I ordered the smokehouse cheeseburger on a GF bun and without the onion rings. They must have microwaved the bun and I couldn’t even cut through it. They also put onion rings on it. I’m not celiac, so I just picked them off. The waitress apologized, but they did nothing to make it right. Never going back.

We went here because they advertised that they have a gluten free menu. They did and I got a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun with a baked potato! It all was very good! We will visit again!

I specifically asked for a gluten free menu and repeated that after I ordered. They offered the salad bar (not gluten free) and all the dishes came together (mine was the only gluten free one). They are not careful

I’ve been here a few times and I have always had an easy time with staff knowing what my needs as someone with celiac are. They have a big binder full of which foods are safe for whatever allergens you are trying to avoid like gluten, wheat, milk, soy, etc. No shared fryer or anything, but I always get steamed veggies or mashed potatoes and have no problem! I was told last time I went that when someone states they have an allergy or celiac, the kitchen staff have to follow a specific set of rules to ensure there is no cross contamination. Could be hear-say, but I have never had a reaction from CC and i’m super sensitive. When I have a burger (also never been sick from this), I tell them my specific needs - no cross contamination, cannot toast gf bun, etc. Speaking of the buns, they are SO delicious. I am usually weary of serve-yourself bars like the salad bar here, but I am always reaction free after having the veggies, cheese, and dressings. Just avoid the toppings that are nuts, fruits, chicken salad etc.

I have celiac disease and I was happy to find the website gluten free menu. Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure my meal was gluten-free. Even made sure my fish was cooked in a pan to avoid cross contamination from the flat top.

Staff said they only had GF buns (regardless of what Ruby Tuesday’s corporate web page says). Didn’t seem knowledgeable about celiac or cross contamination. Walked out.

I ordered a pasta dish with gf pasta. Before I took a bite I noticed a different shaped noodle. I showed our server and she said the colander must’ve been reused after some regular pasta was drained.

They did not have any physical GF menus and their website changed so the staff wasn’t able to pull one. The employees also were moving the salad dressings around with gloves on but dipping their fingers in the dressing and toppings which caused them to mix and have cross contamination.

Very good! I had a burger (jalapeño bacon queso burger) w the gluten free bun. The bun was fabulous! Didn’t fall apart. They have steaks, shrimp, burgers, ribs, grilled chicken, talapia, and more! Lots of GF options. (Our waiter was knowledgeable and offered their GF allergen binder. There were two pages of GF listings. Note-desserts and pasta are not GF.) One of the reviews gave a ‘2’ bc “all they have is a gluten free bun”. đ¤ŚđźâWell, sweetheart, this is not a bakery!

They have GF menu online. Click nutrition and allergens at the bottom of page, it will ask for zip code. Then, select the type of allergy and it will display the menu. They offer salad bar which could be contaminated , be cautious.

Asked if they had a GF menu or allergen menu and got a blank stare from the host. They sent me to the “order to go”person and I asked about the ribs. She advised that the ribs come pre-seasoned and were not GF. I asked for a manager and the manager advised that the only thing gluten free was the salad. I asked what in the steaks had gluten and I got a big blank stare followed by “I guess they are GF”. Didn’t take the chance and left.

Terrifyingly unaware of allergens. I was told to go online to determine if I could eat anything. The list is extremely limited and even then my faith of items being safe is minute at best.
Side note -- you have to use an allergy tool online and it lists what you cannot eat.

While they don't have a GF menu per say, they do have an allergy menu with quite a few things. I asked the server to let the kitchen know I had a wheat allergy. I had steak with mushrooms, broccoli and mashed potatos and did not get sick. I'm only giving 3 hearts on safety because I don't know for sure about the safety of their prep and cooking.

Ate there on August 20 '22. Our server was not able to answer basic questions, so she was not trained on allergens. I had to press for every little thing i.e. Do your gluten free buns have a dedicated toaster; Are your fries cooked in a dedicated fryer; are condinen.ts scooped from a container and touch glutenous buns and dipped back in oe are they squirt bottles? She hesitated and only offered to go check when I didn't give up. She brought me the allergen binder which said I could have some sort of bbq Bourbon chicken, but on their website, it says that I cannot have the bourbon sauce - even their own menus can are conflicting. That's pretty bad. I would never eat there again. I ended up ordering a hamburger with an untoasted bun which fell apart as I was eating it. I also had the loaded baked potato which was decent.

The waitress was not at all familiar with GF options. They did have a separate GF menu. Didn’t feel confident in what was offered. The bartender was also cooking as they were short staffed. Thankfully my son did not get sick. He ordered ribs and thought the were pretty good. The restaurant wasn’t busy but seemed dirty. we wont be back.

I don't know who writes these reviews on here but I am actually sitting at this Ruby Tuesdays as I write this review. The waitress looked at me like I had three eyeballs when I asked if they had a gluten free menu. I assure you they do not. She couldn't find one. The manager knew nothing about it either. Ended up eating a very mediocre steak because that is about the only GF item I can ever find on a menu. After downloading this app and reading reviews I was excited to find something different I could eat. This place is NOT gluten friendly!!! Don't bother.

From what I understand they are under new management. My wife and 2 kids are allergic to wheat and nuts. When the new manager heard we had allergies he came to talk to us at the table. Only, we didn't know who he was at first. He just started to talk with us and asked how we liked the salad bar. He explained that his kids also have the same allergies and he takes it very seriously. This was such a good experience. We are not from the area just passing through on a road trip, but we will be stopping in on the way back. I didn't get the man's name but I appreciate him very much. My wife and kids are usually very nervous to eat anything unless we cook in our own kitchen. We learned from him that they have a Gluten Free menu on their website and that's the best place to find what you want and you can know ahead what you will order. He told us if he was to print the whole menu it would be 62 pages long. Just understand that's not all gluten free, that would be the entire menu. Let them know you are gluten free. The manager even brought the box of GF hamburger buns out and let me read the label for myself. The box label had the Udi's brand name, not nuts or wheat. I can not say enough how much I appreciate the staff taking allergies seriously.

After a brief conversation with the waitress, Jo, We ate here with full confidence in the preparation for my husband’s celiac-friendly meal. She made sure to communicate with the cooks and managers and we felt the whole place took the time to ensure no gluten was in his food. If there was gluten in it, he would know by now. So they did a very good job! There is an allergy list on rubytuesday.com that was helpful! They no longer have the GF pasta but did have buns. He ate the half rack bbq ribs, rice pilaf and zucchini.

Separate menu for gf so that was nice. Plenty of options on it as well. Our daughter had the ribs and had no issues. She thought they were delicious. The rest of us weren’t as happy with our experience because the portions were rather small. But for gluten free it worked out great.
