They had gluten free and vegan items marked on menu. When clarifying about measures taken, employee assured me he would use unopen materials from the back instead of the items out and in use. My food was later to the table than others but it was because there was cross contamination from a different employee. They were open and honest about it with me and said they had already begun making a new pizza for me.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place has no business listing themselves as GF. Stay FAR away from this place if you are Celiac!!! My daughter is a student at OSU and went in for a GF pizza tonight. They served her the pizza. Three slices in and they came over and told her they served her the wrong pizza and it was a full gluten pizza. She is soooo sick!!! She cannot stop puking. Don’t ever go here if you have Celiac!!! You have been warned!!!

Not gluten free they make it in the same place as the other pizzas. Flour everywhere. The manager said this is not for serious issues.
The gluten free crust gets cross contaminated sadly
No
This location has my favorite pizza crust.
Best gluten free pizza I have ever had! The wings are safe, but you need to have them well done for taste reasons. The cauliflower pizza is really good as well. The salads are always decently fresh.
Yes
Pizza was really good and I didn't get sick. Win-win!
Yes
Staff is rude and not very concerned about preventing cross contamination. Don't recommend this particular establishment.
No
The food was okay, and my daughter did not get sick. The staff is not all that friendly and seemed really annoyed by my gluten questions. The website says they have certified gf pizza, but only if you bake it at home. I do not recommend dining in at this location for gf. May try the prepackaged version at some point.
This is the best gluten free pizza I've eaten. I have eaten here every time I come to Ohio and have never gotten sick. Great place!
I had such a great experience here despite the bad reviews. I told the front house lady that I had celiac disease and then it was like an allergy and she went back to the kitchen to make sure that they understood. After I ate, even though I don’t immediately feel sick, she came to check on me to make sure that everything was ok. Again great experience, just explain your needs
Yes
The “gluten free” pizza was very tasty! The only thing is cross contamination. The box has a warning posted on it that it was prepared and cooked in the same area as typical pizza. Wish I would have asked before I ordered.
Excellent GF pizza and selection of toppings. Eaten here twice and no issues either time. Make sure to hit the fancy f popcorn place next door too!
Yes
Great gf pizza! Crust was nice and crispy and was actually a medium sized crust. Lots of toppings on the pizza. Can’t wait to come back when we are in the area again!
It clearly states on menu gf pizzas are contaminated in shared equipment!!!
No
Amazing gf pizza! One of the best I’ve ever had.
Yes
Seemed to know Celiac protocol. However, the wiped everything down with the same towel and didn’t rinse it so I’m guessing there will be contamination.
Went here and there is a definite concern with cross contamination. I watched them change the box my pizza was in after garlic butter spilled on it and they were fumbling around with my pizza without changing gloves.
Pizza is delicious. GF crust available and good. Not cooked in separate oven but I’ve had no issues and am strictly GF
We have ordered a few times and have been very happy with their gluten free pizza. They are very good at identifying that your pizza is gluten free and even place a sticker stating gluten free on the outside of the pizza box when out for delivery.
Yes
This gf pizza was absolutely amazing!
Great gluten free crust. It’s nice to have gluten free food that is done right.
Not only do they serve GF pizza, they know how to cook the crust so it isn't rock hard. Knowledgeable and informative staff. Definitely a favorite of mine.
Yes
Be careful!! We went in all excited about the GF pizzas mentioned on their website, but it turns out the Wooster location and many others, do NOT have GF crusts, nor always dairy free cheese. We were soooooo bummed. We can eat almost anywhere in Colorado, but Ohio is Severely Limited. Better try Basil if you're in Wooster, they are awesome with allergies!
No
Ordered a GF pizza but there was cross contamination. I used my gluten sensor device and it detected gluten in the edges. Middle rested fine. Not cool.
No
I’ve always been safe eating here and I have Celiac.
Yes
Gluten free crust tasted as good as the original. Yum!
Yes
Love their gf crust, my friends will even eat it. I’m not so sensitive I need it cooked in a different oven so that’s ok by me.
Amazing pizza and the best part is I didn't get sick!!!!
Yes
Gluten free pizza was delicious!!! When I asked staff person knew immediately what they had to offer!! Will definitely go there again!!
Drove into town to visit my brother who delivers popular walking tours and has been a part of the community fighting to make Springfield better for 15 years. Was told that they wouldn’t deliver because we “live in the ghetto”. Awesome.
This place sucks. A gluten free crust but no gluten free toppings.
No
They used to do much better, but they switched out their gluten free crust and no longer prepare it as safely I think. We stopped going here a year ago because we got sick a few times. Delicious pizza, but not safe for celiac disease.
No
This is my go-to gluten free pizza. It’s always been consistently good. There doesn’t seem to be a way to order the gluten free pizza online, so I just call. The staff here vary in their knowledge of gluten sensitivity so when I order I usually just say it’s for an “allergy”
Pizza was good. No complaints at all.
Yes
Very good Pizza. Friendly staff.
Gluten free pizza prepared on tinfoil to not contaminate. No dairy free cheese options though
Thin and crispy. It's very good and nothing so far. Stopped here on a wim and now I'm super excited I did!
Gluten free crust but it’s hit/ miss on the quality. It’s only good fresh and it’s only fresh 50/50.
They use Udi’s pizza crust but it’s by far one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A lot of times I find GF pizza not cooked long enough to the point the toppings fall off or easily. This pizza was baked perfectly with a crunchy but soft crust and delicious toppings!!!
Excellent Gluten Free pizza. Safe to eat for celiacs and delicious. texture is good and not rubbery like a lot of GF pizza.
Yes
I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was wonderful! I didn’t even notice it was gluten free.
good pizza but expensive
Yes
The staff has always been very friendly to me, and I’ve never had any issues eating here. Their gluten free pizza crust is decently sized and tastes delicious! The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because there is a 100% guarantee that’s it completely gluten free due to the fact that it’s a shared kitchen. However, like I said, I’ve never had an issue.
Yes
The best gluten-free pizzas in town!
Yes
Really good gf pizza, if you like their normal it’s very close
Yes
I love getting their gf pizza when we are in town. They have the best gf pizza I've had. I have celiac and have never gotten sick here :)
This location is not safe for GF. We have experienced reactions from their food and based on pick up in store they are not careful about CC. We driver further to another safer Donatos
No
The gluten free pizza is decent but each time I have ordered it, the pizza has been overcooked and the edges have been burnt.
Great pizza! Love it
