Chellee We love Asian Star in Cottonwood Heights, which is relatively near the SLC ski resorts. They have a huge selection of GF Chinese food. We have eaten here for the past 7 years and my daughter who is Celiac has never gotten sick. Our favorites from the GF menu are: chicken lettuce wraps, honey walnut shrimp, egg drop soup and happy family.
