They are careful with gluten free options. I’ve been eating there for a while now and I have not had any cross contamination. All gluten free items are marked on the menu.

NO GF BREAD. Had 1 soup that was gf. No gf bread, said they’ve been out for a while even though it says gluten free options on the board. Would give 0 stars

When ordering, we were told that they were out of gluten free bread. I asked when they would have more because my 18 year old celiac was looking forward to a good grilled cheese and tomato soup. The guy in charge (their manager maybe, he didn't offer that title, but was aware of their delivery schedule) told me he was absolutely certain that their rye bread was gluten free.

I (too nicely, probably) let him know that wheat, barley, and rye all contain gluten and there is no way his rye bread is gluten free. Had we been new to celiac disease, we might have believed him. I will be emailing their corporate office to let them know more education is necessary. Tread caredully here. I now do not trust their gluten free grill...

I have celiac & went for lunch today. They had a new employee make my sandwich which I was okay with as they too need to learn at some point. The manager watched and help when needed. This was my second visit and what I witnessed today confirmed my trust in them at the Kennesaw location. The employee went to reach for something outside of the designated GF area, the other employee noticed before he could touch anything and cross contaminated... he explained to him why and to immediately change his gloves. I really appreciated that & the explanation to the new employee of why! I will be back

I had a grilled cheese with cheddar cheese and gluten free bread and classic tomato soup. Dedicated gluten free grill and staff gave me an allergy menu when I asked! Just be aware as not all cheeses are gluten free.

They were very informed, Gluten Free made on a separate grill and made sure there were no croutons on my tomato soup. Websites lists out everything that has Gluten in it, and what is automatically GF!

They have gf bread and always ask if it’s an allergy so they can cook it on a separate grill. They also know which soups are gf. Kind of a long wait and expensive but worth it

One of my favorite places to eat in Kennesaw. They have gluten free bread, fries and soup. What more could you ask for?? Separate prep area also.

My friend and I had lunch there after having a discussion with the staff about our gluten free needs. We were both excited to try this place and the food was delicious. With that being said, we both ended up being glutened, severely. My migraine was the worst it has ever been and my friend’s rash and GI symptoms have been a nightmare. It’s such a shame that this happened to us and we lost a gluten free dining option.

Both my friend and I ordered GF and let them know to please use “allergy precautions” and that we both have celiac.

We both got glutened, severely. My DH rash is going crazy, as well as severe digestive upset. My friend’s migraines that are celiac related have flared up severely as well as her other symptoms.

I got very sick after eating here. I had no knowledge that they cleaned at all between mine and my friends order. I also prefer when my food comes with a sign or flag so that I am certain my food was ACTUALLY gluten-free. I was very disappointed.

I had a delicious gluten free grilled cheese but of even more importance to me they have gluten free tomato soup, something I struggle to find anywhere else! They took care in making sure that my sandwich was prepared in a gluten free space and everyone seemed to be really understanding.

This was our GO TO place for food we knew would be Gluten Free and not cross contaminated. We've been going here regularly for over three years. Sadly, as of 12-17-2018 the Granville location closed.

Thanks the Chris, Rachel, Steven, Jeremy, and everyone else for making us feel safe and at home while dining here. You will be greatly missed.

I have been here a few times now and have been pleased with the food and service. Each time I have told the staff that I have Celiac, and they make sure to put a note on my order so it gets prepared in a separate area of the kitchen. I have had no issues with contamination and definitely enjoyed my meal! Who knew grilled cheese could be exciting again.

The person who took my order seemed a bit unsure when I ordered a GF sandwich, but when the cook saw the order she asked if it was preference or allergy. She instructed the cashier, who I believe was probably new, that he had to ask & put allergy in the order so she would know to clean everything. She told me my order would take a bit longer because she had to clean her work area first. The sandwich was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Would definitely go back.

I have celiac and ate here twice without issues but the third time I got sick from the American cheese. I was under the impression all cheeses were gf, that was not the case and I was not informed otherwise. So be sure to check Tom + Chee’s allergy menu online first!!! But great food the mozzarella and creamy tomato basil is my favorite :)

Have been here 3 or 4 times and the staff each time is great. Affordable and delicious food. Haven't gotten sick. I get a grilled chicken cheese sandwich with lots of fresh veggies on gluten free bread. The tomato soup is gluten free also. Really like this place!

Excellent lunch, dedicated gf griddle, and staff is knowledgeable about what cheeses and other items are certified gluten free. I come here every time I’m in the area. My only complaint is they used to make their own gluten free bread but now they use a commercial bread, but I understand that it’s much easier to use a prepackaged product. I recommend the pesto turkey grilled cheese and creamy tomato basil soup

I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because we have eaten at other Tom + Chee and were very impressed. Today, however, not only did all 3 celiacs in my house get very sick but I was very upset at how I was treated. The general staff seemed confused and uninformed. Not what I am used to here. Also the manager gave me a ton of attitude when I asked him to change his gloves. Kept glaring at me. So, I started watching the kitchen. It was then I noticed most of them aren't even wearing gloves. So...I would not eat at this particular location if cross contamination is an issue.

Celiac safe options!!! Quick, easy, and extremely tasty! Was able to confidently eat hear 3 times during my trip. Really appreciated the staff's knowledge and help with questions and they knew thier stuff when it came to cross contamination. Very sensitive and did not get sick!

They have a separate area where they prepare the gluten-free food; use separate butter and utensils, and change gloves. They explained the cheeses I should avoid (American, Gouda, and goat cheese). I felt heard and well taken care of.

Kitchen manager explained to me how they mark the order as “allergy,” which cues one person to handle your order. They have a dedicated grill for GF sandwiches marked “allergy.” She even advised me the American cheese has gluten, and steered me to the Wisconsin Cheddar. I haven’t had grilled cheese since diagnosed 9 months ago. It was SO good!!! And no cross-contamination. I left great the rest of the day.
