So far, I have had good luck eating here. Their new gluten free pizza crust is great, plus large selection of toppings. Friendly staff.

They have GF menu on wall tgat shows which items in buffet are gluten free. They reportedly use separate pans and even separate pizza cutter for GF pizza. I normally ask for my pizza not to be cut at other places due to most other places use same pizza cutter for all pizzas so that surprised me that Pizza Ranch uses separate one. I usually order GF taco pizza and inform them of gluten allergy.

Was very disappointed and felt like I was being treated poorly just for having a food allergy. We paid for buffet, I had seen mentions in reviews and site of glueten free options, some people saying it was readily available. I asked for the gf pizza like a request of any other pizza. They told me it was $18 ON TOP of the $14 buffet price. I said well I haven't eaten anything on the buffet can I just get the pizza and pay the uncharge, was told I already paid for the buffet and it would be the 18+14, when I touched nothing. I paid $14 for a salad bar and tons of food I couldn't eat. I'm confused when I had not touched anything why I couldn't just pay the upcharge to get something that could accommodate my allergy and why the staff had to be so rude.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza on a Gluten sensitive crust. Ate 2 pieces and remarked that it was so good I wondered if they gave me an original crust by mistake. My husband (not GF) ate a piece and agreed. I had no reaction so it must’ve been a new crust I hadn’t had before. Will order more often knowing this!
The gf pizza is alright. It’s not my personal favorite but it will do when going out to eat with others. They have changed the crust a few times. It used to be much better than it is now but it’s still good. They are careful at this location about cross contamination but of course there is always gonna be a tiny risk. I have never gotten sick at this location though so I think they are good about it. The pizza needs to be ordered at the front then they cook it and bring it to you in a box. This location does take a LONG time to make it though. I suggest if you know you are going there to call ahead and tell them you need it ready by ___day/time. Or if you are headed there call them right away and ask them to get started on making it. The times I have gone there unexpectedly with others and ordered once I got there the other people in my group were done eating 2-3 rounds from the buffet before I got my food. That part is inconvenient when you’re trying to enjoy a meal with others who aren’t gf as they all feel bad that they are pretty much done by the time you finally get your food. Ordering ahead of time just saves you that grief. Overall though because they do well with avoiding the cross contamination I enjoy eating there.

We have ate their 2 times with my son who has celiac. I recommend calling 20 min ahead if you can because it take them 30 min to make a gf pizza. Its nice because they prepare gf pizza separately and cook gf pizza on it's own throw away pizza pan. So far so good for us. Also the ice cream is gf.
Updated. Have been here many times now. We call ahead and order pizza as it takes a while otherwise. Sometimes mu son will ask for them to get sold from th back for him.
Did have a chat with the male owner once about what was gluten free and he said the entire salad bar... so that was a low point. However we have ate here at least 20 times and it seems to be going good. My celiac son still wants to keep coming. Think he's got a tummy ache once from pizza ranch.

They have a gluten sensitive menu but when I went to order the buffet and mentioned needing a gf pizza I was told I had to pay $15 for the buffet plus $17 for a gf pizza. Disappointing.
Their GF pizza was wonderful! Beware the order your gf pizza before paying for the buffet so they can accommodate.

Update - the customer service and quality is so, so bad that it's no longer worth getting pizza here. My expensive GF pizza didn't have sauce today. A previous time I got a piece of hair on my pizza. It's always cut ridiculously. And if you would like to call you ask someone about it, the phones are NEVER answered. NOT WORTH IT.
I have Celiac's and eat their pizza with no issue. The crust is the most similar to regular pizza that I've been able to find and they actually have a slew of toppings to choose from instead of just one. They have a separate area to prep and bake the pizza on something to keep off a regular pan. According to my husband the regular pizza is good too
Good GS crust. Tasty pizza

They have a very high knowledge about gf. And when you order a gf pizza you can have any toppings or pizza they make. The salad bar is also GF. But many of the items on the other buffet lines are not, or are easily cross contaminated with those that are not. So.. great salad bar. Great pizza options.

8/19/22 update... they have a new crust, it's fantastic!!!
They offer a free buffet with the order of a gluten free pizza. I ordered the gf taco and it was very good. The salad bar was phenomenal, it was a spring mix with feta cheese, walnuts and strawberries. Best salad I've ever seen in a buffet! Individual salad dressing packets also available from Ken's.

We are not diagnosed Celiac, but we are gluten insensitive. The crust was fantastic! Thicker and softer. My family thought it was a normal pizza crust and we had to ask if it was in fact GF.

Do not eat here. We got very sick. We got two pizzas to go and they were in boxes that said “gluten friendly.” They do not even remotely guarantee their products. Our crusts looked very different so was one of them regular crust? We won’t come back to find out.

They have a new gluten free pizza crust. Looks and tastes like gluten crusts. When pizza was brought out, I thought they had made a mistake. I ever ask manager to verify it was gluten free. It was like a raised crust instead of the normal cardboard thin crust. Best Pizza Ranch pizza I have ever had.

I ordered the gluten sensitive Canadian bacon pizza. I noticed that the crust was different than other gluten free pizza crusts from Pizza Ranch than I have had before. Well, I won't be eating gluten free there again. I got sooo sick. I have been sick since Saturday. It's now Monday and still not feeling well. Do NOT eat here if you have celiac or gluten sensitivity.

They are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination! We call in a "take out" order of the gluten free pizza about 20 minutes before we go then we pick up the gluten free pizza bring it to a table and those who can eat gluten can eat the regular pizza buffet and we all eat pizza together! The gluten free pizza crust sticks a little to the pan but we've had a great eating our experience there!

They call the menu "gluten sensitive" but from all the questions I asked, it would appear to be fairly celiac safe. The woman said the gluten free pizza crusts comes prepackaged and gets baked on its own tray, they change gloves, and use clean equipment, and use fresh toppings. The pizza comes out packaged in its own box. You can get whatever pizza you want gluten free and the crust was good. They have a buffet as well...not many celiac safe options but the salad bar looks pretty okay (didn't eat it myself) because the only gluten containing toppings were located at the far end. I will share the sign inside the restaurant that listed all the gluten free ingredients

Thin GF crust delivered to your table from the kitchen in its own box. $14 for this and one trip to the salad bar (buffet style so you take your chances on cross contamination). Very good GF crust, lots of topping options.

While all of the staff was very friendly overall this was a subpar experience. Took an hour to get our pizza even though there was no one else in the restaurant. After getting our food it was pretty mediocre as far pizza goes. I would save your time and goes elsewhere with better pizza or call ahead so you don’t have to wait so long.

Ordered the GF pizza and asked about cross contamination procedures. The cashier assured me that they prepare it separately, use separate pans ect. Food wasn't very good though (my daughter got fried chicken, not GF); the pizza was on par with a frozen, grocery store GF pizza. The biggest problem - I was sick before even leaving the restaurant. I would not eat here again.

Seemed pretty knowledgeable about making the Gluten-free pizza. After making it the person making the pizza came out and wanted to let me know he kept it in a separate place, using a different pizza cutter and a sauce container dedicated to gluten-free pizza. Understood the importance of avoiding cross-contamination.

Need to call ahead to order a gluten free pizza if you wish to eat at the same time as non gluten-free family members that will eat from the buffet as there is about a 30 minute wait for the gluten free pizza. I have rated the gluten free pizza a number of times without getting sick, but definitely was served a pizza with cross contamination the last time I ordered food and had it delivered. Hoping it was an error, but can’t be certain that food will be safe as a result.

The new Gluten Free pizza crust is delicious!
Got the stampede gluten free. It was quite delicious. Comes in its own gluten free box. My only complaint is that it is sold as a medium and described as such but I would classify it more as a small, it seemed pretty comparable to the 10” udi in size. Could have used more toppings too but otherwise delicious and I’ll order again.

When I called to order pizza and mentioned the gluten allergy, it got brushed off. When I picked it up, it wasn't sealed or labeled. Later my daughter with celiac had a bad stomach ache. I should have trusted my mommy gut feeling.
