They do have gluten free options. But don’t get the pasta. They overcook the pasta every time. At least they are consistent.

Do not trust this establishment. I ordered gluten free clerifing celiacs. The whole table was gf The meals came out and they were not gf pasta as i was cutting it up for my daughter it clicked that they stated the gf pasta was bowtie so i immediately stop cleaned up and asked the waiter. Indeed they messed up. So at this point we were frustrated and got it to go. I got home and began eating my meal well they probably picked the seafood out and put it in the new dish. Because as i was eating i realized linguine in my food so i immediately stopped and got it out of my stomach Do not eat here. U will get sick

Sat at the bar tonight and was so pleased to hear they have gluten free pasta cooked separately from the regular pasta. Will definitely be back soon!

They recently changed their gluten free pasta and it is extremely disappointing. The texture was horrible and I had a bad reaction after eating. Used to be a safe space for me to eat, would not recommended anymore.

Not so great experience trying to avoid gluten and dairy. GF pasta was over cooked and shrimp was over peppered. All I tasted was pepper. GF items clearly marked and staff was knowledgeable.

We there last night and husband has Celiac. He had the Italian salad, mashed potatoes and pork chops. Told the waiter he has celiac and called the waiter over again to confirm about being gluten free. He said no problem. Well an hour later my husband was in so much pain from the food. Something either had gluten in it or cross contamination. Food was great but won’t go back again.

They are not very careful about cross contamination. They also changed their GF pasta to a bow tie - they overcooked it to the point where it was mush. Awful.

This is one of our go-to restaurants because there are several gluten free choices, and they're clearly marked on the menu. The food is delicious. I always let my server know that I have Celiac and I have never been sick. I absolutely love their steaks, and the chicken dish with the mushrooms is also incredible. I can't remember the name of it, but it's marked on the menu.

I got gf pasta with alfredo sauce, was so good. I loved carrabbas before going gf and it’s so nice to know I can have a safe option here. They use different pans and pots for gf pasta and I would assume they could put any sauce on the gf noodles but ask first of course

We've gotten takeout from here a few times. Once they gave me the regular pasta instead of gluten free. We had to go back and wait all over again for the correct one.
The next time, I got the gluten free penne, but there was one regular spaghetti noodle mixed in. I didn't see it until we had already gotten home, and I had already eaten some. I have celiac, and it did not go well for me. We called, and they apologized and offered to remake it, but I had no reason to believe they were capable of doing so safely and that there wouldn't be further contamination (whether I could see it or not). That was about a year ago, and we never went back. It's just not worth the risk.

Went to Carrabba‘s for the first time and was happy to see they had a gluten-free menu. I ordered a gluten-free pasta and was so excited to try it, but what I got was different than what I ordered. I spoke to the waitress and ended up having to speak with the manager because nobody had any idea what gluten even was. They thought dairy was gluten. The manager apologized and said that they had had their training, but she didn’t remember anything about it. When I finally got what I had ordered and began enjoying the dish, I discovered a different kind of pasta, mixed in with mine. Since they only have one type of gluten-free pasta, it was obviously a regular pasta mixed in with mine. I will not be going back. If it would have been my niece, she would have been in the hospital with that type of negligent cross-contamination!

We go here almost weekly. They have really upped their game! Lots of gluten free options marked on the regular menu and they can sub gluten free pasta for most of the sauces. The chicken pollo rosa maria with mashed potatoes is my favorite! I tell the server I am Celiac and have gluten allergies and I have never gotten sick here. One word of caution is if you order a cappuccino, make sure you remind them no biscotti. Everything else was perfect every time! Go give it a try!

First time visiting Carrabba’s since going gluten free. GF items are marked on menu and there is a gluten free pasta substitute that you can ask the server about. Unfortunately I did not feel too safe with cross contamination. I asked the server how the GF pasta would be prepared and if anything is shared, and she said that it would be boiled in the same water used for the regular pasta but still assured that it is safe for me. I asked for it to be boiled in a separate pot, but I’m not sure if anything else was shared in preparation of the food.

My husband and I enjoy eating at Carrabba’s and have found it to be a safe place for me. I order steak (cooked on its own pan) with butter, salt and pepper, bowl of Mama Mandola’s Scilian Chicken Soup (no pasta) and their signature salad with no croutons, extra cheese and olives, yum! * It’s important to note: the pasta is added to the soup when they “plate” the dish and not cooked in the pot which makes it gluten free! * Additionally, I’m incredibly sensitive to cross contact so I always ask for my salad to be made with fresh ingredients not “on the line”. They have always been so great and supportive! *allergens: gluten, mushrooms, honey, coconut and all nuts.

I've eaten here many times and feel safe enough.
I always ask for Shavon as our server. Shavon is one of the best servers anywhere! She's worked at this Carrabbas since it opened maybe 14 years ago. She is very familiar with celiac disease and is on top of it for taking care of the customer. For example, when she rings in my food, she puts the "gluten free" note like 6 times! She will also bring us our soups herself as another precaution.
Recently they changed their type of gluten-free pasta here and it's a bowtie pasta that cooks much better than the previous pasta.
A side of alfredo sauce doesn't cost extra. I sometimes ask for this for my broccoli.

Just ate here a few days ago. Very disappointed. When my plate arrived there was hardly any pasta on the plate. Maybe a quarter cup? Not cool when the entree is $24.99 for chicken. I should have said something but we waited so long for our food I didn’t want to hold up the rest of my party. They also changed the gf pasta to bowties. The other gf pasta was much better in my opinion. In addition, we watched the cook wash off the grill with pasta water. Ugh! Not sure I want to go back.

Carrabbas was one of my favorite places to eat before my celiac diagnosis. I was so excited to find out that many items on their menu are labeled gluten free. Even my favorite menu items! They did sub in gluten free pasta with their Alfredo for me and the pasta was over cooked and pasta sauce was incredibly bland BUT honestly I have never gone there for their pasta. I lean towards their steak and chicken dishes.

The waiter wasn’t the most informed. They tried to bring out the gluten noodles two times, before 5 minutes later bring out the gluten green noddles. When I questioned they told me it was fine. Before eating I looked through and found a gluten pasta noddle mixed into it. The manager was in the middle of showing the package to my husband when I found it. He reports that they have a separate pot for GF but I would heavily question next time.

Carrabbas has some GF items on the menu and they are good. I would like more pasta options in addition to just the one( Penne ). I buy any type of GF Pasta from “A Taste of Italy “ their pasta is the best I’ve tried. I’m looking forward to the day I can eat Veal Marsala with linguine or fettuccine pasta.

Service was great, but I found the server to be a bit nervous. New hire maybe? I informed him of my wheat allergy. I ordered the shrimp scampi. He asked if I wanted appetizer size. I said yes. The app size came with a handful of small shrimp surrounded by toasted slices of bread. I first asked where the pasta was (there was none) and was about to question why there was bread on my plate when the plate was quickly wisked away and I was asked, "I thought you wanted the appetizer. Maybe it's me, but I have served for many a number of years... I would have double checked that order, esp with a wheat allergy. Too much to worry about there.any celiacs have no clues as to the disease...being allergic will always let you know! Servers need to be more educated. I will go back, but I don't expect servers to know better!

Considering this is a chain, it was an amazing place. They were very careful, even though the rest of my family are gluten eaters, they kept everything separate. Ask and ye shall receive. The food was soooo good and we all had enough for leftovers!
Went back several times and I have never been sick. The chicken soup (without noodles) is the bomb. Like I order it take-out when I’m sick. Just like grandma used to make, but they don’t add any noodles until they are about to serve it, so the soup is prepared gluten-free.
