Agree with the below - you order from a kiosk and need to make sure you go to the counter right after to specify that you have a gluten allergy and need them to change gloves/use clean utensils. He was a little annoyed at the request taking more time, but I watched them and they did all of the above and thanked them afterwards

DO NOT EAT HERE. One of the restaurant employees that works all over the airport told me EVERYTHING is cross contaminated… NO SEPARATION at all

Felt safe eating here as their kitchen has been rigorously trained on gluten free / celiac needs. However, I found the actual pizza to be lacking in flavor and soggy in the middle. I paid $25 for one pizza. They have the exact flavor (gluten free pepperoni, sausage, mushroom) in the frozen pizza aisle at grocery stores for less $$ and it probably tastes just as good.

They offer "validated gluten free" pizzas. And the ingredients for those pizzas are prepared and stored in a completely different area in their kitchen. Servers and bartenders are very knowledgeable and understanding of gluten allergies and intolorance (as well as any allergy you may have). The options are somewhat limited, as they are at most places. But the choices they do have a great. Hands down my favorite GF pizza crust.

Handful of certified GF pizzas can be prepared in a separate area (other menu items are likely cross contaminated). GF BBQ chicken pizza was good and I didn’t get sick

Mushroom Pepperoni Sausage Pizza. Tested 100% gluten free with my Nima Sensor! They have a separate gluten free station in the kitchen for the pizza, with special ingredients and toppings separate from the rest of the kitchen. It was perfect! The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks CPK!

Do not eat here if you have celiac disease. You can only have pizza. Nothing else on the menu.

I ate here and the server and staff was knowledgeable about GF and even stated there is only 4 GF pizzas available. I got the BBQ chicken and it was delicious! I would go back! 🤙🏽

Waited 45 minutes and was never waited on. It wasn’t even busy. So disappointed as I have heard great things about this store.
Everytime I come here I order from the gluten free menu, the next day my skin breaks out. Not recommended for celiacs. Other CPKs aren't as bad. The kitchen staff here just might be ignorant...

Very Celiac-Conscious! Highly recommend. That said: Be wise and announce your Celiac status to the waitstaff. The have a separate kitchen area for prep; pizzas made in separate dishes when prepared. Our waitress & 2 other mgrs. stopped by to acknowledge our concerns and assure us of their care. Also, while not marked, the manager himself brought out our G-Free items out himself, and separately. On taste - the BBQ Chicken pizzas were SUPERB! The cauliflower crust IS NOT your Grandma’s G-Free mix… it tasted great!

We had a terrible experience. I specifically asked that it be noted that one of our meals was to be marked with gluten allergy. I even said to our waiter to make sure it’s to be handled with care while prepping and that the pizza be cut separately and safely. Someone else brought our food out and so I asked because I was watching how it was handled from our table. She said it was not marked as allergy and it was handled normally. So I asked for a bill for what we did get and we left. I’m not coming back. They lack attention to detail and we’re not friendly to begin with. Annoyed mostly with having to work I guess. We will not be coming back as this place is not safe and not accommodating . Very disappointing.
Always take care with cauliflower crust when indicating it is for celiac kids. Always comes out separate and delivered by manager. Very happy with their protocol.

After reading other reviews I decided to take a chance on this chain and I wasn’t disappointed as I did not get sick! I had the salmon with corn salad which was tasty. The salmon was a bit dry and over cooked but I was happy to not get sick and have a healthy choice.

My daughter went here for a school lunch. She doesn’t like pizza so I was worried but she ordered the gf salmon, told them of her allergy. She came home saying it was really good and she did not get sick at all. We have ordered the pizza online and it is always labeled and taped for safety.

CPK is certified by GIG and every employee takes a course on gluten free food preparation and have to pass an exam. They have a separate kitchen in each location with only dedicated gf items, even so far as having a filtration system so gluten flour doesn't come through the vents. I've eaten at 10+ locations, including this one, and never been sick. I've always had a good experience here!

By far the best chain experience I’ve had. They have four “verified” GF pizzas. I got the pepperoni one (with a side of ranch) and it was delicious! They also have items marked that can be made GF (although they aren’t verified for safety like the pizzas), but overall they seemed knowledgeable!!

The pizza isn’t amazing but it is safe and gf. As some spell out elsewhere, ONLY the premade GF pizzas with ingredients AS-IS are guaranteed GF. It’s like some sort of weird kitchen policy, the second you deviate in any way on a PIZZA topping, they no longer keep chain of custody in the GF kitchen. The servers at multiple locations have warned us about this so we’ve always only eaten the premade gf menu items.

This establishment is NOT CELIAC SAFE. Waitress informed me that their kitchen is not celiac friendly or a gluten free environment. There is shared cooking space leading to cross contamination and all pizzas made in the same oven. If you are Celiac, DO NOT EAT HERE.

Only 4 pizzas can be made GF, however this is a safe place for coeliac's as they are accredited by a coeliac organisation/charity. Proper measures are taken, the food takes longer to come out due to ensuring peoper precautions are taken. The pizzas that are on offer are delicious.

I was surprised they had protocols for their pizza as the one near home did not prior to it closing. I got a pepperoni sausage mushroom pizza and it was super yummy and I did not get sick. The crust was thin but tasty. It didn’t look great but tasted great and I didn’t get sick.

gotten sick multiple times with different “certified” cpks. this was the most recent and last one I will ever go to. i was sick for MONTHS from their food and the waitstaff was incredibly rude about it. they refused to believe I was sickened from their food since it’s “certified” despite me literally going back and forth from the table to bathroom. do not recommend them AT ALL
