Fave gluten free pizza in the area. My boyfriend and I get it once a week. Reasonable price and haven’t had any issues with cross contact.
They have a separate area for gluten free! Never had an issue!
Great GF pizza. I’m losing interest in this app though.
Symptomatic celiac parter got cross-contamination sick after eating. We usually don’t have problems with Donatos, but hadn’t tried this location.
A bit scary since it’s a chain but I haven’t gotten sick and I’ve had it many times. Taste great!
The gluten free pizza crust tasted great to me, and my gluten-eating family tried it and said it was comparable to their crust.
This pizza was delicious! I was worried it wasn’t GF!
I have eaten here twice. Once with cauliflower pizza and the second time with their GF dough. Loved both and love the options of toppings. Didn’t get sick either time
I call the manager with the store directly to ask them to change gloves, etc. to make my cauliflower crust pizza. I haven’t had issues with the pizza when I do that but I’m not able to order online with notes so I have to call.
Dominos on Maple Avenue in Zanesville is the best. Never had a reaction from their GF pizza.
I’ve had the GF pizza at this location and have not had problems. This location is good-they are accurate and pleasant.
I called before ordering and spoke with Chy. She was SO sweet and her customer service was impeccable. She understood my needs and told the other staff that she would specifically make that order and for nobody else to touch. She took the time to clean the space and utensils. The gluten free pizza was great! My gluten eating boyfriend loved it as well! I feel great after eating it and even better that I was able to order and voice my needs with ZERO judgement or mockery. I’d highly recommend this location.

I have always gotten their gluten free pizza and it’s has always been so good :) for me it has never made me sick they have always been so nice about it :))
Loved their medium GF crust! But not all locations have the gf crust so call ahead and ask.
Update: Take and bake pizzas no longer available. Gluten free pizzas, none in wings and salads listed as gluten free but cc likely and not safe for 100% celiacs.
I called to ask about cross contamination and they said that they make no effort to avoid cross contamination. This is very different from other Donatos locations.
I’ve eaten at both locations in BG numerous times & it’s always delicious. It’s my favorite pizza place. GF options are clearly marked, & the gf crust is great. Amazing choices in specialty pizzas. The Fairview location is my fave; the owner is so nice.
The food was great but I’ve been sick for days. It’s a chain, so you know you’re taking a risk when you try it. I just won’t be trying it again.
I have eaten their gluten free crust a few times and haven't gotten sick. I don't know if there is a separate prepping area, but a couple other celiac friends can eat there too.
Haven’t gotten my pizza yet but it’s painful to order here. If you’re not super sensitive then I would say it’s generally ok. Menu is marked with GF options. They don’t have a side menu to cross check for gluten ingredients if you decide to add changes to the GF marked pizzas. They have a Vegan, gluten free and cauliflower crusts that are all GF. They don’t prep with separate pans. Had to ask that they use a cleaned one but it’s not designated. Had I not been pressed for time and Two Boots pizza nearby opened at the same time as Donato’s did - I would’ve went to Two Boots. Staff at Donato’s is not knowledgeable about GF and cross contamination. Jury is still out on my pizza. Thankfully I don’t have a severe allergy to gluten so I think I should be ok. We shall see. Avoid this place if you’re super sensitive.
Their gluten free crust was really good and their regular wings are also good. Their website lists everything without gluten.
They sell “gluten free” pizza for $25 for what would be a small pizza in normal terms. I ordered one and was immediately very sick. Called in and the manager said they cook everything on the same pans, they don’t use any different knives to cut the pizzas. Blamed me for not reading their fine print on the sticker they put on the box.
Usually I would write this off but the way the manager spoke to me was terrible and rude. Avoid at all costs.
My son and I love their gluten free pizza. We are both celiacs and have not had any issues with their gluten free pizzas. We really enjoy them.
Not as GF as we hoped. There were “stomach” issues the next day…….
I ordered the GF crust and it was actually pretty good. Didnt feel sick afterwards. It's a win for this recently diagnosed celiac.
We eat here regularly when we are in town, I’ve never had a problem. The gluten free crust is good.

I recently am gluten free and am able to compare the gluten free crust to their famous thin. They are nearly indistinguishable to me. I have had zero complication with cross contamination at this location. If you want a good thin crust pizza, it’s worth it to try it out here.
My husband and I are both Celiacs and we had a pizza that was terrific. They told us they could not guarantee avoiding cross contamination but they did change gloves and use a clean cutter. They were not too busy so that was in our favor.

Probably the best GF pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve been gluten free since 2015 so I’ve had probably hundreds of different brands since then. This one was awesome
I called ahead and this location does not have any GF pizza that is safe for celiacs.
The gluten free pizza we had here was fantastic! Celiac approved. Didnt ask about cross contamination protocols but as someone who has problems with cross contamination I was fine.
We order online from the app and it states that there is a risk of cross contamination when ordering gluten free pizza. I have tried both the gluten free crust and the cauliflower crust with out any issues. The pizza is good.

They have gluten free items. The staff was very accommodating to make sure all measures were taken to avoid cross conversation.

We order the GF crust from Donatos almost once a month. Only one time have we had any issues. We are pretty trusting of it. Also, it tastes amazing.
We order from this Donatos a few times a month. Usually gf is not an issue and comes marked/sealed with a gf sticker. Once we were sent a gluten pizza. We called, they delivered the gf pizza immediately. Typically the gf pizza is cooked well and we like their crust.
Pizza has been good with no gluten issues.
I like their gluten free crust AND I like that their servers are masked, even at the window.

One of the best gf pizzas I’ve ever had. I’ve been diagnosed Celiac for 15 years. Have been eating here for last few years and never had any problem.
Ordered the bruschetta on cauliflower crust. It was delicious but I soon started to react. This was ultimately my fault because I presumed the pizza on GF crust with plant-based sausage would be GF. The sausage is not GF. Otherwise, the pizza would have been fantastic.
