Reviews were good, thought it was safe. Was assured that they have GF crust, all toppings are GF and they have a separate prep area and will put the pizza on tinfoil to cook to avoid cross contact. Crust didn’t taste like a typical cauliflower crust, but figured they must use something different. Violently ILL! Coming out both ends on our final day of vacation. So incredibly disappointed. I wonder if they gave us a regular crust or what happened?

GF option for pizza is great - you are offered a foil pan if celiac (otherwise the GF flatbread is baked on the stone, which can have trace contamination), and they even have GF dessert options: blueberry crumble and brownie sundae. Very friendly staff, we were there late-ish, around 8pm, so it wasn’t a long wait at all.

Pizza was excellent. I couldn’t decide between two so the did half and half. They prepare the pizza on a completely separate table and it is in a tin pan so it never touched another surface. My only complaint is that there was a lot of loose flour in the bottom of the tin. I got the blueberry crisp for dessert.

Nice place, excellent service, one of the best GF pizza I ever had. Crust a little undercooked like some others said.

The gluten free crust was very soggy and mushy. We had to use a fork/knife and tossed it after first piece. Very expensive for the quality. $34 for a 12” GF pizza. Watching the pizzas show up at the bar while we waited (1.25 hrs for takeout) they looked delicious! But opening the box of our order we were very disappointed with the lack of cheese and soggy crust. Maybe it was just a bad night cause they usually have good reviews…

We had a great experience! I was a little nervous because we were coming with a group of 17, but our server, JP, was phenomenal. Super knowledgeable about celiac and cross-contact. My 13yo and 10yo have celiac. They loved the pizza and did not get sick. This will become a staple for us in North Conway.

I rarely ever get glutened. I was so terribly sick about 2-3 hours after eating this ($31) pizza. I don’t know if they didn’t use fresh veggies or what, but they said they’d be very careful and I still got sick. I’ve been to the Portland Maine location and was fine. I’d avoid or really make sure they take their time and walk through every single step

I was so impressed with this restaurant! The waitress was so quick to tell me what precautions they take when I told her I have celiac. They prep the gf in a separate area and though it is cooked in the same wood fired oven, they put down foil so it doesn’t touch the same surface. The crust was really fluffy and held together so well! Definitely some of the best gf pizza I’ve had. This place is a gem!

Crust had a lot of potential but it wasn't cooked enough. Pricing is quite high, so I expect more. +$5.50 for gf dough. For the salads +$3 for one veggie topping on a small salad!? If the pizza was amazing, then I wouldn't mind the cost as much, even though it's quite high.

I was so excited to try here given all the reviews, but unfortunately got extremely sick. We were told they prep GF in a separate area, but I found out after they use the same oven for all pizzas so I assume that’s where cross contamination happened, but it’s impossible to know for sure Two days later and I’m still paying for it though.

Amazing pizza with really good crust- doesn’t taste gf! I’ve been coming here for years and the waiters are always incredibly knowledgeable (I think one of the head chefs has celiac). The pizza is cooked in a tin and is prepared and sliced in a separate area. They also have delicious gluten free brownie sundaes! Definitely come here whenever you’re in Portland!

I will admit that I was terrified I was going to be sick here after watching them prep all of the non-GF pizzas and seeing how much flour is flying around. My pizza was prepped in the back and came out separately, and I did not end up sick! The crust was delicious and the pizza was actually a full sized pizza. Waiter was able to answer questions about whether certain sauces and toppings were gluten free

I get really nervous about pizza because there’s so much room for cross contact but server explained that they prep the pizzas in a separate area and they are cooked above the gluten free pizzas on individual pans and they use dedicated tools. I did not have any reaction and pizza was really good (and nice to have a full size pie even if a small upcharge from the regular dough). Had a salad here too that was very fresh. Would recommend.

Terrible experience for the 2nd time. Our daughter has Celiac and they had to remake her pizza 3 times!!! The kitchen staff did not follow safety protocols at all, her gluten allergy was not taken seriously until the third time when a manager got involved. When we got there I informed our waitress of my daughter’s allergy and that she had Celiac, we discussed the safety protocols. I let her know that last time we were there they used the same pizza cutter on my daughter’s GF pizza as they did on the regular pizza. The waitress discussed the concerns with the kitchen but they still did not follow their own safety protocols. The amount of cross contamination we witnessed was terrifying. We will never eat here again. They put my daughter at risk multiple times. If we had not been watching them she would have gotten sick. The kitchen staff needs way more training when it comes to food allergies.

Was exhausted from working 60 hours and then flew from FL to RI. Was able to order GF pizza and have it delivered. I absolutely love this place. I got the pepperoni and mushroom pizza with extra toppings. I also got the chicken bacon ranch pizza with extra toppings, this one was surprisingly my favorite one. I'm not usually a fan of ranch anything. Also, the delivery was flawless, they messaged me as they were pulling up and all I had to do was open the door, the guy handed it to me and left. Payment was taken care of online. I had the option to put "gluten allergy" on everything I ordered and felt really safe. I also didn't get sick and still have pizza leftover. đ LOVE this place. They also have GF beer and dessert options.

They prepare all the gf pizza in a completely separate area, they cook the pizzas in their own tinfoil pans in the shared oven, and have dedicated pizza cutters for gf. It was absolutely delicious, would 100% go again. The only annoying thing is that gf crust is an additional $5!!! Not a cheap pizza.

What a find! Traveling through Providence and my son found this restaurant in the app. It was excellent!! They are great with gluten allergies/celiac, they have a separate oven and prep area and also good with vegan options too. We got two pizzas and a gf brownie sundae and ate every last bite!! It’s in a great area near the local colleges with a small parking lot. We will definitely be back when driving through RI.
