Wonderful food. Separate gf menu. Gluten free bread brought out before dinner was pretty good and no extra charge. Good selection of gf items on menu. Food came out marked with allergy stick. Excellent service and felt safe. French fries here are not safe due to cross contamination our waiter mentioned so that was a bummer for my son, but the mashed potatoes were good.

The very best GF bread I’ve ever had! Everything comes out with an allergy tag and there is a separate GF menu. I love the variety and feel very comfortable with how the staff and chef responded to my needs. Highly recommend!

A relatively large GF menu. They offered GF bread (although I think it was actually a grilled GF hamburger bun, but not so bad!). Food prepared separately and the “allergy” designated with a skewer.

I placed takeout from here and ordered a chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. It was delicious! They had it clearly marked as gluten free on the packaging so I felt confident that it was safe.

I went with a group of friends, with me being the only one with food restrictions. They have a separate GF menu with an array of choices; only one GF option for dessert. They brought out cornbread for the table and offered me a GF roll, which I declined. The server was knowledgeable and answered my questions about handling protocol: order marked as celiac, food marked with allergy stick, manager would bring order verifying GF. I didn’t ask about a separate prep area. I chose a chopped salad (that was delicious). Would definitely go back.

Food was excellent. Had full gluten free menu with plenty of options. Waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even had gluten free dessert. Made sure food was not cross contaminated and kept sides separate so my boyfriend and I could share

Inconsistent would be my experience. I ordered food two nights ago and was assured my allergies were taken care of. Same order tonight and must have been a different chef with a bunch of other questions. I think the gluten free is marked well but definitely confusion around other allergens.

We stopped by for dinner and after consulting the online GF menu, we started with the gf bread & French onion soup. We had the filet, broccoli, and mashed potatoes for dinner. Finished off with the flourless chocolate torte! Everything was delicious š

I had the red skin mashed potatoes and the lemon pepper chicken breast. Tasty, good portions, lots of gluten free options and knowledgeable staff.
I think they were a little understaffed, but that’s par for the course these days. And most importantly, I did not get glutened.

I love the attention they give to GF options. They have a separate GF menu, and the servers are incredibly knowledgeable and cautious about the GF options and preparation. I never felt like I had to be overly vigilant while eating here because they’ve made it easy. And the food is outstanding!

They seemed to be taking precautions. I had a GF menu, brought out GF brews (actually was just a hamburger bun so I passed) and had allergy markers in the food. I was violently ill after eating here. You never know what goes on in the kitchen.

They have gluten free menu, went out of their way to prevent cross contamination and mark the food clearly. They brought out corn bread but once learning I’m a celiac they surprised me with a gluten free roll. Food was delicious. Wait staff incredible and compassionate.

A ton of safe options, plus they bring out gluten free bread before your meal! A lot of options you can’t get as a celiac in many places, including: French onion soup, chocolate cake, good bread for sandwiches, French dip/steak sandwiches, and more.

Agree with the other reviewers! Love that they provide gf bread instead of their regular complimentary cornbread. Had their gf French onion soup and chicken club sandwich - both were excellent! And they come out with little "allergy" tags so you know they were being careful and you're getting the right thing. Very impressed with service and food.
Amazing food and service! I booked on OpenTable and put in a comment that I had celiac and when we arrived they asked how many gluten free menus we needed. The gluten free menu is large, giving me lots of options. They even had gluten free bread to start which was amazing considering I generally have to sit and watch everyone else eat the bread! I got an entree and dessert and both were fantastic and did not get me sick!

Would not recommend. Went here for Thanksgiving Dinner. The server did not meet with us before bringing out foods. We explained we couldn't have gluten so we couldn't have the rolls he brought to the table. He left them there and about 30 minutes later brought gluten free hamburger buns that were slightly toasted but left on a plate so they were all wet on the bottom. After spending almost $200 for dinner for 3 of us my husband got sick within an hour of leaving the restaurant. Would not recommend and will not return.

Visiting for work. Been eating here every single night. Amazing GF bread. It is so “light” and “fluffy”. I’ve been GF for nearly 20 years now, it’s the best I’ve had.
They offer to bring out some “bread” before your meal. It’s effectively a bun - but it’s so good.
The other food has been great too. But that bread. ššš

I’ve eaten here a few times in the past year and haven’t gotten sick, even though I have Celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I have found that the servers aren’t all knowledgeable about gluten and once was assigned a new server after speaking with the manager. I tend to go out for meals at quieter, non-peak times which may help too. I received gf bread, which was slow to be served but tasty, and each meal, usually a fish dish, was delicious, well prepared, served by someone other than our server, who wore gloves, and the meal was clearly marked as “allergy.” Because of bad experiences at other restaurants I tend to choose meals that are naturally gf so I can eliminate at least one source of potential contamination and worry. This may account for the difference of reviewers experiences, which are certainly troubling to read. I’ve been told each time that the restaurant has separate prep and cooking areas, so now I’m a little concerned by what others here were recently told. All in all, I’ve had delicious meals at Wildfire and great experiences with no illness.

I have a Nima gluten tester, I tested the cauliflower mozzarella pizza which came back “gluten found”. The server said when she spoke with the chef he said the sauce could have been cc.. I requested in future they have separate pizza sauce than the one they use for wheat pizza crust. The flourless chocolate cake and gf bread’s results were gluten free!

Didn’t get a very knowledgeable waiter so we did not have a pleasant time. Burger was very good but kind of felt judged for having an allergy. He got very confused when we had 2 people with allergies to wheat & dairy. Now I am up at 3am with an aching stomach pain & nausea. Definitely not safe for celiac ):

I have dined at Wildfire twice. Once in the summer of 2019 and once this month (october 2020). The ambiance is great and the food is delicious. Unfortunately Wildfire is NOT celiac friendly. The first time I ate here I got incredibly sick. I wanted to give it another chance because of the great gluten free reviews and I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke. But I got even sicker the second time I ate here. I made it extremely clear to the server both times that I have a serious allergy. My food came out marked gluten free, but was definitely cross contaminated. I’m so surprised Wildfire has multiple positive gluten free reviews.... I wish it was safe for me to eat because the food is delicious but I won’t be returning.

I called to order take-out during the 2020 social distancing. I was asking questions, and it was clear the person on the phone was not as educated as the regular waitstaff, managers, or chefs. (Her definition of being gluten free is offering a special bun for sandwiches...when my question was about cross contamination.) But the good news is the majority of the staff understands allergens and takes them seriously. I have never gotten sick.
Excellent ribs, chicken, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes. A little sad I couldn’t order the medallions, but they weren’t on the gluten free menu.
