Had a great experience! Ordered petit filet and au gratin potatos. Also had the GF bread to start. Did not get sick!

Would not recommend. Went here for Thanksgiving Dinner. The server did not meet with us before bringing out foods. We explained we couldn't have gluten so we couldn't have the rolls he brought to the table. He left them there and about 30 minutes later brought gluten free hamburger buns that were slightly toasted but left on a plate so they were all wet on the bottom. After spending almost $200 for dinner for 3 of us my husband got sick within an hour of leaving the restaurant. Would not recommend and will not return.

Visiting for work. Been eating here every single night. Amazing GF bread. It is so “light” and “fluffy”. I’ve been GF for nearly 20 years now, it’s the best I’ve had.
They offer to bring out some “bread” before your meal. It’s effectively a bun - but it’s so good.
The other food has been great too. But that bread. đđđ

I’ve eaten here a few times in the past year and haven’t gotten sick, even though I have Celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I have found that the servers aren’t all knowledgeable about gluten and once was assigned a new server after speaking with the manager. I tend to go out for meals at quieter, non-peak times which may help too. I received gf bread, which was slow to be served but tasty, and each meal, usually a fish dish, was delicious, well prepared, served by someone other than our server, who wore gloves, and the meal was clearly marked as “allergy.” Because of bad experiences at other restaurants I tend to choose meals that are naturally gf so I can eliminate at least one source of potential contamination and worry. This may account for the difference of reviewers experiences, which are certainly troubling to read. I’ve been told each time that the restaurant has separate prep and cooking areas, so now I’m a little concerned by what others here were recently told. All in all, I’ve had delicious meals at Wildfire and great experiences with no illness.

Another great experience. Server was very versed with GF. He filled out a separate allergy ticket, I asked him to put celiac on it.

All food was delivered labeled for me as gluten free and made without cross contamination . I ordered the prime rib with a sweet potato, food was high quality and the server was willing to ask the chef questions to ensure my needs were met

I have a Nima gluten tester, I tested the cauliflower mozzarella pizza which came back “gluten found”. The server said when she spoke with the chef he said the sauce could have been cc.. I requested in future they have separate pizza sauce than the one they use for wheat pizza crust. The flourless chocolate cake and gf bread’s results were gluten free!

Didn’t get a very knowledgeable waiter so we did not have a pleasant time. Burger was very good but kind of felt judged for having an allergy. He got very confused when we had 2 people with allergies to wheat & dairy. Now I am up at 3am with an aching stomach pain & nausea. Definitely not safe for celiac ):

I’ve reacted both times I ate here. The first time I wasn’t sure if it was just a sensitive stomach so I foolishly went back about a year later and reacted again.

I have dined at Wildfire twice. Once in the summer of 2019 and once this month (october 2020). The ambiance is great and the food is delicious. Unfortunately Wildfire is NOT celiac friendly. The first time I ate here I got incredibly sick. I wanted to give it another chance because of the great gluten free reviews and I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke. But I got even sicker the second time I ate here. I made it extremely clear to the server both times that I have a serious allergy. My food came out marked gluten free, but was definitely cross contaminated. I’m so surprised Wildfire has multiple positive gluten free reviews.... I wish it was safe for me to eat because the food is delicious but I won’t be returning.

I called to order take-out during the 2020 social distancing. I was asking questions, and it was clear the person on the phone was not as educated as the regular waitstaff, managers, or chefs. (Her definition of being gluten free is offering a special bun for sandwiches...when my question was about cross contamination.) But the good news is the majority of the staff understands allergens and takes them seriously. I have never gotten sick.
Excellent ribs, chicken, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes. A little sad I couldn’t order the medallions, but they weren’t on the gluten free menu.

Staff are very knowledgeable. Just ask for the GF menu. I had the WildFire chopped salad. I was brought GF bread, delicious! The Parmesan cod was fabulous. I also indulged in the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was marked with an allergy stick in it. I felt very safe and confident eating.

Food was just okay, definitely felt sick the next day. No other exposure.
I had the GF pepperoni pizza here and got severely sick afterwards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR CELIACS.

Our waitress, Nina was AMAZING. She was knowledgeable and helpful with menu. They have a huge gf menu but I have a dairy allergy as well so they made additional accommodations for me. The food was incredible!

This used to be my favorite restaurant. Sadly, my Nima defected gluten in both the Filet Mignon and and tuna tartare (I inserted a sample of the “gf” flatbread and avocado/tuna mixture into the capsule). Tested the bread crumb from my salad which was the only thing that came back gluten free. Not safe for Celiac.

I am new celiac and I haven't eaten here before but they had a Gf Thanksgiving Dinner. Service was great and everyone pretended it was safe but i unfortunately got very sick a few hours later. As it was the only thing I ate that day, i think it was this meal that wasn't celiac safe
No
Awesome GF food and they take cc very seriously! They even do a GF banquet once a year which is amazing.
This is our go-to place. Staff is very knowledgeable. The menu is delicious. And it’s nice being able to have soup out for once! Highly recommend for adults. Not a lot of kid friendly options - mine don’t eat steak quite yet.
Yes
I've been here a handful of times, and every time is a great experience! Staff is knowledgeable about Celiac, has a separate menu, and has those little toothpicks to identify your meal is GF. Plenty of options on the menu. Food is delicious. The Halibut and salmon are favorites of the group of people I go with. The salads are excellent, and the goat cheese app is amazing.
Yes
Really great steakhouse! They even have GF French onion soup!! So yummy! It’s a little pricey but worth it to get a good GF meal!
Yes
Wildfire is awesome!! They take GF seriously. Large menu with lots of choices. I am a sensitive celiac and have never had a single problem here. Thank you Wildfire for being a safe oasis for those with Celiac!!
Yes
Not celiac safe! Had a few positive tests with the Nima sensor on different dishes (French onion soup and the chicken Moreno tested positive. The twice baked potato was ok). The servers are great and make you feel comfortable about their kitchen process. When the manager found out about the positive tests that said something like “maybe this isn’t the best place for you to eat”. The kitchen does not have a safe process to avoid CC. Eat at your own risk. I won’t be back again.

Outstanding! I am a sensitive celiac and have eaten here many times with no issues. Thank you Wildfire!

Wow! The service was amazing. They took being celiac so seriously. I totally recommend this restaurant. The food was great and so many good choices. Definitely try the bread and bun options. Far superior to so many I have tried before.

Do not order from this restaurant using Grubhub. They repeatedly ignore that items have been ordered as gluten free!

Absolutely delicious food! My husband and I go here every year for Valentines Day for the 4-course dinner. They have gluten free shrimp cocktail, croutons, steak, potatoes, bread, and a delicious GF chocolate cake. We always feel like they handle our GF requests with great care. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing - dimly lit, Frank Sinatra music vibes - it’s exceptional! Make a reservation if you can.
Yes
I ordered a gluten free pizza and it tested positive for gluten on my Nima sensor. Although they seem very very knowledgeable, they are clearly not careful enough. Thankful for the Nima and not relying on others’ word!

They are always willing to go the extra mile and ensure they can make something for you. They server worked with the kitchen to find what they could prepaid off of the brunch menu for me.
Yes
Had many GF options but beware- server and manager were not well versed in ingredients in marinades. Their GF bread is made in house right next to other wheat flour items so not safe for celiac. Our server acted very put off with our questions and it took a manager and owner stepping in to make sure meal was celiac safe. In the end, just ordered plain steak and baked potato because didn’t trust kitchen.
Really, really good. The bread was absolutely incredible. Celiac safe!

Love it here! Thy serve gf bread which is nice because I always find myself wishing I had bread when everyone else is eating there bread! They have a variety of gf options and I’ve never gotten sick

Not very dairy free friendly—only had fish or steak. Ribs and chicken were marinated with milk. Also, not a dedicated fryer so the fried items listed on the gf menu aren’t safe.
Yes
Full menu of gluten free options, Including steaks, fish and chicken entrees. They knew to properly clean the grill. It will become one of our go-tos for sure.

Extensive Gluten-Free menu with many choices. Fantastic GF pizza. Homemade GF bread. The GF Baked French Onion Soup is outstanding. Gluten-Free menu includes appetizers, pizza, salads, pasta, steaks and chops, seafood, chicken, burgers and sandwiches, and deserts. I have dined here multiple times; the servers are all well trained and attentive to your dietary restrictions. Your food is marked with a toothpick type label to avoid kitchen and server confusion. I never worry when dining here and always enjoy the food. Jan 2017 update. Visited again and had the Parmesan Crusted Alaskan Cod. Fish was perfectly prepared and rivaled any fish entree anywhere. May 2019 update. Just had the GF pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic. Crust was as good as any non-GF crust (based on my way-back memory prior to my Celiac diagnosis over five years ago).

Excellent service and safe handling with my multiple food allergies (gluten, dairy and eggs).

Gluten free menu included several options. The goat cheese and flat bread is an appetizer I will not soon forget. I had a great dining experience except for one of the worst servers I have ever come across. However, I won’t let her spoil it, I will be back.
