I had a pinsa which tasted fine. They also offer gluten-free pizza, all the gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu. Staff even let me take a look at the kitchen to see how they prepare the food.

Good selection of gluten free pizzas! There’s not a lot of interaction with staff (order on an app or in store screen and pick up from a kitchen window) so I was a bit nervous since I couldn’t confirm it was 100% gf but everything was good and I had no reaction to any of it!

Bij binnenkomst gelijk navraag gedaan en werd doorverwezen naar de manager. De manager legde uit pizza en paste te hebben, waarbij ze de pizza weghouden van het bloem en de pasta in apart water koken. Heb ook gecheckt of ze handschoenen verwisselen en dat doen ze. Je zou ook salade kunnen bestellen. Ik heb na mijn bestelling nog extra de manager opgezocht en hem verzocht of hij alsjeblieft wilde rekening houden met kruisbesmetting en hij bevestigde mij daarin vriendelijk. Het is goed gegaan! Het was een lekkere tonijn pizza maar niet bijzonder.

Samen met mijn zoon pizza gegeten bij Vapiano Utrecht. Beiden zijn wij gluten en melk intolerant. Ipv kaas heb je de optie om veganistische kaas op de pizza te doen. De glutenvrije bodems worden in een aluminium bak geserveerd. Beiden geen klachten gehad na het eten bij Valiano.

Ze kunnen nog verbeteren door per ingrediënt van de pizza / pasta aan te geven welke allergenen het bevat.

Man konnte zugucken, wie das “glutenfreie” Pinsa zubereitet wurde.. es wurden abwechselnd glutenhaltige und mein “glutenfreies” Pinsa angefasst, sodass mit Sicherheit eine Kreuzkontamination vorlag. Konnte das Pinsa nicht essen.

I have eaten here a few times. The quality and taste varies, but it is usually okay. Currently they are using a Schär dough for gluten free pinza. Unfortunately, it seems that the risk of cross-contamination also varies, since I had a reaction after my last visit. The other 8 or so times, I had no problem. Still, I will make sure to stress the fact, that I have celiac disease next time.

Pinsa was really good. You can see in the menu which pinsas are available glutenfree and there are also some simple salads too. I am not sure about cross contamination, I told them I had a really bad "allergie", since sometimes, like this, they understand better the importance of no traces, and they assured me it was safe.

De pinsa salame genomen. Zag er heel goed uit en was heel lekker! Werd geserveerd op een houten plank, maar er lag een papiertje op, zodat de pinsa de plank niet raakte. Ook heel lekker homemade lemonade! Alleen geen gv dessert :( Ennnnnnn een paar uur later heftig gereageerd op het eten, dus mogelijks toch geen 100% gv pinsa? Ik vermoed dat ze het tegen hebben uitgerold met gewone bloem of zo...

We had the gluten free pinsa and it wasn't served in a foil pan, like other vapianos do. It was smaller than usual and we both reacted afterwards. It was definitely contaminated. Never again. It's not celiac friendly.

Pizza bei Lieferung kalt & nicht markiert welche glutenfrei ist und welche nicht.

Leider keine glutenfreie Nudeln ausgenommen Zoodles - Handhabung beim Kochen allerdings unbekannt.

Junger Koch allerdings ziemlich unwissend bezüglich Gluten & Kontamination nicht ausgeschlossen (Schneitbrett, Messer). Allerdings alle Schritte gut beobachtbar.
