Gates A, B - restaurant located in main area between these two gates.
Ordered a salad & told them I was Celiac. They made my salad in the back to avoid contamination. Food was very good & convenient when you don’t have time for sit down restaurant.

Great experience! When I explained my gluten allergy, they immediately changed their gloves and asked if I would like my meal made in the back in a separate non-contaminated area. Great bowls of fresh ingredients. Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu.

I asked all the right questions regarding their protocol for food allergies. They responded in a way that seemed legit— one staff changed gloves and went in back to pull from fresh ingredients. Within 20-30 mins after eating only half of the mediocre salad I started getting symptoms of exposure. I have celiac disease and I am allergic to wheat products. I am very sensitive to cross contamination. I wouldn’t eat here again, and cannot in good faith recommend it to other celiacs. I wish airports had more reliable options for folks with food allergies.

This is my go to spot at the airport. Have eaten here many times without issues. They will prepare a salad in the back with fresh ingredients.

All GF items marked on the menu. When I said I was celiac the manager took over the order. All fresh items were taken from the cooler instead of the serving bins (to ensure no cross contamination) and cooked items were taken from the kitchen instead of the bins. Really appreciated how much care they took to make my order safe.

Stopped by because I was in the area and hadn’t been to an Evergreen’s location in a couple of years. I love their seasonal offerings of salads. They had gluten-free clearly marked on the menu.

Definitely got sick after eating here. I would compare it more to food poisoning rather than being glutened. Most miserable flight after eating at this place

as someone with celiac, i felt safe eating here. they already have celiac and gluten free protocols in place and prepared my food separately from the rest. the portion sizes are good and for airport food, it wasn’t terribly expensive. i got their jalapeño business bowl and loved it!

The most gluten free options in the Seattle airport and seemed the safest. Got the jalapeño business bowl and it was very yummy.

It's hit or miss if I get cc'd from here or not. I went today and watched a server pick up a tortilla and then dip the entire salad measuring bowl into the lettuce. After today I will not be returning due to cross contamination fears. Which is a bummer because it was one of my favorite places in the area.

I have eaten here multiple times and I have had great experiences. They make all salads in their own bowls with different tongs for each salad. No cross contamination and great service. Perfect stop if you’re looking for a celiac safe meal at SEA TAC!

Such good food. Even items not listed as GF they will adjust. The Thai curry bowl is delish - minus the crispy onions and the jalapeño bowl is wonderful.
They change gloves and go in back to make our food when we state we are Celiac. They are very accommodating. Ate there 2x in Airport and no reactions. Feels safe and best option in Sea Tac

My work needed to order me a lunch because the place they were ordering from couldn’t safely feed me. This evergreens had good reviews and I remember them being tasty from pre diagnosis. Our in house ordering person gave them really specific instructions about what was needed to keep me safe and when it arrived the first thing I grabbed reaching I to the bag was a bag with bread in it, which did not inspire confidence they understood or followed the other directions

Great service, as soon as I said I was gluten free/celiac they walked away and changed gloves. Every salad gets a new bowl and pair of tongs so I felt CC wasn’t an issue combined with the glove change. Got the El Sombrero with no cheese (I am DF) and it was yum!!!! You can also download the dietary info on the evergreens website to further review the salad and dressing ingredients, etc. Can definitely count on this place having a safe salad with a little protein so i’m not so hungry at the airport đđŒđđŒ

Menu items clearly labeled. When I mentioned Celiac, the person stopped the regular flow of what they were doing, went over the menu items with me to make sure they were all ok and changed their gloves. They went in the back and made the salad there, away from the bar counter. Tip top service and wonderful food! I feel great, no reactions. I’ll make this a habit when I’m in SeaTac.

I love evergreens but since being diagnosed have eaten here twice. First time no reaction, second time was a clear cross contamination glutening. Delicious but not worth the risk. Both times I marked gluten allergy and followed up with a phone call to make sure they would try to be careful and they were super accommodating. Still happened but they tried.

I was a little nervous about how busy they were that they would have cross contamination but I talked to the server and she seemed confident when I told her no gluten and she said “so no almonds?”. I agreed if they could have gluten. They went down the line and nothing could have had gluten until the end so it is set up well to be GF. I got the quinoa super bowl and it was great! I did not get sick and a ton of food!

Amazing experience, they are very accommodating. They make the GF food in a separate space with separate fixings. I thanked the cashier for being so accommodating, he explained that the owner has celiac so everyone gets trained on avoiding cross contamination.

Excellent experience! Server changed gloves and grabbed clean utensil, explained that only surface that could cross-contaminate was the counter (and that he wouldn’t allow the utensil to touch the counter)… even clarified w/ the manager on-duty that the dressing was GF before adding to my dish! Great portion size, packaged for take-away… so grateful to have found a safe spot in the airport for a safe, healthy meal!

Told them I was a celiac and they immediately changed their gloves. They do have the croutons out and close to the veggies which concerned my husband and they offered to pull all fresh veggies from below for me. We will definitely eat here again! All super nice people too.

Good salads, bowls. GF options are clearly marked, but ingredients are not kept separate. Good, fresh food.
So many options! I try to minimize fiber so chose quinoa bowl instead of greens. You can also order online and then pick it up in the airport’s main food court between terminals A and C.
The staff member changed her gloves as soon as I said the word allergy. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick something that was free of both gluten and dairy (only one option on the menu was gf and vegan, but I’m sure you could customize others to make them safe).
Yes
I've had salads from here a few times now without any issues. I'm gluten sensitive. So happy to have a healthy restaurant option in the neighborhood!
Staff was very knowledgeable, barely got the word celiac out and he was already changing his gloves. All bowls used to mix salads are clean and not reused. All utensils are clean and only used for item intended. Each topping has its own tongs, no using hands to grab ingredients. Lots of options, granted this is a salad place, and I’m not always up for a salad but it was a very excellent salad. Also they have gf cookies and brownies in their own packaging.
Yes
Staff were willing to change gloves and answer questions. Did offer bread at the end (not touching but still)
