They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!

We have eaten at Jason’s Deli successfully TWICE! The staff was very friendly & helpful. GF items are clearly marked on the menu AND there are a lot of options! As we were ordering, the employees got wind of a GF order coming, and one person (the one that would be preparing our food) started taking his gloves off, washing his hands, pulling out clean utensils & put on a new pair of gloves. The food was prepped on a stainless steel bar (not the regular deli bar) Even though the one employee was clearly ready for our order, the gentleman at the register STILL flagged our ticket as “GF take precaution”. The employee that prepared our food was the one that delivered it to our table. THANK YOU!! Now, having said all of that… the salad bar looks SO TEMPTING but we have never pushed our luck. Today, we seen a customer filling a to-go container (to the brim) & she was walking all over - back & forth adding to the salad with croutons & other gluten containing ingredients already on top of her salad. The tongs were touching them as she was adding items she had already passed up - 3 times. I would stay away from that. If you want a salad, they can make you a delicious one!

Have ordered numerous times both online and in person. Large selection and and customizable sandwiches. Never had any problems. My orders are always marked with a gluten free sticker. But if you are celiac, I would have concerns about some cross-contamination.

I was at a conference, and what they were serving was not gluten-free for lunch. I was able to make a quick order to Jason’s and just swing by and pick it up. Easy and safe gluten free food! They need to pick up super easy where we just called the number when we pulled up. I was back to the conference before anyone even realized we were gone.

When I ordered I told them I have Celiac disease and she shook her head and said she would make sure they swapped gloves out. I got my CB ranch baked potato and when I received it, this "Take Note" was on the top, so I wasn't even able to eat it.

They can do any of their sandwiches with gluten-free bread But the wraps are not gluten-free. I got the California club and it was really good with fresh fruit. I didn’t see the gluten option on their drive-through menu so I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t check this app

My wife loves getting the build your own sandwich with gluten free bread. We've eaten here multiple times over several years and she's never had a reaction. Staff takes great care to insure food is prepared safely. My daughter also gets the gluten free chicken nuggets.

Fantastic GF options. Very clear guidance on menu/online. I’ve eaten at this location many times without getting sick. Salad bar, Reuben sandwich, and loaded potato!!! They have a separate area/utensils to make Gf sandwiches. Salad bar is designed well to keep the gluten items at the end (away from many of the bins) and all dressings are GF. Even has Dessert options: free ice cream and fantastic rice Krispy treat! Yummy and quick.

Had the beefeater sandwich with au jus on gluten free bread, taste was okay and I didn’t get sick. The quality of the bread isn’t the best, I think it’s Udi’s multigrain which is just not a favorite of mine.

They were great! I used to get the California club with the croissant before having to go gluten free but I tried it this time with the gluten free bread they have. They also have a separate menu with gluten sensitive/free options. I asked for that, ordered my food, and before they finalized it they made sure it was an allergy and not a dietary preference. Sandwich was pretty good and I didn't get sick at all! I'm glad I can keep going back. Their salads are super good too as long as you make sure to get a gf dressing.

They are not dedicated gluten free, but have always been very careful with cross-contamination. I’ve eaten here probably 10x and never been sick. I’ve eaten 100s of times at Jason’s delis across the country and haven’t been sick. I am very sensitive to cross contamination. Food comes in marked gf containers. Any sandwich can be made on gf bread. Kids’ chicken tenders are also gf.

I've stopped here a few times because it's a very convenient location. I always tell them upfront that I have Celiacs and need gf and please use precautions. I typically order the salad or baked potato, and I've ordered a corned beef sandwich on gf bread. Oddly, I've had less issues with the sandwich than the potato or salad, so I'm guessing there may be something in the shredded cheese. I've stopped going, but wish it was an option because of the location.

They did not follow protocol. They told me they would change gloves and recommended that I did not get anything toasted because the oven is shared. I ordered a salad instead and asked to be handled separately from the rest, however it wasn’t. No gloves changed between my meal and my family’s meal. Delivered in same tray as their bread.

I loved this place pre-diagnosis, but hadn't been there in over 10 years. The gluten free menu is encouraging, but that was about it. I ordered a gluten free sandwich with no tomatoes to go. Got home and saw the big disclaimer sticker on the sandwich container saying they don't recommend eating this if celiac. As if that wasn't enough, when I looked at the sandwich, it had tomatoes on it. If they can't get that part right, I have no faith in their ability to get the gluten free part right. Ended being a really expensive bag of Ruffles for a meal.
