I eat here all the time they take all the extra precautions and are extremely knowledgeable!!! They even know to not cook the meat on the grill and use special cutting boards and everything! The staff has personal experience with celiac and the whole time they are cooking you can hear them saying it’s an allergy to make everyone aware!

They knew it was an allergy just based on the questions I asked (I hadn’t said it was an allergy yet). The manager was very helpful in recommending dishes. They use separate equipment for everything, except the tofu which they were careful to let me know. The ticket had “allergy aware” four times on my order, and I could hear them all saying “gluten allergy” as my dish was passed down the line! One person made sure to clarify, “gluten allergy, not a peanut allergy?” So overall I felt VERY good about the knowledge, awareness, and precautions they put into place to insure I didn’t get glutened!

Found 2 different types of regular noodles in my dish after confirming that I had an allergy. I would not say this is safe for celiac or gluten sensitive.

Don't eat here. I went when they were busy, did the whole I'm celiac gluten free song and dance. I ended up cross contaminated to the point where I was screaming in an ambulance and went to the ER given lots of pain meds to cope. Which takes a LOT of cross contamination. They ended up making my gluten free noodles in the same pot as regular noodles. Never again.

I have celiac disease and thankfully have had a good experience here many times. I always make a note that I have a gluten allergy and I’ll do the pad Thai with the rice noodles or the gluten free pipette noodles. It’s actually really good with those! They do have an allergen sheet that you can refer to as well if you have any questions about sauces, etc.

Every time I order a gluten free option I can see regular noodles mixed in my food. The locations I’ve been to don’t seem to care about cross contamination at all.

They have gluten free noodles and do a good job of avoiding cross contamination:l. My favorite two gluten free dishes are the Gluten sensitive Mac and cheese with steak, and the pad Thai with baked chicken or shrimp! Make sure to tell them you have a gluten or wheat allergy and they will accommodate you well!

I always get the pesto cavatappi with rice noodles and extra sauce, sub the tomato for broccoli. It’s tasty but idk about the safety features. Never gotten sick from it but I’m not super sensitive. You can get rice noodles or the gluten free pasta with any dish, just ask. Tofu is not gf.

My daughter has celiac and has only ever ordered the GF Mac & cheese but she has never had a reaction here. They always ask if she has an allergy so they can take precautions to avoid cross-contamination and it has been fine the 6-8 times she’s eaten here since she was diagnosed.

I’d you are Gluten Free STAY AWAY!!!!
I called my order in to go pick it up and let them know at least 3 times I was gluten free and could DIE if I ate it and then they gave me non gluten free food and when I got home I noticed there was breaded chicken on top supposed gluten free noodles. I had to start taking allergy meds asap and I called them while shooting myself with an epi pen very I was very upset of course and one kid kepted arguing with me while I was severely sick on the other end of the line saying It was my fault i ordered online and they don’t do gluten feee orders online when I have witnesses to the fact I called my order in and those witnesses heard everything I said . Then the kid hung up on me
. When I told him the ambulance would be on the way and they would be paying for it . We called back asking for a manager she said her name was Georgiana and she took no responsibility for it she took up for her negligent employee who by the way was the original person who took my order because I remembered his accent! She even accused me of making an online order not specifying it needed to be totally gluten free! We argued back and forth because I Did not make an online order but she swore I did when again I have witnesses to the fact I called it in. She then said that it was a call center that gets those called with the Twin Falls number attached . I found that hard to believe when it sounded just like calling up any other fast food joint I could here them
In the kitchen in the back ground !!! Then I asked for the corporate number and she LIED saying she didn’t have it or know it! She said she would refund me but that it was basically my own fault for ordering online . When again I have at least 3 witnesses that saw and heard every word I said when I CALLED in my
Order !! This is the Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve traveled all over the world!! These people are absolutely horrid I would feed a stray animal there . They argued with me while I was using an Epipen from THEIR MISTAKE!! That manager and her little boyfriend that by the way she would not give me the name of need to be fired -ASAP and I will be calling the Corporate office tomorrow to make darn sure I go to the TOP of that place!! Stay away it’s not worth it their food is not good either . Here’s to toTwin Falls Noodle Company Georgiana and the whole gang I hope all of you get fired after I hire an attorney and make darn sure everyone knows about you people!!

The absolute worst in every way. Theres a few gluten sensitive options. Pad thai, 2 zucchini noodle dishes, salad, or a mac n cheese. I picked the mac n cheese. I became ill after eating about 1/4 of it. Tried to wash it down with my root beer. The root beer came back up. The mac was ok the “cheese” was like watery boxed kraft sauce. It had shredded cheese on top that I didn’t eat because it looked cross contaminated - like specks of green in it. It very well may have been gluten free but just plain nasty. The restaurant was a mess. This was at 7pm and almost empty but the tables were not clean and one had garbage and food surrounding it- guessing small children ate there at some point. I do not recommend this experience to anyone regardless of gluten. Go to any other restaurant you can find. Heck, a gas station or starvation would be better!

My wife (celiac) and I love this place, but in fairness we only get the pad Thai because it is fantastic. I normally get mine with shrimp or chicken. Pricing is fair with good portions. Their reward system is SWEET. I get free orders sometimes with free rewards and they also give you a free meal on your birthday if you are a member. Membership is FREE. This place is a game changer.

I ordered the Pad Thai, which is listed as a gluten free dish. I specified to the cashier that I had a gluten allergy (I have celiac) so that they could let the kitchen know. Not only were the staff rude to each other (which was a turn-off in itself), but when I got home with my food I found several gluten-filled noodles mixed in with the rice noodles. This should not happen, yet this is not the first time…

I used to love this place but have eaten at two different locations in the greater Columbus area and the quality has really suffered. I predict this whole chain will be gone within the next 5 years. My dish was missing 3 key ingredients, making this an incredibly bland and yet oddly expensive dish. But definitely gluten free. The staff at both locations was very friendly - they are hiring well for customer facing but not for quality control. Will not be eating at any of the locations ever again. And that is saying something because I once wrote their HQ and begged them to open a location in my town:(

I ordered buttered noodles with gluten free pasta shells and grilled chicken as I have celiac and although I’m not as severe as some, I try to eat gluten with some cross-contamination at times due to stomach issues. They gave me *mostly* gf noodles with multiple normal noodles mixed in filled with gluten, but they also gave me parmesan crusted chicken instead of grilled, which is not gluten free. I started to eat some before I realized and had to throw the rest away and will most likely be having stomach issues tonight (the image is after picking everything out i hadn’t eaten without realizing that wasn’t gluten free). It’s worth the trip to Crossroads instead of Beaver Creek, but don’t go if you can’t have any cross-contamination. Save your money and don’t go here.

They’re always very upfront and safe with my order. Express your concern about your allergy and if it’s busy, offer them the easy out “look, I understand you guys are really busy, it’s totally ok if you can’t promise no cross-contamination.” Obviously, if they say they can’t, just kindly leave or order a soup. I’ve never had an issue here and the staff is so kind

Ordered zucchini pasta hoping it would be gluten free and as far as I can tell it was. Half way through eating it I found a noodle from someone elses order. I specifically asked for no cross contamination and there was contamination to the highest degree. I cannot recommend strongly enough steering clear of this location if you are in any way gluten intolerant.

They seemed to understand that we needed to eat gluten free when we told they cashier that we had to eat gluten free, and we even looked over the allergen menu. Evidently, he failed to specify they we have an allergy, and my wife and I both found some wheat noodles in our Pad Thai. When we pointed this out, they seemed very unconcerned.

They asked if my gluten free mac and cheese was for an allergy/celiac or if it was preference. I told them celiac, they made sure to mark that on the receipt and the container with my food. Ordered an entire meal for 4 that was all gluten free due to 3/4 of us having celiac. Had a side of chicken for one of the shared meals and 5 min in to eating, one of the employees came out with new chicken and said this one is actually gluten free - ok… hadn’t eaten the first one yet. Towards the end of the meal, questioned if one of the other meals was in fact GF. Brought up the meal to the counter and they said it was NOT gluten free noodles used in that meal. All young people working there that clearly did not understand the importance of dietary restrictions or illness that will follow. Did get a full refund and the manager’s number that I will follow up with.
