Best pizza I had, I have been a ceoliac for years and everywhere I have been the pizzas have been rubbish. This is the only one that actually taste like a pizza especially as I can’t have dairy either.

Staff were great when it came to allergens, first thing they asked & gave me a great allergen folder to look through,, had a lovely Gluten free pizza, they do gluten free pasta which is safe as it’s in its own pouch so no cc, they do pasta crisps as a starter which says it’s gluten free pasta BUT beware they fry in in the same fryer as gluten food so it’s not suitable

Had a wonderful experience dining here. They have gluten free menu items but most importantly, they have an employee who understands guests with Celiac disease needs. He acted like a counselor helping me decide which item would be best for my dinner. I highly recommend!!!!

There is a full gluten free menu, including starters, pizza, pasta and deserts. The staff are really helpful and understanding of allergies. Using a scan of the menu you can select your allergy and it weeds out what you can eat. Brilliant experience!

We ordered GF pizzas and they tasted incredible! We felt super safe, too. They prepare their GF pizzas and pastas in a separate area so there is no cross contamination. Everything was so yummy!!

The restaurant was a bit chaotic but that might have just been because we were there on a Friday evening. We had a reservation but still had to wait a while to be seated. The waiter couldn’t take our order because I wanted gf so we had to wait for the manager to come and take it which took some time. The food was up the usual Zizzi’s standard, it arrived quickly once ordered and the staff were friendly. I had a gf pizza & beer

Has a separate GF menu however staff said anything fried is cooked in contaminated oil with non GF food, so isn’t really GF or safe for coeliacs. That meant half the GF menu was unavailable, which was very disheartening for me. They do make fresh GF pizza which is actually GF and good, and came out with a GF label.
Staff didn’t seem very bothered and weren’t really interested in answering any questions I had. I didn’t feel very welcome as a coeliac, only felt safe ordering pizza.

I ordered a gf pizza foe delivery. It was undercooked on the bottom & they didn't even cut it into slices, I had to tear it apart. I can't tell you about the crust whether it was good or not since I couldn't eat it, I only a.te the toppings. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience at Zizzis! The staff war very knowledgable and friendly. The glutenfree pasta was marked as glutenfree and very delicious. The glutenfree brownie also was very, very good. The waiter asked at the beginning if we had any allergies. You have to scan a qr-code, than you can choose glutenfree options. There are over 50 different glutenfree dishes.

Had a great experience here, we were asked if there were any allergies or dietary requirements before being seated. Was advised that a manager would take order as that's their procedure for ceoliac/allergens. Was given allergens menu. Huge variety available. Has a really good pizza - first GF pizza I've genuinely enjoyed since being diagnosed a few months ago. Lots of other precautions taken as well.

Really great experience at Zizzi's!
If you have an allergy, you can open the menu online and by ticking a box you only see the gluten free food on the menu. There is also the possibility to manage your order and the payment directly on your phone.
Foodwise, there are a lot of gluten free options like different Pizza, Pasta or Chocolate Brownies. The plates of the gluten free food are marked with stickers, so there is no risk of confusion. The Pizza as well as the Pasta tastes really great and there are no extra costs.
Definitely worth a visit!

Arrived to sit down, but they were not taking anymore seated guests as they had just received their delivery and were struggling to juggle that with the dinner crowd. Advised to order takeout online. We checked some other restaurants in the area but no one was able to seat us in under 45 minutes or they were booked out for the night so went ahead and ordered to-go to take back to the hotel. Picked up our order and when we got back to the hotel found they made the wrong pizza. While still GF it was a spicy pizza that was not appetizing to me. Walked back to the restaurant to see about getting my correct order and they asked if I could just eat that pizza since it's GF. They finally, begrudgingly, remade my order while I sat and waited, was at least offered a drink while I waited. Pizza was meh. If this had been by first experience with Zizzi's I wouldn't be back, but I had them elsewhere and enjoyed it.

My husband and I went here for lunch and after some initial confusion about how to order — if you have an allergy you order via an app or an allergy manager — we both ordered pizzas. Mine was GF, his was gluten-ful. Our food arrived quickly and mine was marked with a non-gluten sticker. It was delicious! Husband also enjoyed his meal. It’s been several hours and I haven’t been sick, so I think it’s safe to recommend!

Ordered gf pizza and pasta and was pleasantly surprised to see them marked as GF. Pizza base was very obviously the GF one and the pasta had the extra spring-i-ness that gf ones have. No side effects after, really highly recommended for large gf selection, taste and attention to detail.

We had dinner here our first night in London since it was close to our hotel and we were tired from the day. They are knowledgeable about GF and had a good selection. I had the Vegan Meatless Meatballs which were really good and the Pasta Pomodoro w/ gluten free pasta. It was okay, but not fantastic. The meatballs were better. Didn’t get sick so that’s a plus.

Very good gluten free pizza. They call out a manager to take care of you when you say you have Celiac. The possibility of cross-contamination is still there but it has not been bad in my experience and I am very sensitive.

The food here was pretty good and there were 50+ gluten-free options. On their web, you select one of their locations, and you can see all the gluten-free food there. I ordered a pizza and it was really good. There was plenty of gluten-free pasta, too.
The staff knew about celiac, and the food came with a sticker to tell that it was gluten-free so there wasn't any confusion. There also were a few gluten-free options for dessert that were amazing.
I am very sensitive to gluten and I had no reaction so there wasn't any cross-contamination, so it's safe to go there if you have celiac!!

Ate at Zizzi’s on a busy Monday evening. When we were given the menu, the waiter asked if anyone has allergies. I got the advice to check the website for the possibilities. With the help of the allergens list, I was able to order, which is never easy for me with more than one allergy unfortunately. For starter I had the veggie “meatballs” in a tomato sauce. As a main I ate GF pasta with shrimps and a chili/tomato sauce. Dinner was tasty and my plates were marked with stickers to indicate they contained GF food, which gave me the idea that the kitchen is very well organized. I felt really safe eating at Zizzi’s and had no issues afterwards. Surely safe to go and eat there.

Good restaurant for a coeliac. Lots of options available in pastas and pizzas. Sign on table indicating someone at it had an allergy and food came with a sticker on the side of the plate so waiters and customers knew which was GF. They gave me a menu on an IPAD with only suitable items from the menu on it. Waiter was so lovely.

Absolutely incredible! I went to another location a couple of weeks ago and now I had to come back to Zizzis for my 1 night in London. Amazing service, very knowledgeable about allergies and give allergen guide as well as being able to order GF through QR code for the piece of mind to see that it’s definitely gf. Both times I had the bolognaise which was the best pasta I’ve ever had in my entire life. They also do appetiser pasta crisps complimentary which are Gf which are super yum too. I then got salted caramel brownie with vegan ice cream and it was the Bret brownie I’ve ever had. They also had so much more on the menu pizza risotto many pastas and aranchini balls! I don’t love London but flying into Europe from Australia I would happily stop over in London just to go to this chain.
