Gluten free menu! Their buns are GF DF and EF and I had the chicken sandwich and it was so good. Great drinks too! And a patio. Definitely recommend!

I did a Togo order and the host told me they triple checked my food which I really appreciated. I had no issues with the food from there. And they do have a GF menu.

Got a beyond burger on a gluten free bun. The burger was really crispy and the bun was pretty good. They even asked me if I was a preference or an allergy. They brought my fries out on a separate tray - guessing they might have used a separate fryer for them.

I had the Sesame shrimp noodles, which is on the gluten free menu and it was great! I did have any issues afterward though I was a little surprised I didn’t. I also ordered a beer not realizing it was a “gluten removed” not gluten free, so be mindful.
Also, I’d recommend looking at the online gluten free menu since that lists all of the substitutions and the physical menu doesn’t.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I asked for a gf menu. Identified myself as celiac. Repeated the need for my salad to be gf, for medical reasons. My salad was delivered full of croutons.

Although they have a separate Gluten Sensitive menu and they were very nice, this place isn’t celiac friendly in my opinion. I ordered the filet bc I thought it could be easily prepared without cross contact. Thankfully my Nima Sensor took the first “bite” for me. Gluten was detected. No meal for me but at least I won’t spend my trip sick from consuming gluten.

Got glutened! Went here for lunch yesterday. Specifically requested gluten free menu, made the server aware of the gluten allergy. Half-way through my grilled chicken salad, I tasted something fried. Dug through the salad and saw what looked like fry basket/chicken tender remnants in my salad. Had to use my rescue inhaler twice, before leaving the restaurant and head straight home before the migraine hit. Do NOT recommend!

I ordered a chicken sandwich on GF bun and it came with a salad. The waitress knew I was GF, however the salad that came out with my sandwich and had croutons on it. I was a bit nervous after that. They fixed the problem quickly and the food was good, just be cautious. I’m not sure they have a full understanding of GF.

Surprisingly good food and excellent service. I had the steak tacos and a side of plain rice (I don’t remember what it was called). The rice was overcooked and not seasoned but I ended up taking the beef out of the corn tortillas and eating it with the rice. It was pretty good that way. There were a lot of menu options and gluten free buns available

After a discussion about GF and how important it is I received a salad with crouton pieces in it (seemed like they forgot it was GF and put them on them picked the big pieces out). That is terrifying and I would not trust this place again.

I’ve eaten here 3 times and I’ve only gotten the burgers. I get whatever burgers they can adjust to be gf with a side of veggies (pepperjack is so good!) The lettuce wraps they use on the burgers don’t get mushy and stay crisp the whole way through the burger. This is not the average Five Guys lettuce wrap experience lol

They do not take GF allergy seriously and lie to their customers. They put croutons on my husband’s salad after we nicely explained that he couldn’t have them and why. Then when she said she would take them off I explained that it had to be completely remade because of crumbs. I apologized and was so nice but she simply took them off anyway. We know because very quickly my husband became sick and sure enough we found crumbs under some of the salad. He was sick for the entire weekend. They do not care. AVOID

We had a great experience at this restaurant for my daughter. The chef came out to talk to us, ensured he would use clean cooking surface and utensils and said “we will do everything we can to keep her safe”. She had a burger with a GF bun and mashed potato’s which she really enjoyed!

Have a gluten sensitive menu. Went through normal gluten-free safety conversation with our server. I had the carnitas tacos with rice and beans and it was delicious. Hubby and I also shared the queso and it came with cucumber, celery and carrots for dipping since their chips are not in a dedicated fryer. Bartender was helping in finding a gf margarita. Good experience and food was great.

They have a “gluten sensitive” menu on-line. I ordered a sandwich with a gf bun (no gf bread). They toasted the bun, which clearly ended up cross contaminating my lunch, so I got sick. But the staff was really friendly, just not really knowledgeable about gf options.

While it wasn’t the most Celiac friendly place, they did have GF options. They have a “gluten sensitive” menu and definitely share that cross-contamination is a high risk. I was able to have a Cobb salad that is already gluten free but made sure to alert the waiter of my allergy

There was a separate menu that said what could be made gluten free with an adequate amount of options. I had a salad with shrimp and after I ordered, the chef came to my table and explained the numerous precautions they would take to avoid cross contamination. Including changing gloves, cutlery and cutting boards and using a grill dedicated to GF food and alerting his kitchen staff to be extra careful. It was not expected and the first time I have experienced anything like this. I was seriously impressed. Food was great. No problems.

Overall, pretty good place for gluten sensitive (maybe not celiacs). Cross contamination is a possible factor when super busy. Besides that, there’s a fair amount of GF selection along with a dedicated menu. The Tomato Bisque was delicious as was the Chicken Cobb. Dedicated GF menu!

Their burgers/sandwiches are so delicious! I would give them a 5-star, but the staff just isn’t knowledgeable about gluten allergies at all. They told me that the onions on the burger weren’t battered (but they were). But the chef was nice enough to come up to me and tell me that the GF buns are smaller than the regular ones, and asked if I “still wanted it”. I wanted to tell him I didn’t have a choice lol, but didn’t wanna be rude... But I was impressed that he put the extra meat on the side, because the GF buns were smaller so they didn’t hold the same amount of meat that the regular ones did. Again, I would give them 5 stars for delicious food and friendly staff, but they’re just not knowledgeable about gluten allergies so u just gotta be careful there.

I go here every once and awhile but usually just for the drinks. The gluten free food isn’t that great and the staff is not knowledgeable of gluten free options. One time I went I got the tortilla soup as usual and the waitress went to the chef to ask if it’s gluten free. When she came back she said it wasn’t, and I told her I got it the last time, it’s on the gluten free menu, and it was confirmed gluten free (since I’ve ordered it before lol). She said they don’t have a gluten free menu and I said they did online. I don’t know how you can work somewhere and not know what type of menus you have but it’s fine. She also asked if I wanted the tortilla chips on the soup after she went back to confirm the second time despite her telling me the chips were not gluten free. Overall don’t go for the food, but the drinks are good.

I have celiac. I asked for a gluten free menu and told the server I had Celiac. He made a note on my order and i asked him to ask the kitchen to be as careful as they could be. The General Manager came out to introduce himself and double check my order. I had a salad, cheeseburger on a GF bun and mashed potatoes. We ate about three hours ago and I feel fine. I appreciate the attention to detail to ensure we had a good meal. The GM said he would ask the staff to change their gloves, clean surfaces and utensils before they prepared my meal.

Today was our first time eating GF at Yard House. The server was very nice and seemed informed about the menu and GF options which can be viewed on the digital menu on the table (or on their website which we had already accessed by cell phone as it was more detailed). My daughter who has celiac wanted the edamame but they were out so the server suggested the spinach dip with carrots, celery and cucumber slices as a substitute. We did order that and my daughter liked it. She also ordered a cheeseburger on a GF bun, no tomato, and a side of fruit instead of fries as they don't have a dedicated fryer. When the order came there were fries on the plate instead of fruit and there was a tomato on the burger. It made my daughter nervous that they had brought the wrong order. We double checked twice that the bun was GF and the hostess who brought the food said for sure it was but she had no idea what I was talking about when I said the fries were supposed to be fruit because there isn't a dedicated fryer, right??? She said she didn't know. She was very nice and offered to remake the burger but we declined and just took the tomato off. She took the fries off the plate (luckily they were in their own basket) and brought a side of fruit. My daughter ate the burger but wasn't impressed. She said she likes Red Robin much better and their fries are safe (Sierra Vista mall location). About 5 minutes after we left the restaurant my daughter started to feel sick. Definite cross contamination problem here.

When I questioned the waitress about gluten free items she immediately (courteously) opened their gluten sensitive menu on the table electronic screen. The waitress seemed well aware of gluten concerns. There were plenty of menu items offered there.
I had one of their burgers on a gluten free bun with baked potato. I questioned the table runner if the burger bun was gluten free and he replied yes immediately.
Food was very good and I was very pleased with the food I was served.

The waitress was a little unsure at first but once we started talking she knew what was up and anything she didn't, she asked the kitchen. I confirmed my burger was gf when it was brought out by someone else as well. Good food, they were out of gf beer which was a bummer but was able to get me an amazing sangria. Had to substitute the fries which is fine. Overall I'll go back, but if you offer a gluten friendly menu, your wait staff should be more on top of it at the beginning which is why I gave 4 instead of 5
