Food was delicious with many GF options. Any of their pastas can be made subbed with GF penne. Hubby who has Celiac ordered the chicken Parmesan with potato chip crust served with GF penne. Also ordered the chopped salad. I ordered the Famous Rigatoni “D”with a lovely Marsala cream sauce.

Wait staff were knowledgeable and helpful, all sauces and dressings are gluten free and they can swap in gluten free penne for any pasta dish.

Looking at the reviews I went over seeing that they had gluten free pasta. So I went over and talked to the host and she confirmed they did. But then I asked if they boiled the gluten free pasta in the same water as the regular and she said they did, there was no separate pot for gluten free. So I just decided it would be more safe to avoid it and walked away

Very disappointed. Ordered chicken park gluten free and they brought us out reg chicken park. They did catch the mistake but 1/3 into eating it. They did comp the food but the damage is done and my wife feels pretty sick the next day.

Again love the attention, while they do not have a GF menu the chef comes out to discuss your order. Food is always delicious. JUST NEED TO GET THEM WORKING ON A GF MOMS LASAGNA.

The server was very nice and did not seem put out by us asking about their gluten free protocols and went to ask the chef to confirm a couple of times. We enjoyed the GF pasta and it was also great leftover. It seemed like they were able to make other entrees gluten free upon request. We were told the vanilla ice cream was gluten free, but the chocolate syrup was not, so heads up if you order the kids meal which comes with the ice cream.

I called ahead and spoke with an assistant manager. She informed me that GF penne pasta can be substituted for any of the pastas on the menu (ravioli & lasagna being the exceptions). All sauces & dressings are GF. Meats other than the cod can be prepared safely by asking for them to be grilled or pan seared. She advised asking for a manager. When I got there, the server echoed everything I had been told on the phone. The only difference was that she did not think it was necessary to get a manager involved. I didn’t push it since she did have a good knowledge of protocols. My pasta dish came out on the same tray as the rest of the meals, but the server did state that mine was GF without me asking. 36 hours later and no reaction. I would feel comfortable eating there again, and it was delicious. Nice to have the option of almost everything on the menu instead of limited choices.

Waiter started off with confidence telling me everything could be made GF, but none of the options I selected were. He was very helpful just disheartening. GF crime brûlée was exciting but bland. Overall I felt safe and didn’t get sick but not a top choice if there are alternatives.

They have gluten free pasta, and can make any of their dishes with the pasta gluten free, except the ravioli or lasagna. Their salads all have gluten free dressings. And they have creme Brule for gf dessert. They can make the dishes with grilled chicken instead of breaded, or do chicken parm with a potato crust, which is what we had. It was PHENOMENAL. I highly recommend this place. Very knowledgeable staff, supremely good food.

Waiter was great and chef came out to verify what my 7year old Celiac could have GF. He took her order personally then waiter came back and took the rest of our table. He asked if I also wanted mine Gf as well so she could try mine and I said yes. Food came out and tasted great. Daughter loved her shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and my Rigatoni D with shrimp. However, half way through my meal I realized a noodle looked different from the rest. There was a gluteny (regular) rigatoni noodle right amongst my GF penne dish. I showed the waiter who told the chef. Chef came out and apologized, twice, actually, and waiter sort of apologized. The food and experience were good and they did comp our dessert, but now we wait to see if she gets sick from the obvious cross contamination.

1st meal pasta was so undercooked that it couldn't be eaten. Manager looked at it and comment was "oh my gosh". Then received mashed potatoes with my meal which were great. Had ordered a 2nd meal to take home. Asked if that pasta was ok and was told corrected. Got home & that pasta was the same. I started to pick out all the pasta to use the sauce & chicken with my own pasta when I found a fettuccine noodle. Pitched the entire meal. Restaurant did refund, but if I had eaten, that noodle would have made me very sick. Also discontinued gf bread. For the price & cross contamination, not worth it. Other restaurants are better.

Fantastic. We sat at the bar and one of the bartenders has a sister who is celiac so she was super helpful. They will pan fry the calamari (unbreaded) if you ask and it is delicious. All the pasta can be made gluten free - will substitute in gluten free penne. Only problem was I ate too much. 🤣

Really happy with this restaurant. I am recently diagnosed Ciliac found using Fodmap diet. I used to be a huge Foodie (not fody lol.. ok bad joke) and have not been happy eating anything lately. I travel a lot for work and have just been frustrated trying to find food that is tasty or at least satisfying. Maggiano's to the rescue. I had Rigatoni with maranra sauce and when it came I had to verify that it was GF. It was actually Yummy. The chef came out and reassured that it was indeed GF and prepared with care of cross contamination. So if you're at DFW Terminal C Maggiano's is a winner in my books. Thanks for that

Our waiter (William, I think) was excellent and took great care to explain options and keep my food separate among a large group order. I enjoyed my meal very much and recommend them highly!
Food is amazing however the kitchen didn’t take note to the FIVE times the waitress wrote allergy in the order and served me regular pasta. I was half way done eating it when the waitress noticed and panicked. Never going back

Went to a baby shower in the banquet room. The waiters made sure my GF ziti was brought out at the same time as the main course for the party. They did bring mine our first to ensure it was not handled at the same time as all the gluten items.
I was really impressed. The pasta was Reallt GOOD. I will be going back! I didn't get sick. And they were so understanding and happy to accommodate me. Five stars!

I’ve eaten here about once every 2 months for 3 years and never had an issue. Food is excellent. I often get chopped salad and chicken Parmesan (grilled unbreaded) with GF penne and meat sauce. I do take a slice of GF bread to dip in oil/balsamic so I don’t feel left out when wife has their wheat bread. Crème brûlée desert is delicious.

After seeing other reviews listing this as celiac friendly I just had to leave a review. I have long since given up on eating here. Getting a true gluten free meal is a crap-shoot. Half the 6-7 times I ate here were great. The other half I ended up sick. Once I actually found regular noodles mixed in with mine. Unfortunately this was after I had eaten half of my meal. Definitely got sick after this one. The staff was apologetic and refunded my meal but I would much rather pay for a safe meal. If you have celiac you eat here at your own risk.

Great experience, I told the server upfront I have celiac and that I don’t eat dairy. He told me what was available and that the final say so would go with the chef. I had salmon over spinach. It was delicious. They also have two gluten free alcoholic beverage choices. No dessert options, but that’s ok- that’s pretty normal for me!

Server was kind and willing to double check questions with kitchen, including confirmation of GF pasta prepared in fresh pasta water. Fettuccine Alfredo sauce was GF and served with gf penne (only gf noodle). Fresh non-GF bread was on the table for guests when we were seated. That was a bit hard/tempting for my daughter. Would be nice if they had a gf bread option. She tolerated the meal with no apparent exposure.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had GF pasta. They told me to order anything from the menu and they’d make it GF. I got the chicken Francese, which, after making it GF, was just very thin chicken breast with a side of mash. Honestly though, it was delicious and I appreciated the effort.

They do in fact have gluten-free choices, and when you say that you have a gluten allergy, they have the actual chef that prepares your food come tableside. Excellent for the celiac.
