Excellent experience - waiter flagged the manager for our gluten allergy. Manager took our order and put a sticker on the table that said gluten free. When food came out it was handled by the manager and indicated that it was gluten free. GF menu is available online and they can do kids dishes gf too.

The manager take care of my order and was really aware of celiac disease. They said they will do their best to avoid cross contamination. Good service. Unfortunately lot of symptoms after my lunch...bad luck. Will be careful next time

Wagamama located by the O2. New location and have a dedicated restaurant.

On their website you can access their gluten free menu with loads of options. You just need to order with the manager to ensure your food is gluten free.

They came over and when you ask for a gluten free menu and tell them you have coeliac disease they bring the ‘non-gluten’ menu and advise that a manager will come over and take your order. Lots of different things you can have which is great, it doesn’t look like you have to compromise for less tasting items.

Good came out separately to anyone else’s and was very tasty.

The labels they put on the placemat(normal practice for Wagamamas) was on a sticker instead of just written on the placemat. Very useful for the servers.

I was extremely impressed as they had a dedicated gluten free menu. The manager takes the order, staff double checked and a sticker was placed on my placemat with my allergy information. The manager brought my food and the manager and staff checked a few times. I was also shocked how fresh and tasty the food was, absolutely delicious.

Staff welcomed us and asked if we had any allergies. I stated I’m coeliac and she brought me a gluten free menu and said a manager will come and take our orders shortly. Had a lovely visit here. We did not book in advance but got a table quickly. The server asked about allergies and after mentioning my celiac he brought me my own gf menu. Afterwards he explained to me that the manager would take my order for safety reasons. The manager came and took my order as well as handing me my own new/clean cutlery, he also marked my seat with a (no gluten) sticker. He prepared my food by himself to avoid cross contamination, and I really appreciated that. I had the shu’s ‘shiok’ chicken, and it was great! Good flavors and portion.

Highly recommend this place, couldn’t feel more safe and seen by a restaurant! Really appreciate the length they went to accommodate me!

Good food, terrible manager. Seemed to be irritated by the fact I had intolerances and my friend sat opposite saw him making faces when I responded. He was very polite to the “celebrity” sat behind me though. We had a Lovely server called Emily though. I got ignored a lot when trying to get peoples attention, also asked for a dessert menu that never came. Very slow service. FOOD however they had a gluten free menu, very tasty but not good for IBS. Good for celiacs.
