They always ask if it’s an allergy or preference. I say allergy they change gloves. They use special pans and special cutters as well. They do their best to not cross contaminate. The items are very clearly marked GF and so many options are GF. The younger boys didn’t know what sauces were safe and didn’t offer help but I looked it up quickly online at the allergy information and found almost all are but two.

They will get ingredients from the back and have udi's crust or no dough. Online they have a list of gfree items. I never order online because online you cannot ask for fresh ingredients. Shared oven. But out of 20 times eating there I got sick 1 time. I can't remember if I forgot to remind them of different gloves ? But they usually do it on their own.

I was very worried about how I would be cared for when I told the gentleman behind the counter I was celiac. He immediately changed his gloves, washed his hands and took my pizza down the line. Reaching for cheese at the back of the cheese bin - cheese that hadn’t been touched yet, pulling our new bins of meat and pineapple, using tongs reaching for the back areas of the bins. I felt very well taken care of. The pizza is delicious.

Horrible service. Asked to make pizzas in back to avoid cross contamination. Girl threw pizza on pan and rolled her eyes. Other server was trying to direct team to follow instructions because of allergy, but they gave up because it was “too messy” to make pizzas in back- so they came back out and made them on the line without asking. Had to eat somewhere else. Will not be back.

They have wonderful gluten free pizza. Great and accompanying service, if you inform them of an allergy they'll switch gloves and also have separate areas where gluten free ingredients are held. Good variety of ingredients, cheeses, and sauces and other toppings.

The cauliflower crust is kinda wet and soggy. It's an option. They charged $3 extra for cauliflower crust on top of the $13 for a pizza. The kids are really friendly and the atmosphere is great! The lighting! The music!

I told them that I found them from a gluten free app and that I had Celiac disease and the staff immediately changed gloves and offered to make my pizza in a separate safe area. The pizza was very good, the staff was polite, and best of all... I did NOT get sick!! đ

We were interested to try this place based off the reviews. We asked for a gf crust and asked if they could use new toppings to avoid cc for our daughter with celiac. The man changes his gloves and grabbed a fresh spoon for the sauce. When he went to dip it in the sauce, I asked if he could use fresh sauce. He told me no but that it was a fresh spoon. He moved to the cheese and started to reach in the bin of cheese that was just about gone. I asked him to please use fresh cheese. The manager overheard and came over and took over using fresh ingredients for her whole pizza. I’ve been worried about the sauce because they do use the back of the spoon to spread it around, but other than that, they did a nice job. My daughter said it was the best gf pizza she’s ever had. (She does have a supplement she can take and did take to help avoid any effects from cc). If you go, I would recommend dealing entirely with a manager. My safety rating was based off our experience with the first employee.

They have gf crust as well as cauliflower crust. And it’s delicious. My husband is vegan and they are able to accommodate that as well with their vegan cheese and substitute meats.

I told them I had Celiac disease and they took my pizza into the back to make it with fresh ingredients so there was no risk of cross contamination from the toppings on the toppings bar. They also had vegan cheese as I am also lactose intolerant. They were very accommodating and made sure to take extra care in the preparation of my pizza.

GF, but not Celiac safe. Use same ladles for sauce for GF and regular pizza. Even when tell allergy not careful about cross contamination. Spouse ate GF pizza and said it was pretty good- I wouldn’t touch it way to risky!

The crustless pizza is a mess you eat with a fork. Get the gluten free crust it's fairly good not great but a whole lot better than the crustless mess!

Gluten free crust available and vegan cheese. Staff was great changing gloves when making. Very little vegan cheese gets put on and the gf crust isn’t that big, only one size option but tasty still.

Safe experience with my wife who has celiac disease. When you order GF crust, they clarify if there is an allergy. They have solid procedures and staff all seemed well trained.

Great experience here! Yummy pizza, very celiac friendly. Associates were educated on gf and did not have to be asked to change gloves. They even had special pans dedicated gf.

I’ve eaten here several times now and have never once had a bad reaction. Gluten free crust is available and all ingredients and sauces are marked as gluten free or not. Makes the ordering process very easy and workers always change gloves when prepping. Great taste, no complaints! For sure one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve had.

Fabulous pizza! The line staff are trained in allergy protocols, but specify you have a "severe allergy" or "celiac disease" and they will prepare your order in the back from uncontaminated toppings in the kitchen. They have dedicated baking pans, as well as different cutting and serving utensils.
This establishment uses a super hot oven and most pizzas are ready in 180 seconds. đ

I ordered a gluten free crust with two toppings. He asked if it was for a food allergy, I told him yes. I have celiac. He changed his gloves and went to the back to get the gf crust. He asked which sauce and used the same sauce that he had just used on my husband's pizza. Cheese was empty so he goes into the back to get new cheese, then dumps it in the empty bin he had been using that day. Cross contamination is a real thing. I got sick needless to say. I also won't be going back. My husband on the other hand loved his pizza but he doesn't have food allergies.

I went with my family and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t knowledgeable at all about cross contamination in general, much less for gluten. I ended up ordering a salad and I was still SO SICK afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with celiac to go here.

Best gluten-free pizza I’ve found in Greenville!! Wish they would open a Simpsonville store.
The crust is amazing!! Friendly staff and knowledgeable about gluten allergies. I cant wait to go again.
Yes
Not worth it! I went here once and somehow didnt get sick even though they used the same spoon to spread sauce on the regular pizza before mine as my gf one, but the risk is just too high. Also it wasnt great. Super thin crust, kinda doughy, not flavorful. Even Donatos is better.
No
Asked for separate sauce and a gluten free crust. Also their dipping sauces are clearly marked. Did not get sick!
They offer a GF crust on the menu. We let them know our son has celiac and they all changed gloves, got new utensils, used pans dedicated to the GF pizza crust and knew just what to do to keep him safe. My son loved the pizza and best of all he didn’t get sick.
Yes
The staff was very accommodating. Everyone changed gloves and they used ingredients from the fridge that had not been touched. I will for sure be going back!!
Yes
Gluten free and dairy free crust. Staff well informed. They have separate cooking plate, use separate ladel for sauce, separate pizza cutter, and change gloves. Staff also very nice. Ate here several times. Highly recommend.
Yes
Ordered a gf crust with pepperoni topping. Appeared to be handled safely while placing sauce, cheese, & toppings, but was sick later, likely due to cross contamination in the oven.
No
I love this pizza restaurant! The gluten free pizza crust is an additional cost but the taste is awesome. All toppings are marked for gluten free so it's easy to tell which ones are and those that are not. They change their gloves for gluten free and use special pizza cutters. They also use a clean ladle to spread the sauce; however they do dip the sauce out of the same container for all pizzas. This might be an issue if you are very sensitive. I think the pizza crust and salads are the only dishes that are gluten free - no gf options for bread sticks pepperoni sticks or deserts. But that's fine with me because I only want their pizza!
Yes
Great pizza and very accommodating. They can use all new ingredients if requested and mark it for an allergy. All the sauces (excellent!) are marked if they are gluten free and all but one is. Make sure they use a fresh cutter when it comes out of the oven. They've been good about it, but I worry that the message from the person taking your order makes it to the person taking it out of the oven. You can see everything going on so it makes me feel very safe. Highly recommended.
Yes
this location of Rapid Fire Pizza is excellent about treating people with a gluten allergy. They always change gloves wash their hands and announced they have a gluten-free coming through the oven. The person who takes the pizzas out of the oven uses a separate utensil and a separate cutter. They're also very nice and gracious about it. I do have to ask them to use separate sauce from what is on the line. I usually ask them to use a squirt bottle of sauce so that the sauce is not cross contaminated. But they're very very nice about doing it. I love eating here

Very good pizza and wonderful service

This place was awesome! It’s normally next to impossible to feed pizza to my gluten and dairy free family, but this place had gluten free crusts and actually good-tasting vegan cheese!! Lots of toppings to choose from and totally affordable. Would absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back.
Udi’s gf pizza crust available
The staff asked if the gf crust was preference or allergy. He wore fresh gloves, pulled the paper liner and the crust out from a different spot then the other pizzas. He used a fresh ladle for the sauce, but he put it in the same sauce as the other pizza sauce/ladle. The other toppings all used the same serving utensils as every other pizza. Crust was not as crispy/ well done as the non gf one (from my previous gluten eating days). I didn’t get sick, but overall, it was just ok.
Will not guarantee no cross-contamination but prepare did change gloves and we were without symptoms (celiac). Quick Service and pizzas were great!
Very nice staff. Went above and beyond to show and ensure they made as safe as they could. We did not get sick. Pizza very good
They have a gluten free crust and a “no doh” option that had spinach and/or Parmesan crust option. My daughter ordered one and I ordered the other and they were both very good. They also have multiple sauces to add to your pizza and multiple ones are marked gf. They changed their gloves before making my daughters pizza but they do use the same sauce scoop that they use for reg crusts so there could be a risk for contamination if you are very sensitive. But overall it was delicious, fast and had some different options w the “no doh” if you are wanting a gf alternative.
Yes
Excellent pizza and service. Notified them that my wife was celiac and they seemed knowledgeable. Gluten free crust is prepared and cooked in they’re own disposable pizza pans.
They do keep the GF pizza shells on individual tin pans. But I’ve felt funny three times after eating here. If it’s not gluten there is something funny going on. We no longer eat here
No
This team truly cares about allergies. Each pizza is cooked in an individual pan, they used different utensils, they also change their gloves and go over any ingredients you need to.
