The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even though I ordered my burger wrapped in lettuce (they do offer gf buns), the server said he would still make a note “gluten allergy” for the kitchen, so that they could be extra careful
Food was good, my son and I didn’t get sick, managers attitude and poor customer service will be the reason I don’t return. I asked for a GF bun and was given a regular bun, when I asked to have a gluten free bun he accused me of not saying that I wanted 1. He re did my order but asked twice to make sure we paid the extra for the bun. Not once did he apologize. So I guess make sure you get a gluten free bun and say it’s allergy!
Counter staff is aware of allergies and there is dedicated space on the flat top (not grill) for burgers. Excellent gluten free buns, not your typical Udi's, etc. I've had good luck with both burgers and salads.
Went here specifically because of reviews on this app. They were extremely knowledgeable about my celiac. They have a dedicated dryer but the grease can have cross contamination. I had the fries and had no problem but be aware of that. Amazing GF bun - it did not fall apart. Overall, delicious burger and fries. I totally recommend.
I only ate here once but the service was great. Very knowledgeable and my food preparation was explained. The burger was very good and so was the bun. The french fries are technically cooked in a separate fryer...however...they explained that they merge the frying oils at the end of the day and reuse to fry. So the oil that makes the fries and the onion rings do get mixed together and it’s reused, so there’s cross contamination. It was a good dining experience
5 star burger tasted awesome. I got their classic burger and asked for no sauce, no fries and anything that could be "iffy." I am lazy and do not bother with getting ingredients to sauces and just nix them. To make it "easy" on everyone, I even told him to have the chef nix anything on the burger not ceiliac safe (bad idea... should have done the usual 20 minute grind before ordering... so not entirely their fault). I should have looked closer at the ingredients list and itemized for the server, because my burger came with pickles... not all pickles are safe. I paid the price the next morning. For all I know, it may have been other cross-contamination in the kitchen. So, mainly my fault for not micromanaging. 4 star rating since I know they probably tried to be accommodating, but I doubt cross-contamination is at ceiliac or severe intolerance level. Those with allergy may be fine since they can have a slightly higher gluten tollerance than celiacs (yes, I am taking you guys seriously). FRIES ARE A NO! They may have separate fryers, but share the same oil as breaded products.
We got the featured paleo burgers and mentioned I am veryy gluten allergic and they were nice and said they would take extra care. Delicious and grass-fed meat- so glad to have tried this place!
All burger options are safe here. I’ve eaten here a couple times and no negative reaction. The burgers are tasty. I would not recommend the fries as they are not cooked on a dedicated fryer. I had the side salad and it was very refreshing and filling!!
Excellent burger. Uses Udi’s restaurant hamburger buns. I wouldn’t say it is celiac friendly due to the fact that their fries share a fryer with onion rings. But it was delicious and I’m sure if I would’ve asked them to cook it on a separate grill they would have.
Staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful in making sure the burger was safe to eat. Fresh lettuce, tomato was cut in back to avoid CC. They have a separate thousand island dressing set aside for those eating it on Gf bun. Also advised that the fries are blanched in the morning with gluten ingredients but are fried in separate fryer.
Great place to eat. Staff was very knowledgeable and the food was good. Had GF burger and GF grilled chicken sandwich. Disappointed there was no dedicated fryer so we couldn’t get the fries. Will go back for sure!
Front staff did not know that veggie burger is not gluten free. Tested it with Nima and had to return it back. If I hadn’t, it would have been terrible. When I returned it back, his senior came and said veggie burger is not gluten free but didn’t have the courtesy to apologize. I would have fallen sick if not for Nima. They need to realize they are playing with people’s health here. Got a cheeseburger after that which tested safe with Nima! Three stars only for that effort. I wouldn’t eat here without checking the food.
I had the Fresh Vegetable Salad. I asked if the dressing was GF and the lady showed me a laminated card she had next to the register. It was. Very good salad. I forgot to have her tell them to change gloves.... ugh! Hopefully I’m all good...
Their burgers can be made gluten free, as can their salads. And they’re delicious! Be warned, though: Fries here are fried with oil that’s contaminated, and milkshakes may be contaminated by them not fully washing their equipment after making Malt milkshakes.
I came here three days in a row and got a burger and one of the breakfast sandwiches - it was great! They seemed to understand methods to prevent cross contamination. I didn’t get sick.
Called because if I am going to eat a burger, I want fries! According to who I spoke to - While their fryers are technically separate, the oil filter is common so they all share oil. Which is dumb and not safe for us. Lame!
This is great food! I got a turkey burger on a gf bun. I haven’t been diagnosed with celiacs but I try to eat like it since I’m intolerant . I didn’t have any pain and the bun was actually fluffy! Recommend to anyone!
The staff really cares that you have a good experience while dining here. They have a dedicated cooking area for gf and warned of any foods to avoid do to possible cross contamination. Good food and I didn’t have any symptoms after eating.
WARNING! I had previously been told their fries are GF and cooked in a separate fryer. Today when I called to order the guy asked if it’s allergy or preference and then told me the fries aren’t safe because at the end of the night they drain all the oil into the same bucket and then reuse it after the dryers get cleaned. So the breaded stuff frier oil gets mixed into the fries only frier oil. The burgers are still great and I believe they handle the food well. But that was a nasty surprise!
The gluten free bread was great and it was a delicious hamburger. I do not have celiac so I didn’t ask for a glove change note did they ask me. I did overhear other gluten free conversations so I think it’s a well know gf spot
Okay. The burger itself was really good but they have generic GF Udis buns which we personally don’t like. The kids size burger was tiny and didn’t take up half of the GF bun. Fries were not in a dedicated fryer and were cool and not flavorful. We ate here late at night so not sure if that’s why our food wasn’t great? Our extended family ate at a different location a day earlier and loved both the burgers and fries however they are not GF. So not sure why our experience wasn’t as good as theirs.
Staff was knowledgeable as to what was gf. Advised us that the fries could be cross contaminated and to avoid it. My daughter (celiac) ordered a side salad with her gf burger. All drinks are gf.
They have one of the best burgers my husband and I have had. The manager came out from the back with a big smile and was extremely helpful. It was my first time there and they went over the menu with me which was great having celiac and all. Unfortunately he told me not to get the fries if I had celiac
