Their Gf crust is yummy, but I just ordered online and when I opened my pizza at home it was clearly a gluten crust :(. So just make sure to double-check (or better yet, order in person so you can watch them make it.)

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant since being diagnosed, the employees wiped down the entire surface, got the pizza tray from the back, washed hands and changed gloves, cut the pizza with a fresh cutter, and each time my pizza changed hands the employee confirmed my allergy with me to make sure they were avoiding cross contamination. Made me feel heard and very comfortable without me even having to constantly remind them of the necessary precautions

The gluten free pizza here tastes fine, but I have gotten sick from it on multiple occasions. They make a big show of cleaning the prep surface and putting on fresh gloves when putting toppings on the gf pizza, letting the other person down the line know that they need to cut it at the special cutting area. This is wonderful. But despite all this I noticed that they store the gf crusts next to where they make the regular crusts, and use the same ladle to apply the sauce (rubbing it the against the crust as they apply it) and cook the pizza in the same extremely small conveyer belt oven as all the others. To make matters worse, I'm really put off by them advertising the gf crust as "clean" eating. This should have been a red flag from the beginning that they ultimately do this for people with a preference and not celiac. I really wanted to like this place but I really cannot eat their food again.

Told them I was celiac, employee literally looks at me, bang metal tray with pizza crust, some falls off, then throws pizza down on it. Employees do not care at all or respect celiac.

One manager there, young guy has been there when I went in before, wiped down counters, changed gloves. Unless he’s there I don’t feel safe going and especially not getting delivered. Ordered it online & got poisoned.

I would never go here again. I got a gluten free create your own pizza. We watched them wash their hands and wipe down the counters. But we had to tell them to use new tongs and a fresh pizza cutter. They said they only used the utensils that were in that were in the toppings and never used their hands so we trusted them. I got so sick so they did something wrong.

I've ordered online several times, but I was really impressed when I went in person. The person who took my order (Laia, I think) alerted the rest of the staff that there was an allergy, and they cleared all the counters. They took all the ingredients from a separate location and used new gloves and utensils. It was excellent.

Gluten free pizzas offered with a variety of toppings. I didn’t add extra dressing at the end because I’m gotten ill with dressings before. I only ate half and felt sick later. I feel like I got gluten but I’m not sure. Cross contamination, possible. Unlike other reviewers this location didn’t ask if was an allergy. My boyfriend said they used different serving utensils but I didn’t see that. Anyway makes me not want to return and I’m tossing my left overs :-(

I have eaten at &pizzas around DC numerous times without issue. I ordered a gf pizza via their app & it came to me on regular crust. I contacted them (a pain in the butt) & then sent me a code & I reordered. Again, the wrong pizza. Contacted them again. 2hrs later, no response. Poorly managed store with employees that don't pay attention to details. Don't risk it.

There was a gluten free crust and it was pretty decent. They said all over that their were gluten free and vegan options available. What they failed to mention was that the gf crust was almost $4 extra! There’s no signage anywhere indicating that. So it went from being a $12 pizza (which is already overpriced) to being a $17 pizza!

Their GF crust is so good, even my friends who aren't GF like it better than their normal crust. They ask if you have an allergy when you order it, and change their gloves/clean the oven to try to prevent cross-contamination. There are so many toppings and sauce options. It's probably my favorite pizza place.

We were most impressed by the cross-contamination reduction efforts they made. When we said we needed 3 gf pizzas, they immediately wiped down their work surface and changed their gloves. At most pizza restaurants, the problems come from the toppings because the staff pick up toppings with their hands. Here they use spoons, thus avoiding cross contamination. We loved the huge amount of different toppings. The most impressive part of the store, other than the delicious pizza, is the speed. I have never seen pizza made that quickly. We were impressed by the lack of oil rings on the boxes once we’d finished our pizzas. Their staff are delightfully friendly and their gf pizzas are substantially cheaper than Mellow Mushroom’s and remarkably tastier

Their new gluten free crust is disgusting. It tastes like cardboard one of the worst gluten free pizzas I’ve had. They have gluten free pizza crust which is actually pretty good and they outline on their online menu what toppings etc are gf, HOWEVER I watched the woman change gloves which was great & they use different pans for each pizza but the pans weren’t cleaned in between uses they were only wiped off with a towel and then they used the same pizza cutter for the gluten ones as they did gf. I had never heard of this pizza place and when a friend suggested it I was excited to see they offered gluten free crust. Each employee who I interacted with asked me if GF was an allergy or preference so they could change their gloves. My pizza cooked in its own separate oven. I got their white pizza Gnarlic I think it was called and topped it off with fig balsamic. I also got a drink so it totaled around $16. The pizza is pretty big and it tasted so good! I could barely tell it wasn’t a normal crust. Served to me in a box not on their normal plates. I wasn’t sure how white pizza would be on gluten free crust but it was very good.

When I told the guy behind the counter about my dietary limitations (I’m dairy-free and vegetarian as well as gluten-free), he pulled out the allergy menu and patiently went over it with me. (He also saw I walk with a cane, and was kind enough to volunteer to carry my pizza and drink to my table for me.) The pizza was delicious! They offer vegan mozzarella as well as a wide range of toppings. Plus they make their own sodas! I had “pear-fig elixir” — yummy. My only quibble is that it gets loud. Otherwise, highly recommended.

High risk for cross contamo. They asked allergy or preference, I said allergy. But then I noticed the utensils they just used to rub sauce all over a regular pizza was used to rub sauce all over my GF pizza. No glove change after handling wheat dough, same utensils used to pick the pizza up after it got out of the oven. Didn’t risk it, gave the pizza to a friend. I could have just been there in an off day, but probably won’t go back, there’s better places for GF food.
