Yeah this place just glutened me bad. They made a mistake and mixed up the cheese pizzas - my pizza marked as gluten free allergy with a regular cheese pizza. It was my first time eating there, so I didn't realize until they came out to tell me, 2 slices in. Ugh!
They were very nice about their mistake, came with my actual safe pizza, and apologized profusely. But what a bummer!! I still don't understand because I saw the separate tin, I saw the separate gloves, the separate sauce and dough, and they dropped the ball out of the oven. Even though I even specified gluten free when they brought it out to me (and they confirmed?!).
Such a huge bummer. Mistakes happen. But still a bummer.

Awesome experience! Their site has a note specifically warning that the meatballs are no longer GF, and they offer Caulipower crust as well as being able to specify between ‘preference’ and ‘allergy’ for their regular GF crust. My fennel + sausage pizza was delicious.

New Celiac + lactose intolerant here! I got the GF crust (they marked the pizza paper as GF allergy) and then they prepared separately. I got the BBQ chicken with vegan mozzarella and it was awesome! I didn’t have a reaction at all

This place is great!! My boyfriend has celiac and Every-time we go they always go above and beyond to make sure that what they serve is good and safe for him. Different sauces, spoons, glove changes, and cutters. Never had a problem or an attack here!

Super safe, super great! For celiac they change gloves and have a designated person prep the food. Amazing service, amazing food!

We're so excited that our favorite pizza place is a great place to find gf pizza! We ordered delivery again tonight and loved it. Gluten free crust and toppings and no cross contamination. I've made sure management knows how grateful we are for their care in providing us with the best pizza that meets my wife's Celiac needs.
My brother found this on a visit, and they made us both feel safe! New gloves, separate paddles and spoons. The gf crust was delicious too :)

They have a gluten-free pizza dough which they cook on a separate dedicated pan to protect from contamination. Servers change gloves for gluten-free customers, and they even have separate sauce bottles for gluten-free customers. Seems like this chain has a pretty robust gluten-free policy which I guess you kind of need in a pizza place, although I'm not entirely convinced about protection from cross-contamination among the buffet of toppings. They always seem confused when I ask which salad dressings are gluten free. Feels like a place where the management have instigated strict gluten-free policy - which is great, really awesome actually - but the lower level workers don't fully understand the nuance of celiac disease, so be sure to check everything and watch as they prepare your food.

Perfect handling of Celiac issues. New gloves, new utensils, etc. Great gluten free pizza crust.

This is my favorite place to have pizza, their gluten-free pizza is absolutely amazing.
Yes
The service and staff here were EXCELLENT. When I told my server (?) that I had celiac, he changed gloves, got new toppings from the back, and followed my pizza all the way down the line to make sure it did not get contaminated. I felt very safe eating here and did not get sick at all!
Yes
I should've known when they said we will move the top cheese and grab from the bottom. Well they are moving the cheese with the same glove grabbing from the bottom. Cross contamination. Then it continued to be cross contaminated. The same glove had now touch all the ingredients to get to the bottom.

This is our favorite pizza for gluten free! My daughter is highly allergic to gluten and dairy and they go to great lengths not to cross contaminate! I wish every restaurant was so careful!
The server behind the counter changed gloves, announced to the other staff he was making a pizza for an allergen customer, used pizza sauce from a squeeze bottle, and swirled it around on the GF crust with a new / clean utensil. Crust was tasty. I’m celiac, but with no outright obvious symptoms, so I can’t comment on possible cross-contamination, but the staff took it seriously and they seem to have a good process.

The staff was great at taking my safety to all time high. I had had pizza Rev before I found out I couldn’t have gluten and after life has been hard. But I have to say this is the best gluten free crust I’ve had.
Yes
Celiac friendly. Personally not my favorite crust. Good option for a quick meal.
Love this place. They manage gf in an easy way picking toppings from new containers. Gf Crust comes wrapped, sauce is in a squeeze bottle and kept separate. Will go back again.

We eat here anytime we are in Jackson. They are very knowledgeable and always take safety precautions. New utensils are used, gloves are changed, a separate bottle of sauce is used, they reach to the bottom of the toppings to avoid any that may be contaminated on the top, and the pizza is cooked on a pan instead of straight on the surface of the oven. I've never gotten sick there. They have a friendly staff and fast service!
Yes
The staff had a special “procedure” for gluten free food and the pizza was delicious.

2019-Staff was just as knowledgeable. They have sauce set aside for use with gluten free pizzas, immediately the order person changed gloves, put a metal pan in the oven, used the fresh sauce, and he was the one that fixed my pizza and put it in the warmed up metal pan. Awesome pizza and staff! (I have a Wheat allergy) 2018-Staff was very knowledgeable. I didn’t even have to ask-they automatically changed gloves, got new sauce and knew what toppings (most safe) were safe for my wheat allergy, they warmed a pan up in the brick oven for my pizza to go on while the other pizzas go straight on oven. Pizza was really delicious!
Amazing pizza, salads are great as well. My son and I have a gluten and dairy allergy, GF crust and DF cheese were fantastic. Staff was very knowledgeable, changed gloves, used fresh unopened toppings for our pizzas and baked the pizzas on a separate tray. I like how they didn’t charge for extra toppings like other pizza restaurants do. Organic sauce and drinks. Highly recommend.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! I felt safe as a celiac.

The Lafayette location is permanently closed; Must go to Boulder or Ft Collins now 7/2/19
NOT GLUTEN FREE!! Be careful! Bought a GF pizza there, asked for things to be made separately, used sauce out of a squeeze bottle etc. tested with my Nina sensor when i got back to the hotel and it HAD GLUTEN!!! Not good for Celiacs!
No
I’ve never seen ANY pizza place take such care to prevent cross contamination. They still use common veggies and meats, but they took extra with special sauce, ladles, and clean gloves.
Yes
I order GF for allergy to be delivered but my pizza arrived marked with GF preference. I called and spoke to the manager who confirmed that he remembered specifically making my pizza (recited my order) and guaranteed me it was GF. I was skeptical so tested with my Nima and “gluten found” was the result. Very careless on their part.

My go-to place in Sioux Falls for fresh, great-tasting gluten free pizza. Staff does an excellent job accommodating for food allergies. Just specify whether it is an allergy or preference. A much safer option for Celiac's than many other pizza places. Plus their food tastes great!
Have visited this location several times with very sensitive celiac kids. They have separate cooler for gf crusts and sauce and they switch gloves and utensils. Same cheese and other toppings as gluten but cross contamination risk is small here. They also place pizzas on clean tray in brick oven and will put off to side if you ask.
Yes
Very knowledgeable staff that takes precautions each time we have been there. Changed gloves, got our cheese from a different area & only let one worker prepare our pizzas. My two daughters & I have celiac & are very sensitive & we have never had any issues!
Yes
Very nice staff. They seem to try, but beware that they contaminate cheese from regular pizza. Despite changing gloves, they’re contaminating gf food simply by using the same toppings rather than having specific containers for gf. They also shred the cheese on the same unit as they mix the regular dough! I wonder if people are simply going by their reactions or absence of to determine safety, but please know that with celiac, you can be doing long term damage even if you don’t have symptoms after a contamination. We were sad, and it smelled so good, but we’d rather not have pizza with a side of intestinal cancer down the road. ;/
No
Ordered the GF crust and the first thing she asked was “allergy or preference” told her it’s an allergy. And they had someone change into new gloves and handle my pizza start to finish. I’m SO impressed. No risk of cross contamination. But if you order the cauliflower, be sure to specify that it’s a gluten allergy/celiac. So excited!
Yes
This is the most Celiac friendly place I’ve ever eaten. AND their pizza is good. It is crucial that you tell your pizza maker that you are Celiac or have an allergy, because they make the “GF preference” pizzas differently than the “GF allergy” pizzas I have never gotten sick after PizzaRev.
Besides using GF crust packaged separately, if you tell them you have Celiac/Allergy, they are trained to make your pizza very carefully. (I watched one of the managers train a new employee on how to make them. Since you are watching them make your pizza, you will know if they miss anything (as one new employee did on mine recently, using a non-GF cutter to cut my pizza, after it was done). If you point it out, they will apologize and cheerfully remake your pizza.)
Here’s how the trainer trained:
1. Wear doubled gloves
2. Put a greased pan in the oven to heat
3. Use a pan from a stack of GF pans they keep in a drawer below the food line, and cover with paper from the bottom of the paper stack.
4. Use a squeeze bottle for sauce (kept in a drawer under the line) and the associated GF ladle (it’s color coded.)
5. Use the non-dominant hand and pull toppings aside, and use the dominant to pull toppings from the bottom. Be careful not to touch the toppings on the top of the pan. Never switch hands. (Seriously, this was a detail I didn’t even consider.)
6. Slide the GF pizza onto the warmed pan. Be careful not to let it touch the oven directly.
7. After it’s done, use the color-coded GF cutter to cut the pizza, and don’t let it touch the counter.
Seriously, their attention to detail keeps me coming back. And I always feel more confident since I’m actually watching them make my pizza.

The gree pizza tastes great but if you're avoiding cross Contamination, this place is hit it miss. They use the ladle to dip pizza sauce out that they use to spread sauce on the non gf pizza. Granted, they had a separate ladle for gfree pizza but it's kind of pointless when they are dipping the other flour covered ladle in the sauce. If you are looking not to get cross contaminated, this might not be the place for you.
Yes
Gluten free pizza and you choose your toppings! They are really careful with allergies.
As a celiac I tend to stay away from pizza places, but we came here in a pinch and it ended up being great! Their cauliflower crust was delicious (and I'm picky with my pizza crust) and is made out of house so no cross contamination. As soon as I ordered the worker changed his gloves and got sauce from below the counter in a squirt bottle and used a new spoon. They also put the gf pizza on a separate plate in the same oven as other pizzas so I didn't get sick. Great place and tasty pizza!

Husband with Celiac got sooo sick. I was fine. I think they may have mixed up our crusts. I called to inform them, not angrily or looking for anything other than keeping other guests safe. The first person answering the phone was kind and took me seriously. I heard her ask for a manager to come to the phone and then someone else came on the phone. There was giggling and I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously. Their pizza is tasty and I can see that they try to accommodate those with GF diets, however my husband got sick and I was laughed at.

This is the best/safest pizza place I’ve found so far. The employees are very courteous and knowledgeable about allergy procedures, and the pizza is delicious! They do obviously make other pizzas there, so it isn’t 100% celiac friendly, but it’s as close as you’ll get for a non-dedicated facility!
Yes
It’s hard to find pizza that’s not cross contaminated. This place take lots of procautions: separate preparation area, separate pizza cutter, a tray to go under the pizza as it’s in the oven. They also offer dairy free cheese.

This is my favorite pizza place in town! The staff is extremely knowledgeable of how to treat a gluten allergy and they don’t make me feel like it’s a burden to them. Plus the gluten free dough is amazing! They also offer cauliflower crust as well. Tons of options and no cross contamination.
