After a terrible experience at Wazuzu, we were starving and it was after 10:00 at night. Wahlburgers was fortunately still open at the time. While the fries and milkshakes are not safe, you can order a burger with a GF bun. The burger was great. The bottom bun fell apart a bit though that could have been the way it was sliced. Regardless, the burger was great, the server was knowledgeable and the kitchen was safe.

They did have gluten free buns and a separate fryer for their fries so my husband was able to eat here. The staff didn’t seem too knowledgeable though; our waiter told us that the wahl sauce was gluten free but was somewhat hesitant. My husband looked it up to confirm and it is NOT gluten free. He didn’t get sick from anything he ate there but I would advise to be cautious.

Wahlburgers in Robinson is my go to! I love having options of tater tots (Parmesan Truffle Tots are amazing!), sweet tots and fries! Everything they make in the fryer is gluten-free, so chances of cross-contamination are automatically low. Though not every server seems especially educated about gluten, everyone is more than willing to go ask the right questions. And the burgers are great!

Decided to try this place, I was a little worried of it as I was getting mix emotions. I ended up just offing a gluten free hamburger. I wasn’t sure about the fries because I don’t know the oil of it so I just got a burger. Overall no reaction, but it was a little nerve racking as when I looked in the kitchen they were buttering the buns on a butter machine and Was nervous they would cross contaminate mine by doing it.

I ordered the impossible burger with no bun and a side salad. Within the hour I was painfully and violently ill. The waiter assured us that they would make my dinner gluten free. I don’t know what went wrong. My celiac son had a double burger with a gf bun and fries and has been fine

Some consistency issues but I have not gotten sick here. I love the tater tots. Wait staff nice. Not the best gluten free bun or maybe it is that stuff is put on the bun under burger so bun starts disintegrating. Love the atmosphere. Wish they would mark gluten free on menu better. Burgers are great. Will be back hubby who is not gf loves it.

We had a good experience bringing my daughter here. Not from the area but used to app to find somewhere she could eat while we were visiting. Both people we spoke with seemed knowledgeable about what was GF. She could have fries or tots and a GF bun for her cheeseburger. A different waiter delivered our food and identified it as gluten free when dropping it off which made me feel more confident it was correct. No problems!

The manager was extremely helpful! The fries and tots were in a dedicated fryer. The bun for our burger was grilled on a separate surface. The manager let us know for future that we can also get gf croutons for the Caesar salad and they can adjust tacos to be gf for happy hour! We will definitely go back!

Since this a review in a gluten free app, I will come at it from that perspective. If this was a review on google, I would give a generally glowing review because what I did eat of the food tasted just fine. But this is a gf food app…
First, I appreciate them offering gluten free options. But here was my experience.
They were out of the gluten free buns. The fries were good. But I started reacting to them pretty quickly. I wasnt sure what it was. A few minutes after that, my son pulled an onion ring out of this fry basket. That was after the waiter and what seemed to be a manager swore the fries and tots were made in a separate fryer from the onion rings when I was ordering. I immediately stopped eating my fries.
The server wasnt that good. He seemed to just be real laid back everything….including our experience and how quickly he came to take our order.

We were so disappointed. This is the first time I’m writing a review. When we walked in there were only 3 customers. The waitress walked by twice without an word to us and after waiting 10 or so minutes a group of 7 walked in and she worked on setting up their table. Hostess walked by with water never acknowledged us. Needless to say we left. Was so looking forward to the burgers and fries.

The employees seemed knowledgeable about gluten issues. Of course, I could not have the bun. And the special sauce was no good either. We were not sure about the fries, so I just got a chicken bowl with a salad instead of fries. I had no problem afterwards.

For a celiac from a small town that has absolutely no top tier restaurants, no restaurants that offer a gluten free menu, and a person who has to travel over an hour for a nice gluten free meal.. Wahlburgers is one of my absolute go to burger joints if I want a burger with a great gluten free bun.. 100% trustworthy, just ate their on Sunday after the suns pistons game, never had any problems with cross-contamination and I've been well over 10 times in multiple cities. #ohioceliac💚🖤🏁

NOT celiac safe. 4/5 of us are GF (not celiac). 2 of us ordered burgers and 2 of us ordered grilled cheese. All came on “GF” bread because they were out of GF buns, but the bread on the grilled cheese did not look like GF bread and looked very different than the GF bread used on the burgers. We asked our server about it twice, convinced the grilled cheese bread wasn’t GF. She checked with the kitchen twice, the second time taking the sandwich back to show them. They insisted it was GF. We finally called the manager over and she was livid and immediately agreed that the grilled cheese was indeed on non-GF bread. Thankfully she was incredibly apologetic and said it was totally unacceptable. But I would not trust the kitchen here if you have celiacs. (Personally I’d say you’re not missing out on anything anyhow-none of us liked it)

I was with family who all can eat gluten, but thankfully, they offer gluten free buns. That being said, they do not have gluten free fries or a dedicated fryer, so you are limited to just a burger. I asked the staff and they knew about celiac and were very clear about NOT ordering fries, which I appreciated. 🍔 I ended up going with a turkey burger and an iced tea lemonade. Tasty, but in my opinion, kind of pricey for what you get because you’re paying for the name brand of it all.

I have been here twice. The first time was great and they got all my modifications for my burger correct. The second time they gave me a normal bun instead of a GF one. I noticed after I took one bite and the waitress was quick to correct the issue. The food is good, but double check they gave you the right Bun before eating!

Not safe to eat here. I had an extensive conversation with our server Chris. He assured me that the French fries would be gluten free and from a dedicated fryer. A server brought out the French fries with onion rings next to them. I sent that back since it’s not what I ordered and also informed them AGAIN that I have celiac. Chris brought out new French fries, but when I asked if it was the same plate, he said yes… So I did not end up eating anything here due to Chris’s recklessness and I will never eat here in the future.
