the 1st.

Delicious! Waiter already knew everything about gluten/cross contamination; kitchen staff was trained and had their GF methods perfected, so you are SAFE here if you have Celiac! The manager even came by to let us know how thorough they are with allergies. Highly recommend!

Server was very knowledgeable. When we asked about gluten-free options, she immediately asked if cross-contamination was an issue. My wife has celiac so we told her yes. She went through the options and was very thorough. The good was very good and there were no effects later. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience today. Had a smash burger and loaded potato. The gf bun was great. They even brought me one to start all toasted up with honey butter to start. Server was knowledgeable and so kind. What a great restaurant!

There is zero SAFE handling of gluten allergies or celiac disease. The management also has no awareness of what gluten is or even if it is in the chili (which it isn’t). My best friend (gf as well as am I) has been working for the company for a short while. This location isn’t safe for those who are extremely sensitive to gluten or those who can not tolerate any exposure. I had quit eating at Aubrey’s two years ago because of feeling sick after having food that came from their gluten sensitive menu. Now I understand why. Just sharing knowledge my gf buddies! Also, if you’re ordering burgers, they use the same toppings used for assembling all burgers. Hence, massive cross contamination happening with no regard.

Served my salad with croutons! They remade the salad and I order the grilled tuna sandwich. Everything was good and I did not get sick but I probably won’t be back. It shows they don’t train their serves to be more cautious with their GF customers.

I eat GF at Aubreys on a regular basis and have never had an issue. They have a GF menu. I always order grilled chicken tenders (with honey mustard sauce for dipping) and a loaded baked potato from the Kids section of the GF menu. Very good and filling. Be sure to tell your server that you are GF and ask them to write it on your ticket.

Honestly, this place is hit or miss. The Greeneville location is awful and I always get sick or a rash from this place from contamination or the haphazard use of butter. JC location depends. I recently tried to order and the person on the phone wouldn’t go ask the kitchen questions so I had to cancel my order to prevent from my whole family getting sick. They do not cater to dairy free and what is gf and df is extremely limited. Unless you want to order the same thing over and over again, it isn’t great. The gf buns are the best I’ve ever had and the chicken salad is good. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a good waitress. Other times, you may just get sick from gluten or dairy.

My friends got sandwiches from the Bojangles next door, but all they had for me was cole slaw and pimento cheese, so I was excited to get a pimento cheese burger on a gf bun. I clicked the button on their site to order online (through Chownow) and ordered a burger specifically from the gluten-free section.

When I was handed the burger, I double-checked it was gluten-free, and they seemed surprised and said “no.” They said the only non-gf thing was the bun so they could just put it in a new bun, so I had to explain I had celiac and needed a new burger.

Probably avoid ordering online and try to speak to someone who knows what they’re talking about.
