This is the sixth time I’ve tried this PF Chang’s ( only because I’m gluten free). The service is awful, the staff is rude and the managers are liars. The last four times we got the wrong food, I was given gluten food even though we triple checked and the manager swore it was safe. They ruined Mother’s Day, my birthday and now superbowl. We asked for sauce and was told no, it had extra. Then got home and it has no sauce. Called and got a hostile person who told us to come back a 45 minute drive round trip. I asked for a manger and was left on hold for 20+ minutes. Now I’m making sauce at home for 30$ beef and broccoli. The managers promised gift cards that never come and they don’t respond when you call. Avoid this place, especially if you have celiac.

This used to be a go to place for me and other locations I have not had any issues. But twice now I have gotten sick here ordering the GF spicy chicken. Two times I have had positive Nima sensor readings as well. No longer in my group of restaurants I trust.

Separate gluten sensitive menu. Limited dairy free options not listed on menu but, available upon request. Gluten free meals served on plates with logo. I enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps and did not get sick.

This is my go to restaurant as a Celiac! Great food and knowledgeable staff. They have special plates allergen marked so you can rest easy.

Only place in the area to get GF chinese, and a huge selection at that! Never saw such a huge GF menu at a mainstream chain restaurant. Bravo! My girlfriend will be happy to have some chinese leftovers at home :)

Consistently good service, nice atmosphere. Dedicated GF menu makes it EASY. No need to try to explain things to your server. They have trained kitchen & staff in GF procedures. On the down side, serving sizes have gotten smaller. So, be sure to sign up for the rewards program to get bigger bang for your buck.

They have great options of gluten free items. All of the dishes I've tried so far are all great. Love this place just wish they had one closer to me.

Knowledgeable waitstaff, and an EXTENSIVE gluten-free menu including the Chinese-American dishes you can't get GF anywhere else. Everything I've ordered has been good to eat.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.

Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity

But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
