To update the place is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. However it's a small kitchen and doesn't have a designated fry cooking oil. I was quickly informed it could bea contamination source overall seems nice.

Only good if you like paying $9 for a plain meat patty. I came here based on another review and was told they have no idea why this was posted and they’ve never had a dedicated fryer. Bummer, guess we will hit CFA for fries! Also we told them we had a garlic/onion allergy and then I found out there was garlic and onion on the meat. Thankfully I found out before eating it. Avoid this place (for allergies) at all cost

Great at accommodating GF but have them check that they have all the ingredients in stock. I kept having to modify after I'd ordered because they were out of ingredients.

They do NOT fry their French fries in a Dedicated fryer. One of the employees said just to fry the fries for a shorter amount of time and then that would make them gluten-free. Did not make sense to me I am celiac And not willing to take that chance.

Had an angus burger on GF bun with fries. Burger was good, gluten-free fries were amazing. Bun crumbled a little because I don’t think the could toast it and keep it GF, but it wasn’t too bad. My traveling companion (not gluten intolerant) had an angus burger on the potato bun and said it was beyond awesome. The general manager was there and was extremely attentive to everything going on in the store.

Restaurant was dead when we arrived, should have been our first clue. Gluten free bun in the menu and when asked fries are the only thing in the fryer. But when we received the GF burger the bun had seeds, but the photo of the gluten free bun on the menu was a smooth bun. Burgers were sloppily wrapped and my burger was touching my husband's wheat bun.... I didn't chance it and my non GF husband ate my burger too.

So they gf bun is a beautiful, fluff ball but it can hold up to the meat ! If you let them know you have restrictions they will help you.

I got the classic cheeseburger and the fries. The bun was very crumbly and not toasted, the fries also were not crunchy. The waiters were fast and Knowledgeable. The other chain we went to was much better.

Delicious food but not safe for celiacs. We told them my wife has celiac and saw them change gloves and they told us they have a dedicated fryer but my wife still got sick. I wonder if they get crumbs on the line and don’t clean it well - or if crumbs just get mixed in with the toppings. It’s a bummer because it was really good food with lots of GF/DF options

This place is not gluten free if the meat and fries are not gluten free. Having gluten free bread only is useless to a person who needs their food to be gluten free!

NOT SAFE! The cashier assured me that they take proper precautions, but I ended up having a VERY severe reaction. I was told the fries were in a separate fryer, but it does not appear to be the case. Very bad for celiacs!

Had a great experience here! I did the build your own burger with the gluten free bun, and it is one of the softest, most “real” tasting buns I’ve had. I got the sweet potato fries as well and they were also amazing. We will be back!

They tried, but I'm pretty sure my daughter with Celiac Disease got glutened. She was dizzy, super tired and had a headache a few hours after she had a burger there. We won't try again.

Have been a fan of Mooyah, and sometimes go out of my way to stop at one, because they have good GF buns and a dedicated fryer for the fries.
Was told for the first time today that they don’t use a dedicated fryer at this location.
Hope that doesn’t become standard practice at all locations - would be a shame to lose a favorite burger place.

A gluten free menu does exist, and most of the burgers can be made gluten free. They do not call themselves a gluten free establishment, and they do warn that cross-contamination can happen, but to let them know ahead of time. I ordered a plain bacon burger with a gluten free bun - it was soft and delicious!

Went here after reading reviews and doing our research. Our teen son ordered his burger and they gave him a gluten bun. I would never recommend this place to anyone with celiac. We are now running all over to find a med to counteract his discomfort to come for our long ride home from our vacation tomorrow. Beyond disappointed!!!!

Winter Park FL location. Can I give zero stars? First this location doesn’t have the gluten free menu that is attached to the mooyah review here in find me GF. “The GF” burger is not on their menu. Staff was NOT knowledgeable about Gf. When asked they said they had no GF menu, they only had a Gf bun or lettuce. They do not have a dedicated fryer so no French fries. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Cashier was very knowledgeable and super nice, so were the cooks. They cook the fries, Regular and sweet potato, in its own fryer. The burger and bun is cooked on foil. It took 10 minutes for my order cause they were busy, but that's always a good sign.

Had a really good burger on a GF bun. No GF menu, but they have a comprehensive allergen info on their website that even highlights cross contamination risks.
They use a separate fryer basket for fries, but the oil is shared with other fried foods, so we didn’t risk it with the fries.

The staff at this particular MooYah were extremely knowledgable of gluten allergies and celiac disease. The grill is open to see so that helped some anxiousness to see my burger on a grill specifically for burgers and fries in a fryer with only fries. I went here twice on my vacation because it was delicious and safe!

Not celiac safe. Specifically asked for an allergan related gluten free order and they said they had a protocol to change gloves. Cheeseburger with a GF bun did not pass Nima test. Neither did the chocolate shake. Both indicated gluten found. They do not have a dedicated fryer so did not order fries.
