Dropped in right at lunch and informed them I was celiac. They used new gloves and picked goods from the original container versus the open bar. They were very respectful of my needs!

Staff was very careful with putting together my salad bowl. Changed gloves and kept the bowl all the way down the line vs passing it to the other staff.

Made to order delicious salads - you pick the ingredients.
Most ingredients are GF to begin with except the obvious ones, and there is an allergen info document on their corporate website. The only pitfall is that the last staff member in the assembly line puts huge croutons on the salads of those who ask for them, so if you're not on the ball he'll start handling your salad with gloves contaminated by prior customers' croutons. Be advised.

Ingredients are labeled if gluten free. The bread and croutons are in a separate area at the end of the line. All salads are mixed in their own bowls

The staff member at the front seemed a little unsure so immediately grabbed someone else who was confident it their allergen protocol. They immediately changed gloves and pulled some ingredients directly from fresh containers under the counter. In other cases, since I had the allergen list pulled up on the app, asked me if the surrounding ingredients already on the line had gluten in case something fell into them. Tasty, nutrtious, and easy. This location also allows ordering ahead through the app and provides a place to note allergy needs. It is also only 0.3 miles from the convention center, which doesn't allow outside food, so could be a good option for attendees.

Loved it! All of the gluten-free toppings are at the front of the line, so avoiding cross contamination was easy. They use a clean bowl and tongs to mix each salad.

Not all staff are trained properly to handle gluten free. The person who prepped my salad was irritated by my needs and was just plain rude. I thanked her for helping me but I guess she didn’t like I caused her extra work. She didn’t bother to tell the bread person at the end this was for an allergy and so I had to tell him to please not refill the bread box next to my bowl. He apologized and said no one told him. I’ve had better experiences at other locations. Food was delicious but they really need to work on training.

It’s telling that the only person giving this place five stars is not a celiac. I am and I was glutened at this restaurant. There is only one employee willing to take the precautions when it is not busy.

Went here for a nice lunch; everything is labeled GF and other filters as well. Made my choices super easy. Each container has its on spoons/tongs and the staff was helpful.

Tell them that you have an allergy and they will change gloves. Only one person will make your salad instead of passing it down the line. Tongues, ladles, and other utensils are kept segregated to avoid cross contamination and everything is labeled well for gluten such as the dressings.

Amazing experience! Once we told them we were celiac, they changed gloves all down the line and grabbed all food from under the counter. I can’t say enough good things!!

This is a salad bar and that’s it. But what a salad bar it is. Fresh ingredients. An abundance of options. Items on the bar are marked GF and everything has its own utensil grabber. The employees make your salad, you just walk down the bar and let them know what you want.

Delicious, quick lunch. Portions were great. Line server immediately washed hands and changed gloves when I said I had a gluten allergy and then she took me all the way down the line of choices. Options were clearly marked GF on the front board and manager explained they have a dedicated prep area and utensils for gluten items so there was very little chance of cross contamination. Will definitely be back!

They are certified Gluten free, let them know when you walk into the door. They make every effort to make sure you are not cross contaminated. New comment...the workers on this day 8/5/20 did not change their gloves and was grabbing the items with their hands instead of using the spoons in the bowls. Talked to the manager on duty, she didn't act to concerned. Not thinking I will be back š

I told each employee that I needed gluten free and they point to the ingredients list. I had one employee use the same thongs to get pita chips for a customer and then toss my salad. The employees do not understand celiac at all.
No
I ate here, only GF items, and reacted.

The staff immediately washed hands and changed gloves when they heard i was celiacs. She also pulled from untouched bags for lettuce. She asked questions of her manager when she had them. I was treated so well and the salad was yummy āŗ I will go back!!
Yes
Not celiac friendly, the servers(?) have extremely varying knowledge of what gluten even is and they take almost all the ingredients with their hands, so they touch something with gluten and could come back up the line and touch the lettuce or whatever.
No
Staff was so knowledgeable and so kind! They served me out of all new containers underneath the counter and would have any ingredient that wasn’t prepped underneath brought out from the back. A sigh of relief going somewhere like this knowing you won’t get sick.

I love to eat here, even though it is salad - Celiac standard safe food.
Yes
They changed their gloves and one person made my salad all the way down the line, grabbing toppings from the cooler, not the top to avoid cross contamination. Everything is labeled well and the bread/croutons are only at the very end of the line.
Yes
The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They knew what Celiac Disease was and were sure to build my salad in a separate area. I recommend ordering online, because they read the notes and take this stuff seriously. This is my new go-to restaurant for traveling.
Yes
This is basically a fancy subway like salad bar. They are “certified gluten-free sensitive”. I’m not sure what this certification means exactly but they did seem to know what they were doing when it comes to cross contamination. If you tell them you have a gluten allergy they are instructed to get a new server with clean hands and clean gloves. They will walk you down the aisle and open all new salad components for you. All of their salad dressings are gluten-free and made a gluten-free facility in Houston. All of the salad components are chopped on separate cutting boards with clean knives. The bread and pita chips are made in a separate kitchen away from the salad
Yes
Their salads are amazing and everything is labeled gf very well! The staff is nice and will accommodate you.

In the basement food court of a corporate building. Salad GF options are good, but it’s a food court type of setting.
Awesome! Everything is well-marked, they change their gloves and stay with you as you go through the line and they get fresh ingredients that haven’t been on the bar to eliminate cross contamination. Would definitely eat here again!
Yes
I’m sorry I just had to balance out their rating! This is Find Me Gluten Free... not find me Vegan. It’s important for those w Celiac to have reliable ratings on here. Of course the bread is not gluten free. But there are endless salad/vegetable, fruit, dressing, and protein options that are.
Build your own salad. Most dressings are GF. Many choices.
Yes
I told them I was gluten free (celiac) and they washed their hands and got new gloves. They were very cautious and got items under the counter that could not possibly be contaminated.
Yes
Great food and knowledgable staff! I have eaten here several times and have never gotten sick!
Yes
While the concept of this place is cool and the salad was delicious, I got horribly glutened here. It’s sad as they could so easily avoid cross contamination if they had separate spoons/tongs for every ingredient instead of using their hands with the same gloves that touch croutons at the end of the line and go back to the beginning and contaminate everything. While they did change their gloves for me, it made no difference as like I mentioned before, things were cross contaminated. If you don’t have celiac, or a severe gluten sensitivity I think you may be ok, but if you’re celiac or have a severe intolerance stay FAR away from here.
No
If you inform of allergy they take each item from the fridge instead of salad bar
Yes
Awrsome allergy menu. Everything is labeled right in front of you, so im not sure why these negative reviews exist. Delicious, fresh food!
The staff was awesome about my allergies (gluten and dairy)! They changed their gloves and got fresh ingredients so no cross contamination! Dressings are labeled so you know what’s safe.
Yes
It’s a very nice place and everything is labeled which is convenient. There is a variety of soup and salad options which are gluten free or vegan and staff is knowledgeable. I’ll come here again because it’s healthy and safe option

Go here to eat safely if you are Celiac! Super salads in regular or large size bowl, delicious salad dressings, choice of 3 tasty soups (broccoli cheese is my fav!), meat, shrimp or salmon choices, you will be full when you leave! Just DO NOT eat the croutons or any of the bread of course. Eat in or out (but it is way too hot in Houston summers during the day!). I have NEVER been glutened here.
Yes
Gluten free soup and salad. Gets 4 stars because it is a buffet style and there is a small risk of cross contamination with bread crumbs and such. You guys have to keep an eye on your bowl.
Yes
Amazing Place! loved the soup As well!!!

The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and needed no explanation other than, I have a gluten allergy. The food was delicious, I had a small salad which was plenty. There were lots of veggie options, toppings and dressings, all GF. The chicken and salmon were GF. Great place.
