Solid burger place with a dedicated fryer for French fries. The bun was soft and tasty and the burger excellently prepared. No ill effects, which is a win. Had the signature zinburger with a basket of regular fries. After a day of travel, I was not disappointed. Also has a great atmosphere and while I didn’t have anything to drink but Sprite tonight, it looks like the bar and wine list (plus happy hour specials from 3 to 6) are well appointed.

CELIACS BEWARE!
Staff is not consistently trained to handle GF food. Some people taking orders do not understand both the procedure for assuring the food is made GF or the importance of this. To most of the staff, mistakenly giving a regular bun is like forgetting to add bacon.

Update: DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOURE CELIAC. Theres no indications on the food when they serve it. My burger came out with NO CHEESE written on the top. Found that kind of odd that GF wasnt written. I asked the person taking the orders if my turkey burger was gluten free.. Her response floored me. She didn't look at anything on my order and said "yes our turkey burgers come gluten free." Sooo the person taking orders doesn't know to ring up the burgers on GF buns!?! My gf and I both opened up our wrappers, she got the seared ahi burger. And guess what?.. We had the same type of bun!
Never again! I have $12 left on a gift card and I'm going to give it away.
Friendly service, but our server offered us one round of drinks and those came out after the salad and burgers. As for the food, top notch. Only tried the turkey burger so far but it was great. Came on an Udi bun with a side of pickles. Fries are pretty good, very close to five guys. Little pricey but you get what you pay for here.
Update.. I have eaten here 4 times now and as nice as the staff can be they make a massive amount of mistakes with each order. This last order was the tipping point...3rd time in a row. Ordered a turkey burger no cheese and pickles. Came with a massive amount of cheese, no tomatoes and the container of pickles had 2 little slices in it.

Had bad experience - got sick before I even left the restaurant. The place was not clean so cross contamination seems likely.
No
Great gluten free meal. My daughter had the kids grilled cheese on a gf bun(udi), fries cooked in a dedicated fryer and a vanilla shake mixed in a clean blender. Waiter understood our needs. Great meal, will return.

I was just diagnosed with Celiac, I was ecstatic to find out my favorite restaurant Zin Burger has a lot of Gluten Free options.
What a great experience! House made gluten free buns, separate fryer, very very well trained staff, and everything was WONDERFUL! Can't recommend it enough.
Yes
Gluten free burger had gluten in it according to Nima Sensor test.
No
Amazing gf menu. Gf fries and burger buns. They indicated everything that can be modified to be gf
Great food. Always loved it here, and still enjoy it now that I have celiac. Many burger options can be made GF and they have a separate fryer for French fries. Like the last reviewer said, there is never a 100% guarantee for cross contamination, but they do a really good job to avoid it as best as they can.
Went here tonight me and my son have celiac so we had burgers with gf buns. After we got are meal are server thought are buns look different so went back and ask the cook and they were gf buns but how awesome how she questioned how the rolls looked before we even did because I knew they look like gluten-free buns. My point is great service they obviously know what they are doing when it comes to gluten free
Had Kobe burger with GF bun and Truffle fries and it was delicious. They waiter was very knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t eat. Didn’t have any problems.

So excited to find this place in my travels! I had a bacon cheese burger with a gluten free bun (it was just an udi’s bun so I ended up taking it off but the burger was delicious), fries, and a milkshake!! They have dedicated drivers and dedicated blenders for gluten free milk shakes! The waitress was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything.
Yes
GF bun was delicious and burger fantastic, but I am a very sensitive celiac. Be careful with toppings which are likely contaminated. Seasonings, sauces, bacon, etc could have done it. Server was very confident that I would be safe, but the menu states the truth that there is still no guarantee.
No
Disappointed. The bun was soggy on one side and falling apart on the other. Burger didn’t have much flavor. Fries and coleslaw was good. That’s it
Fries passed Nima and my burger didn’t make me sick
Yes
The burgers are fantastic. I highly recommend this place.
Yes
Been here several times with no issue. Staff and mgr are knowledgeable about celiac‘s and gluten sensitivity. They have a dedicated fryer for regular french fries. (Sweet potato fries are not gf). I usually get a burger in a lettuce wrap.
Yes
I just had the best turkey burger in my life! I made sure everything was gluten-free and ordered it on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this place
Great burger and ahi tuna sandwich. The gf buns were so tasty that I panicked a bit thinking they were gluten filled. Also, the fries are made in a dedicated fryer and so good.
Yes
Meh. I didn’t hate it and it wasn’t contaminated, but the burger was just okay. I expected more from the hype and the price but the burgers are better at Town Hall. Also, it’s really loud and you are sitting practically in the laps of your neighbors.
Very good. GF knowledgeable with GF notations on menu, good GF bun. Shared kitchen so would not risk if celiac, but safe for my wheat allergy.

So in 4 years of eating here I never had a problem till now, 7 months pregnant. My well done burger was clearly not on a gluten free bun which luckily I was able to recognize by sight, having eaten here so much. The server confirmed I was right and so explained, again, that I have actual celiac disease so it would need to be remade. 5 minutes later he brought out a burger on a GF bun and I said wow that was really fast for a well done burger was it remade entirely? And he said no, same burger just changed the bun out! Obviously that was the last straw for me and I ended up not eating. Zinburger has been wonderful overall but this is a reminder that if a server is busy and doesn’t actually understand when you advocate for yourself, it’s just not safe to eat out with celiac disease. Really really disappointed (and pregnant and hungry). Please remember to eat at your own risk and be your own advocate.

Great service, atmosphere, and food. The staff is very attentive to food allergies, and friendly. The gluten free buns are remarkable.
We have been here at least six times and my daughter has never had an issue. She gets the plain and simple burger with a gluten free bun and fries.
Yes
One of the first questions the server asked was whether or not there were any allergies, which was great. They have gluten free buns for the burgers and marks on the menu for which items can be served glutes free. Best of all, everything was delicious!
Yes
Always good here. Some staff are not knowledgeable, but 99% of the time they are aware and helpful. Just speak up!!
The menu clearly states that they do not take precautions against cross contamination in the kitchen and that people with celiac might not want to eat here.
No
Food was awesome (got a bacon cheeseburger with GF bun, loaded cheese fries-with cheese SAUCE, and the creme brulee milkshake). Didn't get sick (well, not from gluten- I definately over-ate, but that's not their fault!). Milkshakes were more milk than icecream, but we'd definately eat there again.
Yes
Food was good and the staff was knowledgeable. Made sure that all the ingredients used in a cocktail I ordered were gf before making it.

Not sure about other locations but this one cooks it’s fries in a separate fryer from gluten-based menu items! At lunch today, I ordered a GF burger with GF bun. When it arrived, the bun looked similar to my friends non GF bun. When I asked about it, waiter confirmed it was not GF as intended and they assured me they would make a whole new one with GF bun. They handled the correction fantastically and the burger and fries were delicious when the new one arrived. They even ended up comping the burger which went above and beyond. I will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing! When I mentioned that we had two in our party who had celiac disease, the hostess immediately showed me a menu with items that can be made gluten-free notes, explained that they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free items, and said to inform the waiter so that they can be aware to prevent cross contamination. Food and milkshakes were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!
Yes
It was totally delicious. Hamburgers on gluten free buns. Fries done in a separate fryer— great service. I’m celiac and I had no issues— will definitely come here again
Yes
Had a seemingly yummy meal but got sick on the car ride home about an hour after eating. I got a regular burger with French fries with gf bun and waiter seemed to be knowledgeable about safety in the kitchen. Wouldn’t dine here if you are very sensitive even tho they large amount of gf options
No
Sadly disappointed. You cannot post things on your menu as gluten free when they are fried in the same oil with non gluten free items. That makes them unsafe for people with gluten allergies..
No
Absolutely amazing, they take gf super seriously. They do new glove preparation, have a separate deep fryer, and will even clean the milkshake machine if you ask!! I wouldn’t get a gf bun here, the burgers are frankly too big on their own to warrant eating a whole bun with. They’ll lettuce wrap too!! Just ask, the staff is very kind.
Yes
This place is a disaster. No gf buns as advertised on this app, waitress argued there was no way to make gf fries despite what the menu said, waited over an hour for food and opted to leave once we discovered several parties seated ahead of us were still waiting for their food.
Awesome huge selection and completely aware
Yes
It's a busy place and the menu is marked for a lot of GF options. The menu has a disclaimer that they can't guarentee GF, as it's a shared kitchen, but my Nima sensor gave the happy face for the 'No buns' Turkey burger, as well as the double truffle fries. The manager did say they have a dedicated fryer, as well as color coded utensils/prep. As long as I'm not sick tomorrow, I think it's a go.
Yes
Food was good and staff new about Celiacs but I still got sick. In the restaurants defense, the manager did explain that while their fryer is gluten free, the line cooks are “messy” and tend to cross contaminate from time to time. I shouldn’t have taken the risk. Paid for it 45 mins later for sure.
No
mediocre burgers and gluten free bun disintegrates immediately
Yes
The staff is very knowledgeable, to the point of knowing the sweet potato fries are processed in a facility that contains wheat. They have separate fryers for the fries and toast their GF burger buns separately as well. Almost the entire menu can be made GF!
