I’ve gone here many times over the years without issue, but the most recent time I tried I’m fairly certain I was given a gluten dish labeled as gluten free. It tasted completely different than I was used to (which is a red flag for such a heavily regulated chain), and I have never been so sick in my life. I don’t believe this was cross contamination, I believe this was full blown wheat based sauce. Use caution when eating here.

I have eaten at PF Chang’s 8 times in 14 months I’ve lived in Portland. 7 times I was fine with the items that were identified as GF. Unfortunately last week I was so unbelievably sick after eating the egg drop soup and brown rice.
I think the issue was I was eating on a Friday at 7pm when all the other times I would make sure it was a weekend day at 5pm. They seemed too busy, disorganized and rushed… and I paid for it. I won’t be going there again and it’s clear they can’t consistently be safe for celiac.

On the pricey side, but pretty good. I got sick here years ago but they seem to have gotten better and more knowledgeable lately.

There is nice variety in the options. The Mongolian beef and spicy chicken are my favorites. I haven’t been able to find any other awesome breaded chicken that satisfies the cravings for Chinese food.

Separate GF menu with plenty of options! Staff knows what they’re doing and there’s even gf soy sauce upon request. Some good options!

Perfect? Nope. But pretty darn good, and better than most. Wish they had a bit more choices, but they sound like they're careful about things when they hear it's needed. And it's tasty!
Just a bit expensive and corporate feeling (loud upbeat music drowns lots of stuff out). At least you know what you're getting if you walk in.

Very cautious with all my food allergies
Awesome food. Many gluten free options including lettuce wraps, Chang’s spicy chicken, and chicken fried rice. Super good food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Gluten free soy sauce is kept separate from the normal one.
Food tastes great and they have gluten free menu and nutrician chart. I noticed several people saying they got sick and something I found out right away about them and I had never heard of is that they marinate all their meat in egg except the chicken in the lettuce wraps. I guess this is common for a lot of Chinese restaurants. So, if you have egg issues, the menu will be very limited. If you got sick here and don't know if you are sensitive to egg you might want to get tested for it.
I eat here often as a Celiac. Love their gluten free options.
got so sick from eating here I was throwing up. I won't ever return. I'm still sick the next day.
No
The staff was great and they have a full gluten free menu.

I am celiac and I had dinner with my inlaws here. The staff and manager were so on top of it. I ate my entire entree and did not get sick--a first so far at a non-dedicated business. So pleased and very impressed with their concern, communication to the kitchen and serving staff was great, and service was great too. Thank you! Usually I'm relegated to tea or water. Will return.

Prior to my last couple visits I would've 5 stared them. Got severely glutened my last 2 times dining out. Goes to show the kitchen needs to be reeducate. I hope they can pull it back together ASAP. It's been my go to place!
I was very disappointed in the lack of selection on their gluten free menu. The Buddha Delight ($14.99) was a plate of steamed vegetables which essentially was one carrot, two asparagus, a few mushroom slices and broccoli heads. When I asked for the accompanying sauce, I was told it wasn't gluten-free. Although dim sum is listed on the GF menu, after checking with the kitchen I was told it wasn't GF. I do wish to note the service was excellent, too bad neither my daughter nor I cared for the entrees we ordered.
Yes
Miss the fried green beans : ( GF options are good and wait staff is helpful and tuned in. GF dessert option always an added bonus.
Mmmm... We've eaten there three times and had great food and great service. Not a single contamination issue.
Great service the new salad with lt seaseme dressing was a nice addition. Bartender very aware
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
