"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."
Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.

We walked for Blocks to find this place and it was Closed. It appears to be permanent.
I go here often ! They have a gluten free pizza and they cook it in the back along with toppings are separate from the regular line to prevent cross contamination.

Gluten-free crust was available for me. The prepared the pizza separately from the regular pizzas. It felt very safe, though it's my daughter, and not me, who is celiac. I wasn't thrilled with the sauce; it was a little bland. However, the hot pepper honey pizza had spice and was really good.

Just like most your pie locations, when you request a gluten-free pizza they ask for allergy or preference. If you say allergy, they will prepare your pizzas in the back where they can guarantee or at least do their best to reduce contamination. When I went this last time, I asked for extra chicken and wonder of wonders, they actually put a lot of chicken on the pizza.

Went here after church and my wife ordered a GF pizza and myself being nervous didn’t order at all. Young workers grabbed the crossed contaminated pepperoni from the main toppings after we explained how serious it was as we corrected them to which they ate in-font of us the mistaken pepperoni saying sorry we’ll get yours from the back. We have had an attack here before this experience and since have not been back as we are locals to the town

Separate gluten free dough is made in the back and baked in on separate or foil-covered tray. They can get toppings that are cross-contamination free. Gluten free pizza is not marked, but it's a thin style crust vs. puffy gluten crust so it's easy to tell. Gluten free options include pizza, salad (with some dressings!), and gelato/sorbet. The pizza crust was fine, but nothing special for gluten free. Cheese/toppings and gelato were great!
They don't have a dedicated gluten-free menu, but have a list each for which menu items contain gluten, dairy, and nuts. There is a dairy free, vegan cheese option.
I did not get glutened and am fairly sensitive. Of course, make sure to speak up about your needs and confirm that the steps they are taking are adequate for you.

Ordered and they made mine in the back, away from all the contaminated toppings in the front. They cooked the pizza in a tin so it wouldn’t touch anything else. I watched just to make sure they cut it with a separate pizza cutter. They don’t mark if their toppings are gluten free or not, so keep that in mind. Had no problems, would go back for sure!

I wish I could leave a hundred 5 star reviews! My family and I have become frequent flyers to Your Pie, having dinner there at least once a week! I have a severe gluten allergy and let me tell you! This is the only restaurant I can eat at consistently and NEVER have a problem with cross contamination! Kudos to the owner for making this a priority! The owner is always there smiling, greeting customers and working hard. The staff is always friendly and smiling too! Completely unrelated to the delicious food but equally as important, the bathrooms are always spotlessly clean. Highly recommend Your Pie in West Melbourne!

Gluten free crust available and they make it in the back is you ask! Gluten free crust amazing and they are very safe there! Always a gluten free option for gelato! I highly recommend it here! It can take a while longer but worth the wait. If you order online it is harder to know if you are getting a gluten allergy pizza or not

We eat here a lot. They are very good about not cross contaminating. They will fix pizza and salads in the back of the kitchen when told you are celiac or have an allergy. My daughter is very sensitive and we have had no issues at all. They will even get gelato from the back to avoid any problems!

Sadly, while the food is yummy the experiences have been horrible. Both times I have ordered the online orders were not even seen before I got there (gave the allotted amount of time to arrive). No apologies, no anything. Just “we’ll make it now”. No customers in the store either time. Poor service does ruin an experience and sadly I will not be returning. May be a better experience in store but I do not recommend online ordering.

When you ask for gluten free crust, they will prepare your food in the back and change gloves if you say it is an allergy. Also, they have the toppings in the back separate from the other toppings on the line. Not a good place if you are sensitive because there is a high chance of cross contamination even with how careful they are.
