They did really well in regards to safety. But the food was HORRIBLE!! They have buns and a separate fryer. But there are much better options elsewhere, and they’re just as safe.

Our server, Veronica was very knowledgeable. I asked her what the “gluten sensitive” part of the menu meant and she basically said it means gluten free. They have gluten free buns and a couple random items are gluten free (the salmon and a rice and pineapple dish are gf but could be remembering that wrong). They have a separate fryer for gf fries which I got along with the burger in paradise and a side of ranch. I also got a virgin strawberry margarita which was great. When they brought out my food a separate guy brought it so it didn’t touch the other gluten containing food. It helped me feel like they cared about cross contamination!

I was disappointed. I went to Margaritaville 8 years ago and it felt very easy to order food and the staff were knowledge. Maybe the server was new, but she could not answer a single question about the gluten status of foods, went to ask the kitchen four times, came back out and said the rice would not be safe (then went back and confirmed it was?), and just kept saying [insert menu item here] would be potentially cross contaminated but it might be gluten free actually? I wish she’d either asked a chef to come out or had a manager come over. Once the food came out, it was decent and I did clean my plate (we had flown that day and hadn’t eaten in 12 hours), and we made sure to tip since she did run around asking questions. I just wouldn’t say that Margaritaville can accommodate easily anymore.

My family really wanted to eat there so I went along, had a chicken sandwich on a gf bun ( that quickly fell apart but it's to be expected) and fries ( separate fryer) and a margarita. Pam, our server, was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me all the steps taken to avoid cross contamination without me asking...her first question was if anyone had allergies. I had a great time and felt safe! And I didn't get sick :)

Ordered a burger and fries and had no issues whatsoever. Confirmed with our server that the dish would be properly taken care of / no cross contact would take place. Great spot to eat at if you’re at the park and in need of some GF grub! :)

The server was knowledgeable about being gluten free however we are also peanut free. The server brought out cookies that may contain nuts when I went to the bathroom and my son took a bite. Luckily he has the questionable allergy and my daughter has the anaphylaxis allergy. I did get the gluten free burger and bun and did not eat the bun with fries. They have a deducted fryer. I still did not feel well after this meal and did get a little sick. I ate here with a group event otherwise I would not order this meal again.

I was nervous trying a new place but I ordered the burger and it came with a gf bun. It was super good. I was so disappointed to find out the nachos were no longer GF because they now add beer to the chili. My waiter was knowledgeable, but there were not many GF options. I ordered the ceviche which took 40 minutes to arrive and was not appealing at all! I did have the option to have nachos without the chili, but I wasn’t going to pay $24 for chips and cheese. I also questioned why the guacamole and chips were not listed as GF on the menu, but the chips with ceviche was. Just made me anxious about the whole process. Not a good experience at all.

Our server was really knowledgeable which put me at ease. No gf menu as everything was on your phone which was quite frustrating.

A lot of the menu was gf. My burger was lovely but the bread was just okay. Fries were delicious (separate fryer).

Not my favourite in terms of atmosphere as it's very busy and loud but it is at city walk so shouldn't be a shock.

Good if you're at the parks but wouldn't make a special trip.

I was optimistic about this place but I had a terrible reaction! I had part of the nacho appetizer (beans instead of chili, the server said the chili has beer in it) and the grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun with fries. Not sure which dish causes my reaction, but I would eat here with caution if you’re extra sensitive.

Stopped by as the parks were closing. Ate at the bar and had great service. The bartender was knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t have. I got the cheese burger and fries. My only complaints are my bun kept falling apart (biggg surprise lol) and my burger was dry.

Delicious, they brought our food out separate from my other groups non gluten-free food. Buns warm so it doesn't crumble. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, with fries. My daughter had the volcano nachos, they are huge and delicious. They also have gluten-free brownie sundae. Very happy to have a good meal.

Great experience here, they were beyond happy to accommodate and assure us the chef is notified. They have a GF menu if you just ask and everything came out flagged GF. We are 32 hours post visit with no reactions at all. Try the nachos! You won’t regret it- except when you have to eat your meal and you are full because the nachos are giant. GF buns have a great taste but are fragile so eat handhelds fast if you can.

Pleasantly surprised! My server seemed very knowledgeable. Ask for a gluten free menu when you arrive. I found the selection somewhat limited, but the food is what most Americans enjoy - burgers, nachos, salads, and a brownie sundae dessert! I had the grilled, marinated chicken with island rice and fire roasted corn. The chicken was juicy, the corn was tasty, and I LOVED the buttery garlicy rice. Someone else at my table ordered nachos and my waitress asked for them to be made gluten free just in case I wanted to try some too! Great food and relaxing atmosphere.

Beyond an UNSAFE eating experience!!!! When you spend a bunch of money on vacation don’t eat here!!! We ordered 2 adult and one kid burger. All three were wrong but we didn’t know at first. The kid’s burger was on normal bun. We questioned it. They fixed it. But when they fixed it, we found out our burgers were on the wrong bun. My wife and I were both several bites in. They did fix it. We also felt sick for the the next 12-24 and counting.

They do have a Gluten free menu, they did ask if we had food allergies, but they didn’t follow protocol beyond that point. I wouldn’t trust it.

They have a menu that had GF options. I just followed what was on there. I had the cobb salad and it was average.

There was a covered patio area that we sat in and they had a musician that was good. It was very pleasant to sit outside. The inside had the A/C cranked up and it was freezing compared to the patio.

They know gluten free! They have special chips, fries in a dedicated fryer and Udi’s buns. Our server let us know how serious they take gluten issues and celiac. Loved our meal.

DONT USE THE STRAWS. apparently some of the paper straws contain gluten. Decent selection food wise and our waiter was very knowledgeable. He made sure to alert the kitchen of my allergy, and a manager took the time to come to the table to make sure my food was perfect and allergen free.

I think that this is a great choice if you only have celiacs and no other dietary restrictions. But the food seems a bit high in price for not being that great. Someone else in my party got the filet mignon which was $28 and he finished it in two bites so I say stay away from that at least since you will still be very hungry. But the volcano nachos were gigantic so if you can eat chili I can see those being worth it.

I had a delicious cheese burger with sweet potato fries. The chef came by the table when the food was ready and spoke with us. I didn’t get sick or have any rashes yet so they did a good job!

They have a separate gluten free menu. I ordered the pork ribs and asked to change the sides to broccoli and some black beans. (These were sides to other gf options and I was tired of fries by the 3rd day of eating at Universal) Beans were great! Broccoli had zero seasoning, so I added salt. Ribs were your restaurant quality St. Louis ribs, nothing that would blow your mind, but a good switch up compared to other meals. Sauce was good.

Celiac Friendly Server and manager knowledgeable. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on GF bun and french fries. Fries have a dedicated fryer. Our waitress notified manager about gluten allergy and Manager checked in to see if there were questions.

There was a gluten free menu and the staff seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately I did not eat anything else before and did get sick. I had the chicken sandwich on gluten-free bun with gluten-free fries. My feeling was it was the fries only because they looked identical to my husband and sons but that is just a guess.

While they have a separate gluten free menu and staff who are fairly knowledgeable about their supposed gluten free options and policies, this place is not celiac friendly. I got the kebabs, which is a very easy to make gluten free option, for lunch here and had horrible stomach pains and problems for most of the rest of the day ( a bad thing to have happen when you’re spending the day in the park. The two star are just because they have the separate gluten free menu.

Absolutely amazing food and service for a celiac ! I visited here twice during our 10 day stay in Orlando and I couldn’t rave more about it . I told them on arrival I had celiac and was concerned about cross contamination etc - the server was really understanding giving me a gluten free menu & explaining that they take allergies and celiac very seriously there . She said she could have the chef come out & speak to me if I’d like and he can run through the process of how they make it safe. They even have a dedicated fryer for the gluten free chips & separate area in the kitchen . Food was so delicious- well worth a visit whether you are a celiac or not.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. We ate here during our day exploring Key West. My daughter with Celiac’s disease got the kids cheeseburger in paradise with fries. The server was very knowledgeable about food allergies. When our meal was brought out there was a ticket with my daughter’s meal to show that they had prepared the meal gluten free. This was a first for us and we appreciate the attention to detail.
