Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
They have a gluten free menu.
I had a cheese burger and fries. The bread was actually alright!
Overall a tasty meal.
Reassuringly the server brought it over and said Gluten free burger and fries. I hate it when they just put it down without mentioning it.
I think you could eat here and not be worried.
Just thinking back I don't think there were many vege options. Maybe 1 or 2 items. So not ideal if that's you.

The staff was very serious about gluten contamination and asked if I was celiac. They stated it would take longer which I was great with. The food was so good and I didn’t get sick. The ambiance, decor and music was fantastic. I was reluctant going since it’s a chain and, well, we are in Hawaii, but I am so glad we did.

Traveled back in time, HRC has the flavor of the 80s. I don’t favor rock music, but the food was very good and gluten free - and that’s what matters (unfortunately).

Ok so I didn’t eat here and I’ve submitted a complaint. Online there was a gluten free vegetarian option. I went there, gluten free menu, no vegetarian option. How is that fair?! Just a review to tell vegetarian/ vegan coeliacs to not bother as you won’t be catered for, unfortunately

All HRC's do have GF otpions. In this one, the fries are fried coeliac-friendly, the staff knows what they are doing and there is a GF menu.

The food is decent, but they are careful to make sure it is gluten free which is great. We had cheeseburgers with gf buns and gf fries that were fried in a strictly gf deep fryer.

Excellent BBQ Cheeseburger and baked fries (honestly, I could hardly tell that they weren't fried). The moment I told the server I had a gluten allergy, he said 'no worries, we'll take good care of you.' The bun was fresh. The burger was med-rare, just as I ordered. I'll provide an update if I have a reaction, otherwise, my review is that they're Celiac safe. Be aware though: it's VERY loud in there. Don't expect to have a conversation.

Waiter was not knowledgeable about GF and frankly did not care. Asked if fries were cooked in their own fryer, he sais they were GF and didn’t understand cross-contamination. Had a burger with GF bun which was good. But had to return to fries when another staff confirmed they were not cooked in GF safe fryer.

We were a little hesitant about coming here due to the mixed reviews, however, it turned out to be a great experience. When we asked about GF, the waiter instantly asked if it was for a severe allergy and did a great job explaining everything. He told us there is a prep area and separate fryer for the fries. It tasted great and no issues. We were very happy.

Multiple dishes gluten free available. I ordered the Grilles Chicken Sandwich with gf bun. The manager came right away to our table to check with me the allergens lists to make sure everything is correct. I have not ask for this. It was a very good service. She said the kitchen take care that the gluten free food is seperated. Food was really good.

We ate here during our vacation at Universal Studios. Our server was very knowledgeable and we got a separate menu of all of the available gluten free options. Our daughter got a burger with a gluten free bun and fruit. Her food was brought our separately from the rest of our food. She has celiac and had no issues after eating here.

Gluten free menu. I went here, I got chicken and green beans. They mark the food with a purple toothpick so you know it’s gluten free. I then got told they had a gluten free brownie. I ordered one and she came out with a big bowl with a brownie, ice cream, and whip cream (gluten free ofc) It was such an amazing experience, and that brownie was amazing! Highly recommend! I had no reaction too!

I ordered here twice. The first time I ate in the restaurant, and the second time I ordered takeout. One of the burgers were gluten free, and the other one was not because my brother wanted one. We opened the bag and one of the boxes said gluten free so I started eating that one, but I soon realized that the bun was different, and my brothers was the same as last time. I got glutened, and my entire vacation was ruined.

Ordered Ceasar salad w/ chicken. They do have some small round fried cheese crispy things in the salad that resemble croutons, but are not, lol. Salad was delicious, I had no adverse reaction. The 2 margaritas I had were extremely weak, however. 😉

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to when it comes to making me feel comfortable trusting them with my gluten free needs. They not only had many menu items to choose from, my waiter made a point of asking our table if anyone had any allergies to be aware of before we ordered. Then after I ordered the manager came out to our table and spoke directly to me reassuring me of the measures they take to prevent cross contamination and asking if I had any trouble with the gluten free menu. My food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and he staff did outstanding making me feel comfortable with the dining experience.

My server was amazing and wasn’t fully knowledgeable but repeatedly went to the kitchen to ask, which we greatly appreciated. However, a burger on a gluten bun was given to my celiac daughter. Thank goodness my other child ordered a gf burger too and we noticed that the buns looked different. They immediately rectified it, made a new burger and didn’t charge us for that item but was a daunting experience nonetheless. We won’t return and I’m sad we even spent our money there. Not celiac safe.

Everyone in these reviews said they have gluten free fries so I came. The waiter said they are not gluten free. I went up and asked if they were gluten free or not AGAIN because everyone on this app said they were. I said “are they in a separate fryer” and he said “not today”. Don’t bet on this place to have gluten free fries. Definitely CALL ahead to double check if they are using a segregated fryer that day. They need to stay consistent. I would recommend saying explicitly you have a allergy (obviously celiac isn’t an allergy but it’s just easier to say allergy!). Many of these reviews concern me because I’m sure the fryer was not always dedicated each day these people went since it was not the day I went. I was really upset about this since it’s so hard to find gluten free fries and all of the reviews confirmed there were gf fries here. Also, to make matters worse my burger was burnt. However, the gluten feee bun did not fall apart like they usually do which was probably the only good aspect of this meal. Waiter was really weird with me when I went up to him to confirm again they were not gluten free. He forgot my Mayo and charged my boyfriend for the entire tables bill even though we split the check. I would recommend going somewhere else!

What a fabulous experience. I went here based on prior reviews and it did NOT disappoint. My family was so excited I was willing to go out to eat and give this place a try. Our server Jenni was absolutely amazing!! She was on top of everything allergies and super knowledgeable about celiac concerns. Definitely recommend going to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

My daughter doesn’t eat meat but she was able to get fries (dedicated fryer!) and nachos (chips from a bag with shredded cheese) and she was happy as can be. Our waiter seemed to understand gluten free and contamination so he was super friendly and willing to do what was needed to she could eat (good thing as we found out the Piers/Wharf basically shut down by 9 pm and she was starving after the Big Bus Night Tour)

We went in during the middle of the afternoon and asked for gluten free menu. The waitress had to look for one. I ordered a burger without a gluten free bun bc I dont like them and fries . It came with a gluten bun. They then went and just took it off the bun. I had to ask for a new burger! The fries looked breaded i didn't eat any. So I would advise caution here!

Horrendous. Booked ahead to say coeliac and veggie. Server told me I could have ceasar salad. I asked ‘doesn’t that contain fish’. She ran off for alleged file - it does contain fish! Allergen file showed I could eat fries. I asked if they were cooked with other food. She said ‘oh yeah, you probably can’t have them actually’. We left - hungry!!!

Regarding GF, this ok but I won’t seek it out again. Burger with gf bun. GF buns are usually better warmed unless they are fresh, this one was slightly warm. Shared fryer, so no fries. Salad option, coleslaw option.
Service and experience. Move on! I should have moved in when we were ignored at the door for 10 minutes. But we went ahead and we’re sat at a table in the upstairs corner. Long long wait for food - 1 hour - and half the order came before the other half. Yet, bacon on my gf burger was cold, had to send it back. Burger was undercooked and cheese not melted. All signs that the gf meal was an after thought. I also bit on something hard in my burger, looked like a small piece of plastic or chip of plate. Gross. My child’s burger, not gf, perfectly done. They gifted us two deserts for the wait. This was among worst dining experiences I have had in awhile anywhere.
