Delicious pizza. Get the cauliflower crust. It is awesome. Never had a bad pizza there. And a lot of their toppings are gluten free. Edited to add: I don't know why people are complaining about cross-contamination. Tell them it is an allergy. They change gloves and utensils AND put your pizza on a fireproof slab before putting it in the woodfire oven so it won't be contaminated.

Went here last night with our family. While they have a GF crust option, there was zero concern for cross contamination. The employees used the same gloves, the same utensils, and the same pizza press regardless of if you ordered GF or not.

While they have GF cauliflower crust, everything about the making of the pizza was cross contaminated. They have a glove change but the same utensils and ingredients are used as well as the same oven.

Had the gluten free puzza. It was amazing. Lots of choices, and the servers changed gloves. Zero issues for me. They did cook it in the same wood-burning oven, but took care to separate it from my husband's order.
Literally just left there - ordered the Gf pizza option, watched them use the same press they used for all Other pizzas, toppings were cross contaminated, cut with the same pizza cutter as all others. Needless to say, left there hungry, no pizza and ended up at Wholefoods 😑

absolutely unsafe, i showed up under the impression that it was celiac safe but that was far from true. There was a glove change but the staff was unaware of cross contamination and used the same gloves when it got to the oven, put it in with all of the regular pizza, then used the same spatula. They are extremely ignorant to what it means to have celiac disease. If you have celiac disease please do NOT come here. it may be different at other locations.

Make sure you watch them make your pizza if you are ordering GF. I ordered online and left with the pizza. They had made a gluten pizza even though the receipt that came with the box said gluten free. Big mistake!

This used to be a go to for me while up for work trips, however they no longer have a separate gluten free pizza press so cross contamination will happen.

Not celiac safe. Not knowledgeable about cross contamination.

This place has gluten free pizza and several gluten and dairy free topping options, including vegan cheese and buffalo sauce drizzle! You can request a glove change which will make any employee touching your pizza change their gloves before handling it. For GF/DF pizzas they also use a mat under the pizza in the shared oven to minimize contamination. Also, if you are both gluten and dairy free like myself, be sure to ask for a clean cutter from the kitchen. They have dedicated gluten free and vegan cutters at hand, but not one that covers both. That said, the pizzas are prepared on a shared counter and in a shared oven, so I would hesitate to recommend Blaze for Celiacs (hence the four stars). I have never personally had a reaction here, but mine is an allergy, not Celiacs, and I don't usually have too much of a reaction to cross-contamination.
Delicious Gluten free pizza with fresh ingredients. They're basically like the Chipotle of Pizza. Everything is transparent so you can see the conditions/cleanliness. I was very happy with the taste of my meal. As soon as you ask for Gluten free they offer to remove their gloves and are careful to avoid cross contamination.
Yes
They have GF pizza dough, and offer to all put on clean gloves when handling the dough. It is still made in the same assembly line and cooked in the same brick oven. I personally did have a negative reaction to my GF pizza. It was also all crunch and not soft at all.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
