No gf pretzel bites! The menu has changed. Only SP fries are gf now. But the place is still cool and has one cider

Lots of Celiac safe options. One of the shift managers is Celiac and he came over to help us out. Dedicates frier for chips, fries, and other items. Most breaded items are not GF.
They were super flexible with my picky kiddo and dis the shrimp tacos bit over toetilla.chips since he didn't like corn tortillas.
Online mene says the the Pretzel bites are gluten free but they are not
One downside is the menu is not well marked for GF so you need a knowledgeable server.
GF desserts too.

Gave me gluten-full dish, server was ignorant but apologetic. Ordered shrimp tacos, altered to be on corn tortillas. Waiter correctly repeated my order back to me right after ordering and when he handed me a dish. (I was with a group and our dishes were ordered at the same time, but came out in small waves, and which certainly did not help. I had never been here before and trusted him to be able to tell dished apart. He handed me a plate of breaded, deep fried cauliflower tacos on flour tortillas. I took a bite, immediately knew something was wrong, and began looking around for our waiter. It took another waiter to come over with my correct dish for him to come back. (This all happened at my friend’s birthday party, and completely tainted the experience)
TL;DR- gave me wrong dish, waiter had no clue. Will not be going back.

As an employee I can tell you that they do offer GF options. However I know for a fact that there’s so much CC that goes on behind the scenes. If you are highly sensitive or have celiacs I would not recommend going.

Gluten free buns available. Delicious food!
The fryers are gluten contaminated. Do not eat here.

Almost everything on the menu is gluten free or has the option to be made gluten free. We had a party of 10 for my wife’s birthday (celiac) and were able to order a bunch of shareable apps and entrees that she was able to enjoy! I don’t know how this place isn’t already on Find Me GF, but it’s a gem! Lots of fun activities there too, and family friendly (although they do turn 21+ after 10pm).

I called to ask if they had a dedicated GF fryer which I had read they did. The man I spoke to on the phone said yes they did. We showed up. An EXTREMELY LIMITED menu. A few sandwiches, etc. The grilled chicken sandwich didn’t have a GFA next to it, and the waitress said that was bc of the bun, although other sandwiches with buns had GFA next to them. My celiac daughter got a grilled chicken with a GF bun and bacon (which she asked not to have) with green beans. It was ok. My dairy allergic son asked to flag his dairy allergy and asked for his hamburger not to come with cheese, but it came with cheese. Food was subpar. Next time we will eat somewhere else and come for drinks and games. Cleveland location.

I’ve had a hard time knowing if I got sick from here. Yesterday I ordered a GF sandwich & fries. I noticed the fries looked differently & appeared to maybe have some light breading so I called to ask. I was told the chef “didn’t know” if they were gluten free. I went in & spoke with the manager to let her know how reckless it is that the chef doesn’t know when numerous items are marked gluten free. Additionally, we are told they have a dedicated GF deep fryer for GF fries. I explained now they’ve contaminated their fryer. They were very nice, but I don’t feel she understood the severity of it all. I told her that the staff needs to make sure they notify anyone ordering GF items and that the deep fryer would need to be cleaned extensively. Imagine how many people would or may even have gotten sick.

I really wanted to like this place, because it has such a neat concept. Unfortunately, it took over 2 hours for food to come out, and when it did, it was lukewarm like it had sat in the pass for a while. We told them about our allergies (gluten/soy) and so we ordered 2 meals with that caveat (example: no garlic bread). After over 2 hours and the other meals coming out first (and the waitress not remembering who had the allergies and putting the wrong meals in front of people), that third meal came out with the bread sitting on top of it so we obviously couldn't eat it.
The waitress was nice when we saw her, but left us in the dark about the wait on the food, and with such an extreme wait including messing up our order so badly that one person didn't get fed at all, you'd think they would have done something...comp fries during the extra long wait, reduced price, or make sure our drinks were full at the very least. I sat for over an hour and a half just with ice in front of me.

So the food was good. We went there for brunch. Items that can be gluten free or are are marked. However I am also dairy intolerant. The servers tried but didn’t understand what had gluten or dairy in them. I should have taken that as a warning and changed my order or gone elsewhere but I didn’t and got sick after eating. Just beware when dining here with more serious intolerances.

Not sure if I got glutened, accidbelty had dairy (lactose intolerant), or the salmon wasn’t good but this definitely made me sick :/ I ordered gf marked items and not even the gf available items and still got sick. Just be careful and make sure to be vocal about your allergies! Food tasted good though!

Not safe for celiacs. Even though they mark “gluten-free friendly” items on the menu they specifically state that they can’t guarantee a gluten-free product. Super cool and fun spot though if you are fine just drinking water and hanging out. Stay away from dining though because there are better options in the close vicinity.

I always get nervous when I eat here because I am a very gluten sensitive individual unfortunately, but I have had the knockout burger 3+ times with there fries and have never gotten sick. They serve us in the same cast iron plates as everyone else and this worries me but it hasn’t been a problem. Their burger is amazing and it’s always so nice to be able to eat at a place down town that is fun to hangout with friends at. That is the only item I have ever had here. The servers are not very helpful when it is busy. The gluten free bun does not have sesame seeds on it, so if yours does send it back. I have had to multiple times but they are always fast to fix this issue.

My son has Celiac and this is located across from Fiserv. They have a ton of GF and GFA options across the menu. The waitress was extremely helpful and made sure that the kitchen knew, her manager knew and the bar knew we were gluten free/Celiac needs. Great experience- he didn’t get sick and it’s a fun venue!

Went here last night. When I spoke with the waitress about the "gluten-friendly" items on the menu and asked how they prevent cross-contamination in the kitchen, she told me "they don't. There is cross-contamination." I also asked if they have a dedicated fryer for GF items and she said "no, they're all fried in the same oil." Needless to say, I did not feel safe ordering food here. I did get a drink which was tasty, though.

Did all of the research before going and they checked all of the boxes. Our server was great and answered questions about gf. I double checked when I ordered fries and a sandwich that all was gf. Ended up being severely glutened. Worst reaction I’ve had in 10 years. Reached out to the restaurant 2 different ways to let them know what happened. No response.

I ordered the chicken soup and it was so salty no one at the table could eat it. Then I ordered the tacos and there was so much sauce you couldn’t taste the taco. It’s bar food, yes, but not good bar food. That said, I had those and French fries and didn’t get sick at all.

Great place, great for families and large groups. They have a ton of gluten free options on their menu, marked either with GF or GFA. I didn't ask if they have a gluten free prep area or dedicated fryers but their menu says that they can't 100% guarantee there isn't cross contamination but they try their best.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I was violently ill all night. I specifically told the waitress I needed gluten-free for an allergy. Yes I have celiac disease, but most people understand the word allergy more than celiac. Either the waitress, Kayla, didn’t relay my allergy to the chef, which the receipt doesn’t show a gluten-free note or the chef doesn’t understand gluten-free. Either way, their staff obviously needs more training. They have a responsibility if they are offering gluten-free options, to make sure that they keep those options gluten-free. I did speak to the Manager the next day and didn’t feel he was sincere in his apology and didn’t feel he would really use this as a learning experience for his staff.

I would not recommend anyone with any food allergies eat here. They marked flatbread as gluten free, fries (marked gf on menu) are in a shared fryer, no CC precautions. It would be a big risk to consume anything other than a bar drink here.

My absolute favorite. The food is excellent! Wings, fries, tacos, burgers. And I never get sick!
Yes
Staff was not knowledgeable and when I asked if the fries were safe and she said that they were not so I’m assuming they are not fried in a separate fryer in which case why label it as gluten free? If you’re eating gluten free by choice it could work but I would not recommend if you have celiac or any intolerance unless you want another salad.
No
Not celiac friendly. Nima sensor detected gluten.
No
I had a great experience at Punch Bowl Social and got to enjoy ‘bar food’ for the first time in years. It’s not a dedicated GF facility so there is a risk of cross contamination. I spoke to the chef prior to eating there (called in advance) and the chef said that they do take allergies/celiac disease very seriously and have protocols in place to do their best to avoid cross contamination. If you have celiac and visit this location, make sure to call in advance and also tell your server that you’re ordering gluten-free due to allergy.
The food here is excellent! They have a dedicated fryer and almost anything can be made gluten free. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have games, bowling, darts, and so many fun activities! Definitely would recommend coming here!
Yes
This place has one of the biggest gluten free menus I have ever seen. I ordered a burger and the gluten free bun didn’t taste gluten free at all. And the fries were so crispy and delicious. I didn’t even get slightly sick and I have celiac. Seriously amazing. And it’s fun. There’s bowling, ping pong, foosball, darts, karaoke, and board games. I would recommend to anyone with celiac. There’s also a huge amount of vegan and vegetarian options. There’s stuff for almost any dietary needs.
Yes
Not safe for celiac everything is in a shared fryer
No
Went through a lengthy process to make sure it would be a GF meal only to be glutened.
No
For years I have eaten at PBS, but recently each visit the options and service have been getting worse. They used to have a dedicated fryer, but that is no longer the case. All tortilla chips, fries, breakfast potatoes (standard breakfast) share a contaminated fryer. Despite many items being labeled gf in the menu, most are not celiac safe. Thankfully the manger and chef are aware of cross contamination concerns however the wait staff is not very knowledgeable. Last Sunday I went there for brunch and was made an non gluten free breakfast because the waitress forgot to log it into my order, despite stating my allergy multiple times. When my food arrived, I was very apprehensive of the bread (it looked too good to be gf) and asked the chef to confirm my meal was made gf. Thankfully I asked / trusted my senses and they completely remade my order. However when it came out, there were no potatoes ( just learned that visit that they are made the shared fryer) and ended up paying $10 for an egg, 2 pieces of bacon and toast (they did not offer to substitute the potato for a gf item).
TL:DR If you are Celiac and plan to eat here, do not trust the menu /wait staff, and make sure you speak with a manager about your food prior to ordering to confirm what can actually be made gluten free and if something has to be removed, what it can be replaced with so you don't pay full price for only half a meal.
No
I would be very careful eating here. The waitress put in my order gluten free for the crab Rangoon dip w/o wantons and sub corn chips. The kitchen staff brought it out and told me that wontons are gluten free (they are not gf) and they are fried in a gf separate fryer, and got mad when I questioned him. The waitress (amazing) came to the table, I checked with her and she said not this is not gluten free. She was wonderful talked to the chef and stopped my order. If you eat here please be careful.
No
I wish I could give this place zero Stars. They have a million "gluten-free options" but the last time I ate there I violently vomited all night, I have to eat straight up gluten for that to happen. Usually I end up with a really bad stomach ache and other GI stuff, I literally violently vomited after eating here.
A lot of options including gluten free bun and fries. The chef came out to talk to us, completely understood cross-contact and recommended against some things that were listed as gluten friendly on the menu due to our sensitivity. Burgers come out on skillets but due to absorption, our gluten free stuff came out on plates. Big burgers!

My girlfriend and I went here before a Braves game and we both got the Knockoff Burger and it was so delicious!! She said it was hands down the best gluten free bun she has ever eaten!! Most of their menu is gluten free and their rosemary fires were on point!
