We ate here for dinner. My son age 12 is coeliac. The server was very knowledgeable about what was safe for him to eat and checked with the chef if the mashed potatoes were gluten free which I appreciated. My son chose a classic burger with gluten free bun (which came warm in the packaging) and mashed potatoes which he really enjoyed. We also got the gluten free chocolate chip pizookie which we all tasted and it was delicious. Very happy with our first experience eating out in Orlando.

I have eaten here twice and both times I have gotten very sick :( I don't think they take cross contamination very seriously.

Not really celiac friendly
They had a separate gluten-sensitive menu with many choices. Food was delicious and neither of us felt at all sick afterwards!

There aren’t a ton of gluten-sensitive options on the menu, but there’s at least one GF option in most sections, including a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie on the dessert menu. The options that are available are super tasty and filling.
Our server was awesome and warned me about the tortilla chips and fries being prepared in a shared fryer up front.

Very little gluten free options. I got a house salad, with a gluten allergy label, and it still had croutons.

They have delicious GF pizza, but none are dairy free, so my daughter ordered the pork chop instead, with broccoli and a baked potato. She is extremely sensitive to cross contamination, but had no reaction. When we mentioned Celiac, the waitress assured us that every precaution would be taken. There is no GF menu or dedicated kitchen space as far as I'm aware, but they do provide a list of food allergens for every menu item, on request. My only criticism is that the hostess initially assured us that the wait would only be 15 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour to seat us and another 30 minutes after ordering before our food arrived.

I went there recently. I waited a half hour for a drink and finally called out a manager. I received my food and started not feeling well soon after I started eating. I did not finish it. Our waiter was rude and practically shoved are food at us. I will not be returning.

Numerous gluten sensitive items, which are marked on their regular menu. They also have a separate gluten sensitive menu. Love the fact they have a wounded warrior parking space for veterans wounded in combat.

Pretty tasty food and decent service. They have gf buns for burgers and a gluten free thin crust pizza. All pizza toppings except meatballs are gf. Did build your own pizza with sausage, tomato and green peppers. Very good! They also have a gluten free dessert option and a few salads. Fryer is not safe.

Again, no gluten free or gluten reduced beer available.
Asked for a gluten free pizza and server asked if it was allergy, that’s always comforting to hear! Also, they have Stone Delicious IPA beer which has been crafted to remove the gluten (their website says the gluten content is below 20 ppm which is the FDA standard for what qualifies as gluten free). Both delicious and didn’t get sick!

Server was very knowledgeable about GF options and preparation practice. I was able to have a burger and salad. When she came back for dessert orders, she asked me if I wanted a gluten free pizookie and I was thrilled! It tasted amazing and they brought out a single serve ice cream container to avoid cross contact. I was really happy with the whole experience!

I admit there are not a ton of gf options here that are of interest to me, BUT...the ones that I'm interested are SO GOOD! The pizza is excellent, burgers are good (but no dedicated fryer), and possibly most importantly, the gluten free Pizookie (freshly baked, hot cookie with ice cream) is simply divine! A great place to meet someone for just dessert. :)

I’ve been here several times and I’ve never had a reaction, and I’m pretty sensitive to cc. Their gf pizza is super yummy and the texture and flavor of the gf pizookie is really good as well. Last time I was there, they brought out the ice cream that goes on top of the cookie separately in a sealed container to avoid cc and I was extremely grateful.

Twice now I've been given regular buns instead of gluten free. The first time I trusted it because they had been doing good but ended up sick for the rest of the night. The second time I had it confirmed by both the waiter and the cook that the bun they gave me was gluten free. Turned out when I asked a third time that it wasn't.

Ask for Hector the kitchen manager!! He is so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to even take pictures of the process so that there was no discrepancy in communication and cross contact!! Genuinely the best experience and chef I’ve had at a BJs!
I always get gf pizza and a gf pizookie here. I have never had an issue here or at any other bjs. All of their pizza toppings are gf except for the sausage. I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza! Their gf chocolate chip pizookie is to die for!

I was very hopeful after reading the comments. Asked for their Gluten Free menu, and was given a 10-page printout of their allgen guide. Almost everything listed wheat as an allergen except for the Gluten Free Pizza. The menu said they had GF buns for hamburgers, as well. Within 5 minutes of finishing my pizza, the stomach ache started. It was a busy Friday evening, so I'm thinking they were too rushed to take precautions. Will think twice before going back.

OMG I opted to try this place with my mom for lunch and we were in heaven!! She loved her burger and I my Brussel sprout salad! I know it sounds gross but flavored very well with a kind of spicy sweet sauce - perfect for my round of daily veggies! And then we ordered the cookie with ice cream 🍦 😋 Yes it was soooooo good. Loved the waitress too

Really appreciate the dedicated GF menu and even dessert. But my daughter's salad ordered from the GF menu came out with croutons on it. A simple mistake, but one that matters with celiac, and then she had to wait to get hers remade while everyone else had their food. Also makes me question then if GF is prepped separately.

I was scared because this place is a chain, and I ordered via Uber Eats so there was no in person contact. I bravely ate my pizza and nervously sat around waiting and checking in with my stomach neurotically for 2 and a half hours and NOTHING HAPPENED! I am celiac and I swear gluten has looked at me in the past and made me sick, so I am very happy with BJ's. I had a loaded pizza with a nice thin, chewy crust and lived to tell the tale.

My sister went with her friend and I asked her to get me a gluten free Pazookie to-go. She told them I had an allergy and it’s supposed to be safe because it’s baked in it’s own container.
It was not safe but thankfully I have a Nima tester that saved me!

Had one of the best gluten free buns for burgers I’ve ever tried! I was also pleasantly surprised to find out they offer a GF Pizookie (basically a large chocolate chip cookie) and they also have separately sealed containers of vanilla ice cream to go with it to avoid cross contamination.
The only downside was that the server did not inform me that the fries and tortilla chips are made in the same fryer as the breaded items (so side options are pretty limited). It was an overall great experience though!

The gluten free pizza was fantastic. I have Coeliac Disease & I called the restaurant ahead of time to check on there procedures on how they handle with GF items. The team manager on the phone said all the staff in the kitchen are trained on how to handle GF items and all utensils are seperate and marked GF and they have a dedicated oven for the items as well.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE GLUTENED!! Ordered a burger on gluten free bun but arrived on a regular bun. I cut the burger to make sure they did not just switch buns. Waited a while and they brought out a ‘new’ burger on a gluten free bun. It was the cut burger on a new bun. They tried to cover the cut with toppings. That got sent back and waited even longer for third attempt. Manager apologized as d offered free dessert for mistake. I forgot to cut the gluten free bun so don’t know if I was given a new one or the same one. Third attempt came out with a burger that was over cooked and had a notch removed. Waitress says it wasn’t the same burger but I wasn’t taking any chance and didn’t eat it. When you reheat a burger with a cut in it, it splits in a v just like the third burger was.

I had one of the “gluten safe” Mediterranean chicken salads. It was okay, but I was nervous to eat it bc of the GS label instead of GF. We usually have good luck with BJ’s, but we didn’t one this one. My niece ordered a GF bunless burger and fries. My son ordered the GF bun with burger. The waitress said she would let us know if we ordered anything that wasn’t GF. She was aware that we are celiac and it’s a big deal. My niece ended up getting pretty sick. Upon more research, the fries (in fact) DO contain wheat. That was a big oversight in my opinion. We usually double check, but she said she had it under control.
