So glad to have an option in the middle of a long drive. Service was super friendly, I have an allergy - not CD - and I was nervous about surfaces and cross contamination because we didn’t say anything about it actually being an allergy, but it turned out fine. I’m sure they would’ve been even more careful had we said something. Great pizza, no reaction regardless.

Pizza studio is great for a personalized GF pizza but if you are sensitive to cross contamination, this may not be for you. The pizza goes in the same oven as non GF, and staff are sometimes not careful about using separate tools, touching a sauce ladle to a regular pizza and then the GF one. You must ask for separate tools and watch them. That said, they have ample toppings, the pizza cooks quickly, and there is outdoor seating available. I would not trust take out if I didn't see them make the pizza in front of me.

Staff is ready and willing to share ingredients with you. They keep the gf crusts separate and change their gloves. I don't do dairy either and our guy took my onion from the fridge when he noticed the onions on the bar had cheese in them. They have GF cookies too. The cauliflower crust has mozzerella in it but it is a good texture and tastes yummy. The GF crust has soy in it.

The gluten free crust option for my son’s pizza was great. He has Celiacs, and he loved the pizza. The staff changed their gloves, which was enough for my sons sensitivity with his allergy, but if you’re highly sensitive to gluten, the ingredients for the pizza are in one area of separate tubs, not a allergy dedicated area. The oven used for the pizza is the same as the regular one used. Every pizza has its own cleaned metal dish with a sheet of over paper between the pizza and the dish, so we didn’t have any problems. They could do a little better by having an allergy dedicated area.

Excellent cauliflower crust and lots of topping options. Very friendly and fast. They offered to change gloves if gluten intolerant.

Great place to eat!! They had a cauliflower crust and I could have any toppings they had. My husband really liked it too. We are traveling and often have trouble finding a place for me to eat. Especially pizza. Give it a try.

They were very careful about my GF pizza. Changed gloves, got fresh ingredients from under the counter to help prevent cross contamination and even remembered to use a clean cutter after it was done cooking!

I called ahead to verify first that they have gf crust. they were very helpful. They offer gf crust and because I'm celiac they let me know that they can use ingredients from an area that hadn't been used on other pizzas, they Cook it in the same oven as the other pizza but on a new pan that doesn't touch the oven. They did everything that they could to ensure no contamination.

Tried the cauliflower crust and it was delicious. Didn't get sick, but wouldn't recommend for celiacs. Gloves weren't changed, the sauce ladle is shared, and the oven/plates are used for the gluten pizzas as well.

Tapioca crust. They used separate ingredients that had not been cross-contaminated and they were very careful to avoid cross-contamination. The pizza was very good. The crust seemed to be from the same supplier who supplies most pizzerias with a pre-prepared crust from a gluten-free facility. They also have a cauliflower crust that I am looking forward to trying.

Gf crust out of tapioca flour. Plus vegan cheese.

My son has CD and is on GF diet! When I ordered the GF crust they asked "preference or allergy" I said allergy so he changed gloves and got everything from a different location and even warned other cooks of allergy pizza going in and to handle with care meaning with cross contamination. I loved that! Will come here again.

Very friendly staff and willing to look thing up if they didn’t know the answer. Made a point of changing gloves and got new veggies if the food appeared contaminated by other food item surrounding the containers. GF crust was was good. As an added bonus they also have Diaya cheese for those of us that are gluten and dairy free!

I love this place. They have good GF crust kept in a separate area and use separate utensils for GF pizzas. If you tell them you have celiac they take all of the ingredients from the back or below (I'm not sure they do this for people who just prefer to eat GF). They have vegan cheese and also goat cheese, which I LOVE because I can eat goat cheese, but not cow. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions about, wait, the sauce is GF too right? every time I ask.

Very unprofessional, I was in line while the employees were doing whatever in the back and they took the person that showed up as after me as I stood still waiting. Would not recommend what so ever.

Requested gf crust and the worker grabbed it without changing gloves. Asked her if they change their gloves and she said they used to but not anymore . She said she wouldn't recommend anyone with a gluten allergy to eat there. We turned around and left. Disappointed after reading previous positive reviews.

I had a gluten free pizza here and the preparation was awesome. Without prompting, the girl wiped down the whole counter and changed her gloves. Unfortunately, it was the worst gluten free pizza I've ever had. After one slice, I ended up only eating the toppings from the rest. It was pretty bad. 😔

Good pizza in Blythe. My husband liked the gluten crust. Gluten-free crust is okay, but a great option in an area with few GF options. They do it in the same oven on its own pan, have separate cutting board and cutter, and use ingredients that are separate from the ones at the counter.

Great place! Husband is a Celiac and he was very happy! Pizza was one thing he really missed after being diagnosed. Will definitely be back!

This is my favorite gf pizza crust! Delicious! If you tell the person making the pizza that you have a gluten allergy they will change gloves and use new utensils to make your pizza.

What an AMAZING experience!! From the minute I ordered my pizza, the staff (of 6!) took incredible care in making sure no cross contamination occurred, which included changing gloves, wiping all surfaces down, separate sauce, oil and cheese! The pizza was one of the BEST I have had in a long time..

Much better than many other GF pizza crusts I've had, many toppings to choose from. They also have Daiya dairy free/soy free cheese. I've eaten here several times with no reaction. Don't know why it's rated $$, price is $12 for gluten free, dairy free, $10 if GF only. In my experience, that's pretty normal. I come here often, never get glutened.

Tastes great! Did nice job changing gloves, pulling out fresh Gluten Free crust and sauce but then downhill from there in regards to meeting celiac needs. Placed crust on wire grate then onto glutenized counter. Proceeded to put vegetables and meat and all toppings from the same container as all other pizzas. Nice attempt.

They were very helpful in changing utensils and using fresh sauce. I really appreciated the effort they put it and it got a high approval from this celiac!

P.s. I don't think it was necessary at all to get all new containers for all the extra toppings because as sensitive as I am I had no reaction when they did not do this. They're usually just sprinkled on anyway so they really don't tough much at all.

The GF pizza was great! GF crust costs $2 more than the $8.99 regular price, but well worth it! I am not Celiacs, but cannot eat wheat or corn. The crust is Tapioca based. This pizza was awesome!
