We ordered a gluten free/ dairy free vegan pizza. The staff was very attentive to my needs and took extra precautions. We will definitely return!

Don’t eat the gluten free pizza if you have an allergy or even intolerance. I got very sick
best gluten free pizza hands down. they are always sold out of gluten free crust at night so I recommend going in the afternoon. I dont have reactions to small bits of cross contamination (if any) so I have no problem with it being in the same oven, they put the pizza on a separate plate while cooking in the oven to avoid contamination

They make their own thin crust. It is a cross between a cracker and a pita. Don’t bother with the cheese bread, it’s dry. Pizza was okay. Fresh ingredients. Brick oven flavor was nice.

Shared oven, no separate plates/pans. Not safe at all for celiac. Flour is everywhere. Got sick from a salad.

Look at the warning on their menu under the GF crust:
“Please note: this crust is not safe for those who have severe gluten allergies because our kitchen environment has wheat fire in the air and all pizzas are cooked in the same oven.”
Ate there yesterday and have since learned (from other sources and Punch themselves) that wood fire pizzas are NOT safe for celiacs. There’s a huge risk of cross contamination and I am feeling it now.

Very understanding staff. Have gluten free crust but always explain it is not certified gluten free due to occasion cross contamination. Very good gf crust and all salads are gluten free.
Yes
This is my favorite GF pizza. However, I can have gluten in cross contaminated areas so it works for me. It is a nice change of pace from the Udis crust that everyone else carries.
Used to love going here but because of the dough and oven not safe for those with celiacs disease.
No
Too much cross contamination. Got sick 4 of 4 times. Sadly it’s my kids favorite

Open air kitchen and common oven

Pizza is always a cross contamination nightmare and this place is no exception. Shared prep space, shared toppings and, most important, shared oven.
No
My husband really enjoys their glue free crusts. It is his favorite GF crust!
Best gluten free pizza ever! They ask if it’s allergy/celiac when you order and take extra precautions. I’ve never had issues with it.
Salads may be GF but cooking surface is used for all hot food. Not for Celiac sufferers.
No
Delicious pizza on a fluffy rice flour crust! The server was knowledgeable and explained that cross contamination may occur.
Not celiac since cooked in same wood fired oven but if you just have a sensitivity... this is the absolute best GF pizza we’ve found in the country.
The pizza is delicious! However they openly admit that they use the same oven for all pizza. If you aren't severely allergic, this will probably be okay. But otherwise, the salads are GF (I believe) as long as you say no foccacia. If you tell the cashier you are Celiac/GF they will help you with what you can and can't have!
Yes
Really good pizza, but really not safe for celiacs at all. From their website:
Please note: This crust is not safe for those who have severe gluten allergies because our kitchen environment has wheat flour in the air and all pizzas are cooked in the same oven.
No
They have VERY yummy gluten free crust (soft and crispy and delicious). The only problem is that it may not be completely celiac friendly. Cross-contamination is very likely since flour is everywhere. The people that work there warn you about this. I would recommend for gluten intolerant people but NOT celiac. (I’m usually fine there because I am not celiac)
The staff was very helpful in what their gf options were. The gf crust was amazing.

Yes
Expected it to be celiac friendly, but you can literally see flour being dropped into the toppings area as they flatten the dough. Celiacs please stay away from this restaurant.
Final note - The pizza is delicious

My daughter loved the GF pizza, they also have a variety of spades
Horrible pizza would not recomed got sick after
No
Loved the pizza but it didn't love me. I've eaten here many times, but it always makes me sick. They don't stop cross contamination, all pizzas cook on the same surface.
No
They offer a GF crust, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I talked to an employee who said it would go in the same oven as the regular pizzas. There’s also flour in the air as they are constantly throwing it down before grabbing new dough.
No
This place is great. The food is excellent and the service is always good. The business is Celiac Friendly. Their pizza is amazing!
Yes
Best gf pizza I have had. Crust is crisp on the outside and soft and tender inside. Zero resemblance to cardboard. I had the Toto. No gluten reaction, but I always take a gluten-ease supplement when eating out. They have procedures in place for gf, but always risk of cross-contamination.
Made me nervous because the regular pizza flour is everywhere - hard to say because I was visiting and had already gotten sick so felt pretty bad all weekend, also pizza had little flavor
From the Punch Pizza menu: "This crust is not safe for those who have severe gluten allergies because our kitchen environment has wheat flour in the air and all pizzas are cooked in the same oven." May taste great but this is enough to keep this celiac away.
No
The gf crust is so good! Totally worth going !
Addictingly delicious, unfortunately I got extremely sick after eating there as there is no protection against cross contamination, which they will freely admit. So if you have even a slight allergy, DO NOT eat here, if it's just a preference and a handful of flour won't bother you then by all means, enjoy some of the best pizza in the twin cities!
No
Their Gf pizzas are awesome!
It's really good.

Loved it! It always makes me feel better when they ask if it's an allergy or preference. This and Pig Ate My Pizza are probably the best GF crusts in the twin cities.
Gluten free crust is better than others I've tried. They do ask if the gluten free choice is preference or allergy, but I'd have to guess there is some contamination simply due to the amount of flour/dough around.
best gf crust and the ingredients are very fresh tasting!
Yes
Best GF crust I have ever had.
this was a very disappointing expensive experience. Based on the previous positive gf review, we went to check it out. They do NOT offer gf pizza. I paid ridiculous money for a very tiny salad with no bread or side options as they list. save your money and time, there are way better options in the area.
No
They by far have the best tasting GF pizza crust. Make sure to tell them about your allergy and they will make your pizza at a different station and scrape the brick oven clean. We are not celiac but no reactions yet after multiple trips.
Best pizza I have ever had gf or not but I am concerned about cross contamination as there is flour everywhere!
Their wood fired GF Pizza is excellent. They have procedures to reduce the chance of cross contamination although the GF pizza is cooked in the same oven and they do make pizza dough there. The wood firing makes some of the best GF pizza I ever tasted.
