I used to love this place but then I got sick from eating here and decided not to go back :-(

Decent place for carryout or dine - in. I wish their website was easier to navigate since it seems there is a club discount but if you are just passing through like we were it's not helpful and makes it more cumbersome to just find basic info on the restaurant. So yes you can eat inside or there are tables outside. Or you can do carryout. I ended up getting the Pad Thai dish so that I could ensure GF and DF. It was OK but seemed like they added extra sauce. It is a good option if you feel like there isn't anything else available

Not celiac safe at this location. Too much cross contamination.

Every single time I’ve tried to eat here, even when alerting staff, there has been at least one non gluten free noodle in my dish.

One time I got their gluten free noodles-and told cashier I was celiac- and saw them make it with regular noodles. Then when I got my food, there were also regular noodles in my bowl. If celiac, do not recommend.

The items they advertise that can be GF with the GF noodles may not be. I ordered the chicken parm and asked the guy 3 times if it was GF. The cook advised me of cross contamination. I received the dish and started to eat and realized something wasn’t right. Went back to the manager and asked again and they said what I had eaten was not GF. Omgosh…that’s critical to a person with Celiac. I told them that it is serious and they made me another dish and apologized. They also spoke with the guy about what GF means and what isn’t.

This Noodles is amazing. They have always taken care of my GF orders. Never had any contamination issues. I eat here about once a week. I’m also super sensitive to gluten, and rarely eat out. This is the one of few I take a chance on. Highly recommend. They have great staff!

I am newly diagnosed and still unsure of myself. When I told the order taker I had “a severe gluten allergy”, she called the manager out. When I asked about cross contamination, he said that they have procedures in place and yet “it is very noodly in here.” I appreciated his honesty.
He told me he would personally make my meal. He changed his gloves and showed me that he was thoroughly washing the pans he used for my meal. He brought it out to me personally and it was marked gluten free.
I don’t have obvious symptoms when glutened, so all I can say is I felt safe enough to eat and enjoy.

No no no. Just no. The options are few, the price is high, the quality is low, the portions are small, and I got very sick. Save your money and your health.

If you ever run into a Noodles and Company, turn around and run away. I haven’t had any good experiences. They would always make mistakes with my orders (for example, they were too lazy to open a new bag of noodles and I was served 3 uncooked noodles.) I always got random pieces of vegetables that weren’t in my order but I never really questioned it until I got a really terrible reaction. I am very sensitive and they never did anything to be careful with my orders. If you’re sensitive with gluten and/or want any sort of decent customer service, avoid this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a dish to go, but asked them to use the gluten free noodles, put on the order "PLZ gluten free!", and also asked when picking it up to make sure it is gluten free. The girl replied "well yeah, it's the pipette noodles", even though she wasn't the one that made it. We are traveling, to I ate two huge GLUTEN ravioli in the pasta dish in the dark in the car before realizing they had put BOTH kinds of noodles in my bowl. Without a miracle, I will be DEATHLY SICK for days!!

My daughter ate a noodles and company about a week ago and she so far she has been an urgent care and she has not been at work due to the cross contamination of gluten free noodles and regular noodles. She ordered gluten free noodles and specifically told them she has severe celiac disease. the noodles were supposed to be gluten free they put gluten noodles on top and at the bottom of the bowl was a couple of regular noodles. She didn't realize that she ate a regular noodle until it was to late. Now she looks 6 months pregnant and she's not pregnant due to her intestines swelling. When I called the manager he sounded like he wanted to get me off the phone when all I wanted to do was make sure they didn't do this to anyone else. I just don't want this to happen to anybody else. I am terrified that my daughter won't get better

They had hardly anything on their GF menu in stock. They completely removed the cauliflower gnocchi from the menu. Their website implies they have a lot more Gf options than they actually do. So you go in expecting options and don’t have any. Call ahead to make sure they have what you want. Don’t try to order online or on the app. Had the pad Thai. I didn’t go there wanting pad Thai but it was decent. Just very disappointed.

They now offer gf noodles, in additional to zoodles and rice noodles, which can be substituted in any dish. Eaten here several times with no issue, just be sure to either let the cashier know or mark it as an allergy when ordering.

The staff that works here are great about telling you about the gluten-free offerings and precautions they take but it does not match the situation. I've gotten sick both times I tried eating here. The second and last time, I ate here I had regular noodles mixed in with my gluten-free ones. I suspect they cooked them in the same water both times and the second time there were some leftovers in the strainer or water that made it in with my gluten-free. If you have Celiacs I would not eat here. Other locations might be better but this one sadly is not.

I guess I know why Noodles & Co isn’t really on here… I love that they offer GF noodles and zoodles. But they might as well not offer anything… There was 2 regular noodles in my zoodle dish and a regular noodle in my hubby’s cauliflower gnocchi. Not sure if they cook everything together or drain in the same colander but they obviously don’t take any care with gluten free and cross contamination is high!

I ordered from this restaurant via Door Dash on a recent stay in Columbus. They have GF cauliflower gnocchi that are good - fluffy & flavorful. Their menu clearly states "gluten sensitive", not gluten free, so if someone is Celiac or highly sensitive, this is not likely the place for you. But they did have some yummy looking options & it was a great hotel delivery option for me!

Called ahead and they said they do everything they can to limit possible cross contamination. When we arrived, I placed my order which included chicken as my protein. I told the cashier I needed it to be gluten free. He then informed me that although the chicken itself is gluten free, it’s cooked on a shared grill. He suggested other proteins that were safe from cross contamination. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure my meal was safe for me!

My husband has a gluten allergy with cross contamination sensitivity. We’ve been to two noodles and Company her most recent with this one in Ann Arbor and we had a good experience with no reaction afterwards. We get the GF Pad Tai and a southwest salad (hold the fried jalapeños) to share. The food didn’t come labeled as GF but the ticket was entered with the GF items and it was clear the chicken for the salad came in a separate container to indicate it was prepared in a separate area. My kids love other options with gluten, so this restaurant chain has been a win for our family.
