We came here for dinner because my husband has Celiac and they have a large menu of gluten-free choices (gluten free fish and chips...need i say more?!). The food of all kinds was truly delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Anything GF was served with special markers. The burgers are huge and taste great! Definitely a find in the North Station area!

Waiter confirmed all Gluten Free items were prepared in a separate area, and there was a separate fryer. Lots of items to choose from. Each part of my order had an “allergy” marker on it and as the server delivered it, each time they made eye-contact and said, “gluten free”.

Had lunch here. Gluten free items and those that can be made gluten free are clearly marked. Food came marked gluten free. Food was solid for a sports bar, quite refreshing as I don’t typically have much choice (or confidence) in such places. Overall, very good experience.

I got dinner takeout from here on a recent work trip to Boston. I was a little torn based on the sporadic negative reviews on here but I decided to give it a try anyway and am really glad I did. I ordered the fish and chips, one of my favorite dishes that I have trouble finding GF. It came with fries and a side of coleslaw. They were really good and hit the spot after a long day of travel and work. I had the option to indicate a gluten allergy on my online order, which showed up on my receipt. The bag and takeaway box were also labeled with "allergy" stickers. I would eat here again.

Absolutely loved this place! I got classic pizza and a side of fries. They were both marked with an allergy toothpick and my food was brought out separately. The pizza crust was thin, filled with spices and so flavorful and the fries were perfect. Beautiful seating outside. Highly recommend if you’re in the Boston area!

Got takeout. Was nice to see a lot of items listed as gluten free on the menu, including ones that wouldn’t normally be. We got the Mediterranean chicken sandwich and fish and chips. We requested both to be made gluten free and dairy free, and this was noted on the bag when we picked up the food.
We both tried the fried breaded fish and agreed it was really good. My friend can have dairy and we did request they send the tartar sauce. The chicken sandwich was alright but didn’t have a lot of flavor. The fries and sweet potato fries were good but pretty typical/average for restaurant fries.
They said they put an “allergy alert” for no gluten and no dairy for both of the items and I emphasized that I had celiac disease but I didn’t have a thorough conversation with the person taking the order about what precautions they take. Based on the other reviews here I’m more excited to eat at and support establishments with 100% positive reviews since at least a couple people who wrote reviews for this place have gotten sick over the years, but it was close by and I decided to try it for one time. I don’t get symptoms if I’m exposed to gluten so I can’t report on how well they did that way.
I gave 4 stars because I can’t guarantee how gf it is, my sandwich wasn’t that tasty, and also because with the indoor dining we saw when we picked up our food they had some folks sitting at booths right next to eachother (instead of with an empty booth in between), which doesn’t seem safe. They did have little plexiglass barriers between the booths but they don’t go up that high and air can obviously transfer between tables.

DO NOT GO HERE if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
Please share for people with allergies!
I got deathly ill 45 minutes after consuming the food.
I have never been treated so rudely or disrespected from a establishment with no care to fix this situation. I knew it was the right thing to do to alert anyone and everyone with allergies with this review to stay as far away as possible from this establishment!
I have celiac disease and got poisoned by their food. I made all the right steps to tell them it was a allergy. I have not gotten sick at a restaurant for several years.
After being sick for countless hours, not being able to open my eyes from the pain I called to speak to the manager at North Station. Management (Nick Santamaria) refused to acknowledge what happened to me and kept saying it was there fault and would not comp me for the gluten filled food.
The manager kept repeating, I know we followed protocol and there is nothing else i can do for you other then talk to the kitchen and make sure this never happens again and that's it.
If management is so confident on their protocol then why are there multiple reviews stating they have gotten sick from there food?
You never keep a customer in blame. I was so offended by management telling me it must of been a mistake on MY end and continuing to talk over me and not answer any of my questions. My mistake was ordering from this establishment in the first place.
A restaurant cant be 100% confident that they could not of made a mistake just because they have a protocol.
End of the day you DO NOT blame a customer or refuse to help them.
I understand management cannot heal my internal damage but management can ATLEAST refund me for getting food poisoning from their restaurant.
absolute disgrace. NEVER eating here or recommending anyone to the restaurant chain AGAIN.

Very friendly waitress and hostess. The bathrooms are clean as well as the establishment. They labeled the food with an allergy stick so it would be identified, which I liked to see. The fried pickles, tater tots, chicken tenders and pizza were good. As well as the honey peach Melba dessert! Very happy and would recommend!

This place is my favorite everytime we go into Boston. Even my non GF hubs has liked all the GF things hes tried of mine. There bang bang chicken tenders are awesome! Very good when it comes to being safe. Eaten there 4 times and never been sick. Headed back today for my 5th time! Highly recommend this place!

Went here before a concert. Talked to a manager David via phone beforehand. Asked about the farro in one of the GF salads - he said if you tell your server you have CD, they know to remove the farro. Their menu is labeled for things that are GF and also things that can be accommodated to be GF. Multiple GF fryers! Pizzas! Normally I strongly dislike chains but I’ll be back!
Yes
Waitress asked if we had a gluten allergy and almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free!!! Different staff bring out the dishes and there’s even an “allergy” toothpick stuck in the food! They are very responsible when accommodating gluten free customers
Yes
The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free. In fact the waitress alerted the kitchen as soon as I told her I was celiac. Gluten free items were marked on the regular menu. I had the most delicious chicken tenders and fries. And I did not get sick.
Yes
Lots of gluten free options! Everything is clearly labeled on the menu and the manager always delivers the gluten free items to the table separate from everything else.

It was so good! Many gf option

The staff seemed knowledgeable, but when examining the menu noticed that the Berry & Cheese option had farro in it although was marked G for gluten free. Decided not to risk it.
No
They brought my son a grilled cheese on gluten bread, even though I asked the waitress literally 5 times to make sure that it was GF. I even asked again after she brought it out as it didn’t seem like GF bread and she said it was. I asked a manager and it wasn’t - it was regular bread. Unfortunately my son had already eaten half of it. The waitress was also extremely rude and had major attitude, on top of being totally incompetent (I think her name was Maritza). The waitress also told me that the chicken tenders did not have dairy (the other allergy my other GF kid has), but when I asked her to confirm it turns out they are cooked in buttermilk. Unbelievably horrible service. Avoid this place as they hire incompetent waitstaff who will put your health at risk.

Highly recommend this restaurant- fantastic atmosphere, food and service. Our motivation to come here tonight was because of their extensive GF options. My daughter has celiac disease and they were able to provide safe gluten free options so readily and attentively. They have a separate fryer- She even enjoyed fried pickles for the first time ever! VERY SAFE RESTAURANT and enjoyed by us all! We are especially thankful to and for our waitress Victoria also- who served us with such warmth and ease. She really helped to make sure this was the best experience.

This place is amazing!!! Gluten free clam chowder, fried pickles and tots from a dedicated fryer, and the burgers are SO GOOD! Ask for Mary, coolest waitress EVER!!! Can’t say enough good things, made our whole day in Boston!

Took my grandkids out to dinner before a Bruins game. I was surprised at the number of gf offerings in the menu. I had a Japanese noodle dish; it was ok but contains an unidentifiable spice I don’t like ( perhaps cilantro). I ate all the veggies instead. The girls were delighted with their meals and ate every bite, which is unusual for them. Server was attentive & considerate of both my dietary needs and the kids’ excitement, which I appreciated as it was very busy. Would recommend.

Gluten free fried pickles. You’re welcome.
The food was delicious and the staff was knowledgeable. Music was way too loud and it was impossible to carry on a conversation without shouting however.
Many gluten free options. Very knowledgeable. I had gluten free burger and fries (dedicated fryer).
Come with a couple of drinks and get the specials. Closes late even on weekdays! Awesome staff and sick (in a good way) drinks!
I was visiting Boston for the day earlier in the week when I went here for lunch. I explained to the server that I had a severe gluten and dairy allergy. They assured me that getting a turkey burger on a gluten free roll with steamed broccoli was safe for me. I asked about cross contamination and they assured me there was a separate grill and it was totally safe for me to eat. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes of eating only half of my meal I was running to the bathroom. It took me 3 days to recover from this poor meal. I was extremely disappointed because the reviews were great and the server seemed knowledgeable. I would not recommend going here if you are very sensitive.

Staff including manager was very knowledgeable. GF food brought out separately and so so many choices. My daughter was so happy to try fried pickles, loaded tator tots (so good!), nachos and fish and chips. She ate so much we had to go take a nap!!! No issues other than overeating. I wish there were more restaurants like this one for Celiacs.

Excellent. Lots of GF options. Food came with Allergy stick label. GF fries with your burger. Tasty GF New England clam chowder.

Really like this place. Went twice during our visit. Clearly marked menu, knowledgeable waitstaff both times. Manager brought out our plates. Expansive menu, separate frier! The kids had a burger (great bun) and chicken tenders (great fried crust) and French fries. We also tried the fish and chips, ribs and pizza, liked them all. This place is a great find!
A lot of options, food always comes out marked with an allergy flag, menu changes seasonally!

Great food! They have a dedicated fryer and GF items are marked on the menu. They also come out with allergy sticks. We ordered the bang bang broccoli, Brussels sprouts with truffle aioli, honey sriracha chicken tenders, and the chicken bayou pasta. The appetizers were on point. My pasta was a bit undercooked and salty but good.
