I don't know who writes these reviews on here but I am actually sitting at this Ruby Tuesdays as I write this review. The waitress looked at me like I had three eyeballs when I asked if they had a gluten free menu. I assure you they do not. She couldn't find one. The manager knew nothing about it either. Ended up eating a very mediocre steak because that is about the only GF item I can ever find on a menu. After downloading this app and reading reviews I was excited to find something different I could eat. This place is NOT gluten friendly!!! Don't bother.

From what I understand they are under new management. My wife and 2 kids are allergic to wheat and nuts. When the new manager heard we had allergies he came to talk to us at the table. Only, we didn't know who he was at first. He just started to talk with us and asked how we liked the salad bar. He explained that his kids also have the same allergies and he takes it very seriously. This was such a good experience. We are not from the area just passing through on a road trip, but we will be stopping in on the way back. I didn't get the man's name but I appreciate him very much. My wife and kids are usually very nervous to eat anything unless we cook in our own kitchen. We learned from him that they have a Gluten Free menu on their website and that's the best place to find what you want and you can know ahead what you will order. He told us if he was to print the whole menu it would be 62 pages long. Just understand that's not all gluten free, that would be the entire menu. Let them know you are gluten free. The manager even brought the box of GF hamburger buns out and let me read the label for myself. The box label had the Udi's brand name, not nuts or wheat. I can not say enough how much I appreciate the staff taking allergies seriously.

I order the bacon burger on a GF bun with a baked potato. I did make the waitress aware of my food allergy. Everything worked out great. I worked from a gluten free website to make my food choice.

They will give you a paper menu of gluten free options. Pretty much all their steak and fish are gf. They have a great salad bar to choose from and the rice and veggies are delicious. We have had great experiences whenever we go here. They also have gluten free buns for the burgers. Delicious!

This place isn’t great for celiac, the waitress kept chuckling every time I explained why we needed gluten free. I told her we have celiac, she giggled and walked off. I think she didn’t know what celiac was, won’t eat here again.

After a brief conversation with the waitress, Jo, We ate here with full confidence in the preparation for my husband’s celiac-friendly meal. She made sure to communicate with the cooks and managers and we felt the whole place took the time to ensure no gluten was in his food. If there was gluten in it, he would know by now. So they did a very good job! There is an allergy list on rubytuesday.com that was helpful! They no longer have the GF pasta but did have buns. He ate the half rack bbq ribs, rice pilaf and zucchini.

Separate menu for gf so that was nice. Plenty of options on it as well. Our daughter had the ribs and had no issues. She thought they were delicious. The rest of us weren’t as happy with our experience because the portions were rather small. But for gluten free it worked out great.

This place was horrible. They did not have a gluten free menu available. Though we were told they were trying to paint one for us it never appeared. Saying the service was slow is an understatement. We didn't get to order for 20 minutes after being seared waiting for this elusive menu they promised. My son ordered a steak and mashed potatoes with corn. They switched our steak orders the mash had been sitting under a warmer so long they developed a skin and the missed several parts of everyone else's orders. I would not recommend and I would never return. Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars

Ate here last week with my five year old who is also GF. They have a separate menu in a binder where all the allergens are addressed. I felt there was a decent variety compared to most places. They have GF buns so my son was happy Bc he loves hamburgers. I don’t think the fries have a dedicated fryer though. I had the ribs, mashed potatoes , and grilled zucchini (they were out of green beans). The ribs were ok for ribs. I’ve had better. But just happy to find anywhere to eat since there just aren’t many options in this town.

Was looking forward to the gluten free pasta, but are taking it off the menu. My family went to this restaurant specifically for me and it was a waste of time. A soda was brought out to me with lettuce in it. Service was very slow. They were out of ribs. Food was not that good.

I take with my waitress about my allergy to be sure there wasn't an issue. My burger still came out with a regular bin and instead of remaking it they just took the bun off and slapped a new piece of cheese on THE SAME PATTY!!!

It is a chain standard to have a separate gluten free utensil kit. They also mark food at allergen free very clearly. Every waiter I’ve had has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I got the bacon burger with a lettuce wrap, tomato, mayo, and pickles. So good!!

Horrible. I did a door dash order to be delivered because I was tired. Excited to find a gluten free menu. Got the new Veggie And Grilled Chicken with pesto and gluten free pasta. Requested no breadsticks. When it came, there was no grilled chicken and had a breadstick laying across the whole top of the meal. So I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t think it was a difficult order.....

The waiter did not care - he did not pass any info onto the chef. No protocols were taken. I’d say it’s a 100% chance of cross contamination.
Gave us a sticky book to look up options on our own. Did not match up with what was on the menu.
Waiter did not care. I got sick. My family’s meals were wrong. My husband got the “ bottomless” salad without croutons. It came with croutons. The waiter never asked if he wanted more. Because we complained to the manager she did not charge us. But it doesn’t make up at all for our experience. If you have Celiac - DO NOT GO HERE.
